Making me want to visit again and again. It would be fantastic if they could consider opening a branch in Irvine!

This store locates at a quite old and downgraded mall (next to Home Depot lol), however you definitely need to try this one. The avocado cream is just sooo good, and while I find a lot of cream cheese can be satiated just after a short while, the avocado cream here I can drink from the morning to evening The line is not long, but you may need to wait for easily 30 mins or so since they have a lot of online order Interior design is cute with cats everywhere, sadly you can't dine in during Covid-19 time

I’m a regular at this place and I always get the avomango! My friends always get the icy peach. If you go, make sure to order beforehand online so you don’t have to wait too long! Highly recommend!

Drinks are good and it gets packed. My friend and I waited for a while for our drinks since it was pretty busy. But the drinks were good! I got an oolong milk tea and added cream top with pecan (reminds me of Chagee in China, which I really like!)- it was good! However, the shop didn't feel very clean. My friend and I both agreed that we were surprised that the floors seemed so dirty for such a popular shop.

The food was terrific and meat selection was very good. Bone broth was my favorite.

Avocado with mango smoothies 4. Cheese peach 5. Cheese lychee (seasonal) There are many drinks here that I can come back to explore the whole menu drinks. Variety drinks and very yummy, not too sweet. What an adorable boba place. There are so many cat figures here. Even the matcha powder on the drink has the image of cat paws. The interior is big and simple yet elegant with marble walls. This place is good to hang out with friends or can be a good place to work/study.

I got a the soybean dan cong milk tea and my friend got the oreo one. Maybe they forgot to put the boba balls in mine but it might have been my fault because I didn't ask. Tea was so good though. :) My friend liked hers as well. She said it was rich. Also I think they only accept card payment where you tap it on the black square machine so just a little heads up. It's not really cozy because it's kind of spaced out in there but it's a clean store. Decent service.

Easy order but the wait is just not acceptable, giving the 7 people prior but come on, it’s drinks. Just POV!!!! Nice staff but was hoping for them to do it faster. Drinks are great, better than others. Tried the one in LA and the wait is just ridiculous too, only 4 people prior for 20mins wait. Love the names and the drinks are great and glad that we only stop by one a month for the drinks or else we just give up all together. I would give it a 5 but the long long wait was ridiculous so -2 points for that, so sorry.

There were **8** people behind the counter, two orders on the screen ahead of us, and it took us 12 minutes to get three drinks, with the blended frozen drink coming up within a couple of minutes but they wouldn't let me grab it until the order was complete with the two teas. On the flip side, when I ordered on the website it said it would take 35 minutes and then it took only 10, so my drink was waiting on the counter for 25 minutes (they don't put to-go orders in a fridge like most places). The brown sugar boba was flavorless and they don't have taro. With so many boba places in Rowland Heights/City of Industry, this one does not stand out.

Drove here for the pancake but no pancake. Workers don’t even seem to know what’s going on. Got a text saying that my order was ready, but came to the front and they said my order wasn’t ready. Ordered less sweet and it’s still very sweet. However, the regular sweet drink has barely any flavors in it not even close to any sweetness. Questionable.

I ordered the Cheese Strawberry drink here and was very disappointed. The shop gave it to me in a paper bag, but the lid design is loose and doesn’t seal properly — especially around the straw opening. On the way home, the drink spilled all over the bag and leaked out completely. When I contacted the store, they refused to take responsibility. They insisted the lid was fine when handed to me, but in reality it doesn’t close tightly at all, which makes it unsafe for take-out. Instead of offering any help, the shop just blamed the customer. If you order here, be careful — the cup and lid are poorly made, and the store won’t stand behind their product if something goes wrong. Very disappointing experience.

My girlfriend and I cannot believe how a business like this is allowed to operate in Los Angeles. The lids don’t seal, the paper bags fall apart, and when drinks spill everywhere they refuse to take any responsibility. We even offered to bring the cup back to show them the defect, but they refused to look at it. This is completely unfair to customers. You pay over $7 for a drink, only to have it leak all over your car and floor — and then the shop pushes the blame onto you. It’s not just bad packaging; it’s dishonest and irresponsible service. A business like this should not be allowed to continue treating customers this way. Everyone should be aware of their practices and file complaints, because this kind of behavior is unacceptable.

My boyfriend and I had a horrible experience here. The lids don’t fit tightly at all — the drink leaked out, soaked through the paper bag, spilled all over my car, and then dripped all over the ground when I carried it inside. On top of that, the store refused to take responsibility. Instead of helping, they just pushed the blame back on us and ignored our calls after asking for photos. Very careless, very unprofessional, and definitely not worth the money.
