While I have eaten at Subway restaurants for many years, today's lunch was the best sandwich ever, made by Veronica. I asked for a light touch on the mustard and that's exactly what she did. It was a perfect balance of flavors and textures. I'll be back there this week. Two thumbs up to you, Veronica!

Staff is pretty chill , I complemented a few times the girls Nails 💅🏽 They always keep everything clean especially their hands 🙌🏽 and there’s no issues other than People , hardly Dine in as they should 😬.
The Subway on Jackson Street has great customer service. Gabby is the one that helped me and she was so friendly considering it was close to their closing time. She made it enjoyable that evening and she hooked my sandwich up. It's also really clean inside.

Quality was okay. Some of the spinach was wilted and the bread didn’t taste fresh. I didn’t eat half the bread on my sandwich. Service was good.

I have many medical issues, don't eat much bread, so orders are usually protein only. Today staff didn't want to serve me because store was out of cups. Staff was certain she could not use anything else to put order in. She certainly is not a "problem solver" which is so important in the business world.

Terrible, now I understand why I don't eat subway .
Came here during a roadtrip. It is 10 and barely anyone is here. The customer service was rude and unproffesional. I ordered a meatball sandwhich and the guy just threw the balls on and didn't organize the them. So when I started eating 3 of them fell out. It was so messy and disgusting. I ate it because I was hungry but if I had a choice I would have thrown it away. I will never come here again. Very disappointing I usually like subway.
Ordered a delicious turkey breast sandwich on the mobile app. Was super excited. Bit into a disgusting tuna sandwich. Who does that to fish? Who thought, "hey, you know what would make this fish even more delicious? TURNING IT INTO A PILE OF MUSHY GOOP :)" something wrong with ya'll people. Ya'll need Jesus.
First thing they moved . They never have bread and the lettuce always looks old.
As I walked in I asked for a Steak & Cheese melt with beacon added in it. Then the employees asked me that its not allowed to add anything other than what it have. I tild them that I had gotten the Steak & Cheese melt with beacon some other times. Then a rude female employer told me that when did I ever got that & who was it that did my order. I responded back that it was 2 months ago and that I don't remember the person who took my order. She was being disrespectful and not letting get what I wanted while the other guy who was taking my order was going to let me. Her tone was very rude and I didn't like it at all. And I actually thought that it was my choice to get whatever I want but I guess that doesn't work like that. So they ended up giving it to me as a regular sandwich. Was not satisfied at all.

Finally another woman came from the back with the WORST attitude. Wow my parents had the worst experience, the girls were rude. They asked for veggie and they were using the same gloves after making a meat sandwich my dad asked to change the gloves and they were rude/offended by it. Also they were not attentive at all and sloppy with the sandwich, really think the manager should attend to this.

First time visit and the last time. Like the comment below. The food is ok, but the customer service sucks. There was young kid, Adrian, who needs to learn manners. He prepared a tuna flatbread and proceeded to make my sandwich with the same gloves. I asked him nicely to change his gloves, but he began arguing with me. He needs to be taught manners, plain and simple. It's disturbing that Subway is now hiring the layed off employees from the circus, that couldn't fill the ballons properly.
One week ago I went to your Jackson st, CA location at 10:30am & they only had white bread. I was surprised because they open at 7:00am. Today I went again at 9:30am & they had no bread for sandwiches at all. They only had flat Bread & tortilla wraps. Twice now I walked out & went to Jersey Mikes. Others walked out too.
Bad customer service! The girls kept rolling their eyes everytime The customer in front of us asked a question. Like really !! Did they forget they have a job because of their customers . I dont know what's wrong with people this days

I tried to go in at 7:20. I thought they opened earlier …so I waited in the car until 7:36. Then, tried again and the door was locked. I pointed to the hours and the lady looked up from her phone and continued to ignore me . She could’ve said they changed their hours or acknowledged me. Please update your signage if you decide to hire an employee who does not have customer service skills or courtesy to communicate.
Flies in the food and they were still serving people. We left after a wait and then saw the flies all over the food 🤢 The worker just kept serving... Terrible customer service too, one person serving when there's clearly a need for more and other workers in back never came out , no one even apologized for the wait. We left. This place was our go to when driving to or from California for a bite, nice, clean, great service. Now it's clearly gone downhill.
This subway was one of my favorites previously, but lately, the bread has been burned (not edible), the veggies are dried out and not fresh, and every time I have gone in the last 6 months, they have not had any soup made. Lack of staff is what it appears but where’s management to help? Every time we go in there’s only one employee trying to do everything in this location. They work so hard and try so hard but can’t keep up with the busy location. So disappointed that the last time my husband brought me a sandwich home (after I had surgery and couldn’t go myself) the bread was so burnt I refused to eat it and just threw it away. Do better Subway, management is terrible, and corporate should really get involved to turn this place around.
Had to request the teenager working the register to change gloves after helping the lady in front of me prior to touching my food to add veggies. Absolutely disgusting. Food safety and cleanliness should be #1 priority but obviously it is not to the manager of this store who obviously doesn’t promote that to their young work force. Again absolutely disgusting.
THE WORKERS ARE AMAZING !!! but the BOSS/OWNER needs to learn how to treat his employees. I was so upset from the moment I walked in until I left. His employees were simply trying to do their job and he was yelling at them in front of customers making US customers uncomfortable. I will not be returning to support this man and I hope his employees find a job where they’re appreciated. They looked extremely anxious and stressed . I go to this store often on my lunch and they have never given me bad service they are amazing this man came in for one day blaming his mistakes on them. He talks to them as if they were incompetent and yet they run that store efficiently without him everyday I did not ever have a issue with them until he was there . Corporate needs to get involved ASAP. All he did was get in the way while he complained and slow them down. This is ridiculous he should not be anyone’s boss he has no people skills . His attitude just shows he does not care about his employees or customers and yet the reason he has a business is because of us the community he should learn to appreciate that.
The owner told the workers “dont be taking extra time to help customers, because you have better things to do” little did he know that extra customer service is what was keeping a regular client a regular client. Plus the Restraunt floors are always filthy this place needs a new owner, or new management with Good customer service but with Great management skills. I wont be back thats for sure 👎
Worst subway I've ever been to. The food there is okay but the customer service is the worst!!!!!! I was on a 3 hour trip so I decided to stop by the nearest subway and I found this place. It was around 9:30 and there was barely any people there. So we ordered to this young woman in there and as we were asking for things in the subway she started throwing them in there! I mean what did the food do wrong? And then without any inside wrap she just wrapped it with that outside thin paper. So when I opened it, the subway was leaking threw and it was a mess!! Not a place I would ever go again!:(
Ingredients look old and are mixed in the boxes, if you have any food allergies - beware!!! I asked for tomatoes and she picked up the grossest ones and put them on my sandwich. I hate being picky about food but these were nasty so I apologized and asked if I could get different tomatoes expecting her to throw them in the trash (where they probably should have been)… she took them off of my sandwich and put them back in the bin, after they had already been on my sandwich??? Owner needs to get their employees in check 🤮 I’ve worked at a chain sandwich shop that rhymes with Timmy Tom’s and they’d never let something like that fly. Then she put less than half the amount of avocado on, which as an extra cost is pretty lame. Not sure how this place has ever received more than 1 star.
Sunday morning , just got my usual after gym. Older Latina, whose said she was manager, was in a very bad mood. Charged me $2.00 over the listed price on wall. She was not happy when I pointed out the mistake. A manager should know her prices. Will go else where if she is there again.
Our 2 sandwiches were not made according to our digital order. We were missing extra lettuce on both and extra mayo on one of them. The ingredients were scarce altogether. Now that the meats are thinly sliced I received the same amount as I used to, so they looked so measly. For almost 20 dollars for 2 footlongs this was a big letdown.
