We love the HAPPY HOUR MENU. Weekdays between 3pm and 6pm, when you can order from a discounted selection. (BLT, BURGER, HAM AND CHEESE OMELETTE, CHICKEN SANDWICH, etc).and you can have fries or pancakes as your side. Our family love to get pancakes instead of the fries. it's a fun spin on the same ol burger and fries. 3 adults and 1 child for $33 before tip! so nice in a time where the same meal of 2 BLT and 2 Hamburgers cost us around $60 at Denny's. During the Happy Hour they are working with a skeleton crew so be prepared to wait to be seated and wait to pay when you leave other than that it's a great deal for a family living on a budget.

Whatever they pay Kevin it is not enough. He was solo host, server & cashier. Some of the best most prompt service I have received anywhere. Definitely the best at an IHOP. Compliments to this locations Sunday night cook as well. My T-bone steak was perfectly cooked between medium rare and medium... just how I like it. I will be back to this location on a future Sunday night!

Very clean and wonderful atmosphere. As soon as we got in was seated right away, we were taken care by Nicole and she was fabulous. Very attentive to everything and always asked if we were okay. Very excellent customer service and Nicole deserves every type of praise. :) Keep it up.

We visited after the lunch hour, so there were few customers present. We were greated promptly with a welcome and a smile. We decided to order eggs with pancakes and hash browns. The food was typical IHOP fare and prepared just as we ordered. Our server was friendly, prompt, and attentive. Prices were reasonable. Glad there are still places like this around.

This IHOP is in a great location. Close to the freeway. Easy access on and off. Plenty of places to eat within this area. But we choose to eat here. And I'm glad we did. The food was fresh and the staff was friendly and attentive to us. We had problems with our bill because the system went down. But because the food was great. The manager said don't worry about it and was going to comp us our meal but felt bad. So we gave the info for us to be charged for our service. Definitely worth the visit. If the staff is this nice, imagine how they care about the food they serve.

IHOP is okay, I'm not the biggest fan... don't care for their pancakes, I go to Keedys for those!!!!! The waiter was nice though and we got in fairly quickly. So they got 4 stars

When I went to place an order they had 1 staff member taking orders, taking food to waiting customers and running the cashier area. 106 Kevin S That staff member told paying customers that he couldn't do the cashier so he took out his own money to give the customers change back. Kevin S needs a raise.

Food was good, service slow. Refills or any request after receiving our food took so long that we pretty much finished eating by the time our request arrived. Hard to blame them because they seem understaffed and overworked. Overall experience was not great but still good.

Ihop has always been good. But recently it seems that they don't have personal working anymore. My wife and I went in for dinner and it was pretty empty so I thought there going to sit us down quick. I was wrong it took them about 15 minutes to give us a table and another 15 to serve us and another 15 minutes for the food to arrive. I don't blame the worker he was trying to do everything he could.

I had french toast, the French toast is very good. I also had glass of apple juice, which was not very good. The waitress was nice but I didn't get the silverware until after I got the food which was quite a long time. But the place is very attractive large and the help was very nice except for the two things above.

Overall not bad, the food was good and I enjoyed eating it. Only reason for giving it 3 stars is because I ordered the build your own breakfast melt and I asked to have bacon in it and when it came it did not have bacon, however I simply ate it and it was still good. I was in a hurry to leave and it took far too long to get my check and even longer for them to take my card with the check as they specifically told me not to pay at the front because they would come back for it. I'd eat here again, probably.

You know, the pancakes and waffles were great, but the syrup is more like colored water than “real” syrup. We quizzed the staff, but they said that was the only choice. I overheard another customer ask if the syrup was out of date! I think everyone can tell, it’s not like it used to be. Sad.

It was really hot and lots of people waiting. Our waitress was trying her best but I think they were short- staffed because she was servicing many tables and we waited awhile for our food. Not because of the waitress but because I think the cooks were overwhelmed. It was a Sunday.

I come here a lot with my family because we live close and my kids like it. Sirloin tips and eggs are one of the best dishes on the menu. However, the service is terrible. They have a lot of problems with the system they use for placing orders, which causes long wait times. Today, it was just 3 of us, and we waited 45 minutes after placing our order before our food came out. I don't know if this is always the problem here, but 9/10, we get bad service, and we're left waiting with no communication from staff.

Newish building so attractively laid out. No counter service. Poor service when you have to wait for a table and you can see all but 3 tables were vacant and clean. Then wait for a server. No longer are harvest grain pancakes on the menu. All other patrons had been served and still plates were served with luke warm food. It tasted fine just cold. Credit to the server for making sure no dairy products on the plate, although had to explain first what it meant.

Typical fare for IHOP which is what you pay for in a breakfast. Good food but not a culinary delight. The server was wonderful and tried to give the best experience possible. The reason for a low rating is the 40 minute wait to be seated when there were at least ten empty booths. They must not have enough staff to completely open. Although I felt sorry for the hostess, if she had said it was a 40 minute wait and not the ten she claimed, we wouldn't have stayed.

Place was very clean. Food was good. Must be short on staff. Waited 15 minutes to be seated in an almost empty restaurant. Took another 15 minutes to get coffee. And so on and so on. If you're not in a hurry, it's perfect.

The food is okay it looks appealing but when I cut into my pancakes the middle was doughy. My server just came and took the order, brought our food out. After that I never saw her! so much for refills.The environment was clean However there was a funky smell coming from the floors probably the mop water. I think they need to get a new mop.

The staff were on top of it, very polite and fast. The atmosphere was very family friendly. The kids birthday pancake was sweet and the kids loved it. The chocolate chocolate pancakes were decadent and filling! The sampler obviously had a little something g for everyone. The hash browns were crispy on both sides which was nice. The bacon was crispy, eggs were cooked to order, and the ham were decent size slices. The pancakes were fluffy too. French toast were the best The service was not good considering there were not many people at the restaurant. Server forgot one of our orders. The person in our party had to wait until the rest of us were almost done before he got his food. Their egg white veggie omelette was good 😊

Took forever to be seated about one hour. Then one of my guest ate very uncomfortable because of the seating. So as soon as we ordered we had to take our meals to go. Plus we ordered a plate to go then that took 30 minutes more waiting time. By then there was no more people waiting for a table.

I had a terrible experience with the food. I had ordered the egg benedict meal that had the steak on the bottom. I was really hungry that I didn't mind the runny hollandaise sauce that wasn't done right. Worst mistake ever because I started throwing up before we left the restaurant. Employees heard me in the restroom spilling my guts for 10 minutes and had no help. After we paid the bill I let our server know that I got sick with the meal and didn't mention anything to the manager. The customer service was very poor on behalf of employees and management. I doubt I'll be coming back to this location ever.

We were initially told the wait was 20-25 minutes. 25 minutes later were told the wait was another 45 minutes, they are definitely understaffed. Can't fault the hostess, probably what they are told to say. Just be honest. Ended up going to Goody's, (would have preferred Lala's, but they were even busier).

This place is hit or miss, the servers are nice for the most part but the quality of the food is incredibly inconsistent. We like to enjoy the pancakes here once in awhile and more often the food is not fully cooked, cold and tastes like everything it should not. We have received our ice cold plates with partially cooked; eggs-clear runny egg whites, practically raw potatoes being passed off as hash browns, entire pepper stems buried inside an omelette and everything tasting like onions including strawberry crepes and that's pretty repulsive when you have an onion allergy.

I have sat at my table at 9:30. It is 1015 now and I still haven't received my food. Just got my drinks. I will be not coming back here. I don't come here for restaurant food at IHOP and I have to wait an hour and a 1/2, For my food, how do you store in a restaurant?10 times more visitors than this and we never, ever had.That problem serving our customers food.

IHOP has really fast Service, said no one ever! Pros, this place is really clean my guess it opened last week. Cons, while I was in the restroom, so was the cook. Then while I was washing my hands I see the cook come out of the stall and miss the sign that says "All employees must wash hands" and obviously he "forgot" to wash his hands. I hope our server is ok, she went missing during our time here. Also I recommend bringing in your own avocado unless you want to pay $2.00. Please look at picture. I ate the food, it was hot.

It was NOT busy but there were not enough staff to cover the number of patrons. When the employee was asked to "clear" a table for a larger party, he was throwing the dirty dishes so hard it was disturbing the whole store! It took the server "Giselle" so long to bring our iced tea that the ice was already mostly melted. We waited 50 minutes for our food . It was hot and good when we finally got it. The server never apologized, or even tried to give us an explanation as to the inadequacy. Meanwhile every time the employee cleaned a table he continued with the unnecessary extreme noisiness!! Very unpleasant experience! We will not be going back.

The picture says it all. My friends French Toast were burned on one side of his French toast breakfast. The burned side was served face down so it wouldn't be seen. Not a good thing.

They asked me to wait to be seated although there were a lot of empty seats. After being seated nobody came back to ask me for my choice drink for a long while. I made a complaint to the worker without a name tag, or title. She gave me a small discount in return. Omelet was good though

I don't want to pay $12.-$15. for one lunch, but today did. Very sadly, my Roast Beef and sides of spinach were horrible. It looked like something ready for the garable bad, and taste was just as bad. No wonder there are no customers (it appears) there in afternoon/night. I will certainly not be there again for lunch/dinner. Breakfast might still be good!

Customer service sucked. We went when it wasn’t busy. We didn’t get the utensils and asked our server for a spoon and he never brought us one so I had to get up and ask three hostess who were chit chatting. Then our food took a long time to arrive. Our server never stopped by to check in on us until the end when he gave us the check. That’s when he was coming around more. When we paid, he kept looking over our shoulders to see how much we would tip. When he saw we didn’t tip him, he just laughed.

I ordered biscuits and gravy as part of my breakfast. The gravy was separate from the biscuit, in a small bowl, and not enough to even cover half of the biscuit. Server didn't come by once on her own, we had to find her each time and call her over. There was not one smile amongst the group of employees. Overall experience was not very positive. This was a first in all the years we have been going to House of Pancakes.

This was very disappointing and I wasn’t expecting a lot because this is IHOP: the atmosphere was ok and most are familiar with it. The service was initially ok. There were 4 of us. Ana took our order, but two of us weren’t ready and she came back a little while later. Shortly after Ana brings the two plates of food out for our guests who joined us as well as the appetizer. She didn’t bring out the other two plates until 20-25 minutes later. Our guests were about done with their entrees by the time ours came out. I was tempted to tell her to make it to go. That was so disappointing! I just wanted us all to eat together. The food was ok, we had a breakfast plate and a turkey sandwich. It wasn’t bad or that great for that matter. Plus they waited 5 minutes to bring the toast and I like to dip my toast in the eggs, but they were cold at that point. I angrily ate what they brought because I was so hungry at that point. They should really know how to pace food. They should bring out appetizers first and then bring the entrees for everyone at the table at the same time, so they can all EAT TOGETHER… Come on Ana, come on IHOP!

Took our family here. We were hungry and shopping in the area. I had no idea the wait would be SO long. We arrived at 10:30 and waited 10 minutes to be seated. Then ordered our food. Waited another 42 minutes before it arrived. Why? Idk. Seems like some people get their food promptly others don’t. 3 other people sat down when we did. 2 ate and left before us. The other was still eating when we were. However they did receive their food long before we did. Our server never introduced herself. Brought our food said she’d be back with our toast. Came back with one order and had to come back for the second order. Just disappointed in the wait and the lack of service. Had to wait the whole 42 for a refill on our coffee too. Also no thank you have a good day as well left. Won’t be back. I feel like people in the SERVICE industry should remember the service part.

There was hair in my food before I even touched the plate that is so disgusting and on my friend’s food there was also a hair. Ever since that incident I stopped going but it was my brothers bday and he wanted to eat at ihop and I was hesitant about going because of the incident that happen when I went last time and well we went to celebrate there and we got our food and there was a hair on my food I even touched it. Two times already I have no idea what’s going on in the back kitchen

We didn't stay to eat. We waited 20 minutes and nobody ever even came to greet us or put us on the list to be seated. There was at least 4 other families waiting before us who still were waiting to be greeted. We left and went somewhere else.

11/05 9-11am We were told the wait was 15-20 minutes. Instead, It was a full hour. We were not given drinks until 15 minutes after we were sat. Horrible service. LQ is much better will not return. No management in sight.

At the Indio location on 2/25 at 10:35 am, they communicated a 20 min wait. 35 min later, stated it would be another 20 min. Over an hour after we arrived, said it would be another hour. Every time we had to check in versus being communicated with. Apparently there were maintenance issues. Unacceptable service. We left and went somewhere else.

Poor quality of staff. Sat at the table for about 15min decided to leave because no waiter or waitress even attempted to attend the table. They were more interested in talking with one another about personal stuff and their tips so far in the day then attending guests/ customers would give lowere rating in stars.

Such a terrible experience. We’re visiting and I have to say, I now appreciate the location near my house much more. We were told the wait time was 30 minutes, and ended up waiting a full HOUR just to be seated. There were plenty of booths (at least 10+) empty and cleaned off. Many people came and then left because the wait was long. They appeared to be short staffed, which was probably why they wanted to leave people in heat, rather than let them sit. We waited 15 more minutes for someone to even take our drink order. The staff looked very irritated, I can imagine why. The food then took another 35 minutes. There was a party that came after and were seated and served food before us. The food was not good either. Everyone said their food was cold and dry. I had the eggs Benedict and I was served borderline hard boiled eggs with dry meat. The others said the pancakes were not good and their eggs were rubbery. We are all a fan of iHop, but I cannot recommend this location to anyone.. well, maybe just my enemies, sadly.

Honestly the server was nice and I can’t complain about their service, the wait times were absurd though I don’t want to be a Karen but I’m extremely unsatisfied with our experience ,for ordering and for our food, we received our food one by one, while one ate the other was already finished eating their meal, it took an initial 25-30 minutes to even get our first plate and one by one they came out 15 minutes each other plate separate and wasn’t a family experience, the food was cold as if it was on the rack just sitting there or if they made the easiest items first and didn’t make the other items till later, as for our experience with the food my mother had stomach issues shortly after eating here and I myself being pregnant am extremely unsatisfied with the fact that I have had stomach issues the last couple days since, considering the upset stomach shortly after eating and following, nothing else being consumed besides the food from here , we’re 100% sure it was the food or how it was handled that made us sick. I give props to the staff for handling a busy morning, I get it I truly do, but being pregnant I don’t appreciate the stomach bug coming with my meal and think the approach for bringing out the plates was a little unprofessional. Having worked in the food industry both as a server and as management It’s known to make sure the food for a table is out all at the same time or at an acceptable approach , I’m not sure if it’s a kitchen issue or a management issue but I find it very unprofessional and unacceptable.

It took them over 35 minutes to get serve.. The food did not look presentable and it look dry from all the time that was sitting under the warmers! Disgusting plate of food!

We asked for 2 waters and got 1 water and 1 orange juice. Our food was served but we weren't given utensils. I reached for the syrup and the container was empty. No ketchup or hot sauce on our table.

Was seated and left alone for 20 mins. After watching 3 parties (that came after me) get seeded and orders taken, I decided that the staff just didn't have any interest in taking the order for my son and I. Very disappointing ...

My omelet order was great and delivered in a timely manner. My wife ordered one slice of French toast and a side order of two slices of bacon. The bacon came at the same time as my order but not the French toast. My wife told me to go ahead and eat. She assumed her meal would be out shortly. It was not. She told the waiter to return the bacon as it was now cold and we continued to wait. I was finished my omelet when her meal arrived. It was cold. It had obviously sitting there for some time. I didn't realize this at the time of writing but I need to mention there was no charge for our meal. I would have much preferred to have had a good experience and paid for my meal.

They take forever, make me wait too long to get me a table, once I got the table 1 hour 20 minutes wait to get the food. The service was good, just too much waiting, It didnt look so busy, some table were empty.

I’m a IHOP lover & this place was the first worse experience I had. waited for about 10-15 mins to be seated & it was because we asked a cleaning lady if we sit ourselves because we were new to this location. & it an hour to get our food. maybe they were understaffed which they should’ve mentioned in the beginning. food was okay , hash brown got a lil burnt but overall , wouldn’t recommend this place.

IHOP has been going downhill since Covid. Have tried going to this location several times and every time they’re either closed or about to close. We went at 9pm even though online it said 10pm, and when we arrived the hours on the door read that the restaurant closes at 11pm. We walked in and there were visibly other customers eating at tables. We waited at the host stand and a gentleman came up to us to tell us that the cook was going home already and they were already closing. I found this to be very disappointing. And I understand more so now why this establishment has gone downhill and is less popular. I really hope they get their operating hours under control.

We were hesitant because of the poor reviews but gave it a try anyway. BIG mistake!! Pay attention to what people are saying - both the customers AND management!! Was a little concerned to be the ONLY ones in the restaurant at 7:30 am, but it was for a reason !!! Server had attitude, was NOT accommodating, never checked back, input the order incorrect and insisted I ordered it wrong (I have NEVER in my life ordered pancakes) then proceeded to overcharge. BTW, what breakfast restaurant doesn’t have sourdough bread? I truly hope management READS these reviews and makes changes. I own a restaurant and take every review as an opportunity to DO BETTER. Customer Service 101 - ensure your guests leave happy!!!!!! The only 5 star in the entire restaurant was sitting across from me!

Waited quite a bit at the table, to be noticed by wait staff. Ordered coffee and drinks, our table wasn't prepared, (no sugar) straws. Took long to get our drinks and order our food. Felt unwelcomed, our waitress seemed stressed and annoyed the whole time we were there. We waited to get our condiments while the food was at our table. The waitress never came back around. We waited even MORE to get to-go boxes...IN OTHER WORDS NOT RECOMMENDED

Horrible experience, but hey, a short stack of pancakes should make up for it. The order was placed the night before, for 8 AM. I arrived at 8, and called to inform them that I was there for a curbside pick up. They replied that the order wasn't ready, and that it would be another "couple" of minutes. I figured it would be another 10 minutes at most, but it took TWENTY-SIX minutes. The excuse was that the order time is an estimate. While I wasn't happy, I understood and was not planning on writing this review...but here I am. I got home at 8:40 and realized that we were missing a meal. I called them and informed them, and they said they could "credit" me or I could go back to get it. I informed them that I had already waited 26 minutes and asked if there was anything they could offer for the inconvenience. They offered me a stack of pancakes. I told them that I was not interested in pancakes since I would have to waste my time and gas in having to go back. They responded by asking if I'd like a refund for that meal instead...no offer for a gift card or any other way to make it right...aside from a cheap stack of pancakes. Having to eat, I told them I would go back, but they could keep their pancakes. When I got there, I called to let them know I had arrived, and I was asked if I was planning to go inside. I told them that it was curbside pickup. When they came out, I was given my meal and a "sorry 'bout that." I finally got back home for breakfast at 9:11 AM to enjoy the birthday meal. To make matters worse, one of the meals (Strawberries and cream crepes) was missing the cream. Do what you will with this review, but I felt as though they could have done a better job to make things right and convince me to go back. Why do I want a free stack of pancakes when I have already ordered $77 dollars worth of food?

Raw sausage, people have attitudes. My omelet came out and it was 1/3 size of the photo with slice cheese, not sprinkled cheese. Cheap horrible service not all the staff , is to blame but some bad apples miss it up for everyone. If you don't like your job, get a new one!! Assit.Manager came out with a free omelet. From a 1 star to a 3 star

It smelled like dead rats right when you enter....an overpowering stench. I thought it was the bathrooms by the entrance but it was the main entrance by the registers. Eggs overcooked, ham dry like jerky, toast stale like the bread had been sitting out for days. Eat somewhere else!

Went here for breakfast this morning. I understand it’s a Sunday and it’s a little busy maybe even understaffed. I was sat down after waiting a little over 15 minutes. That I understand. I ordered a chocolate milk to drink for it to come out with barely any chocolate. My server thankfully was able to fix the issue. I then placed my order and it was delivered within reasonable time. So far so good. However that was the last I saw of my server. I was never checked on by her, nor by anyone else for that matter. A table near me was also experiencing an issue with the service. I ordered chicken and waffles and one of the tenders was a little raw and since I was never checked on I wasn’t able to bring it to anyone’s attention. My server even walked past me (quickly I might add) . I wanted to place an order to go as well but eventually decided against it due to the amount of neglect I received as a customer. The only time I saw my server again was when I got up to pay without being given my check and as another employee was about to help me check out my server approaches the counter and finishes the transaction. All in all it was a very unpleasant experience . This was also my first time at this location in years.

Much Smaller portions that aren't even good. My family all got their food while I sat for nearly 10 minutes without food, sitting while my family ate without me. Our waiter was sitting in the kitchen talking rather than working on getting my order so I could eat with my family Cleaning parts of the restaurant that don't need to be cleaned during hours shows how poorly they clean at the end of the night. For an international house of pancakes, this one is pathetic

Came here for breakfast. By the time I received my food it was time to order lunch! Not enough staff. The experience was terrible. Waited 48 min 35sec for my food!!! TERRIBLE! Not giving any stars for this restaurant.

Every time I come here all the tables are empty and the waiting area is full of customers. It takes more than an hour to get your meal. I’ve left without eating more than twice. I come back for the food but the service is very bad. It needs new management

Once again left disappointed by this location. Once again decided to go over to an independent restaurant that’s not a chain. Not sure why I even keep giving this place a chance as every single time I visit it’s either closed outside or posted hours or there is some or other disaster inside that prevents service. On this occasion I visited at 7/am. Sign on the window says open from 6/am but a ghetto paper stuck to the window says 6:30. Yet not a soul in sight, doors locked. So much for a breakfast diner.
