Magnificent facilities, very clean and pleasant place, the speed at reception depends on the staff who attend you, the service is a bit slow, despite that, I do recommend it for the rest of the Toks service.

The food was tasty, especially the chilaquiles, although they arrived lukewarm and not hot as they should have been. The service, however, left much to be desired: the side dishes were practically thrown on the table, and the waiters were unfriendly, showing no interest in customer service. The worst part was the wait: almost an hour just to be served some chilaquiles. Unfortunately, although the flavor was good, the overall experience was greatly overshadowed by the poor service and the slowness. They could improve significantly if they paid more attention to customer service and efficiency. The hamburger was good, but for the price, it wasn't worth it. The meat was frozen and undercooked.

The interior design is less inviting than most branches, the customer traffic is moderate, and there's no wait for a table. The service is good, but considerably slower compared to other locations. The food tastes good, and as always, the quality is evident.

The food is getting worse every day, both in taste and flavor. Plus, they serve it at odd times. Today, the hamburgers and club sandwich were awful, and the fries were cold. We used to come here often for breakfast or lunch, and today we wanted to see if things had improved, but it's NOT WORSE. Change your chefs! And train your waitresses; explain what good service is. It seems like management is out of touch.

Their food and recipes are delicious, but it's UNFORGIVABLE that they serve raw rice! I don't understand why they have a so-called chef in charge of the kitchen if they don't even know how to cook rice. Management doesn't seem to care; every time I come, I complain, and nothing changes.

The dishes are served cold. The guacamole that came with the meat dish wasn't fresh; it smelled and tasted like it had been refrigerated. The tortillas are lukewarm and soggy; they don't hold up to the taco, they fall apart. They charged me for two small orange sodas as if they were large. Bad, very bad place.

It might just be me, but I waited 50 minutes for my order and it never arrived. I told the manager on duty, Emmanuel, about my situation and he said he would look into it. I didn't get breakfast 😐

Inattentive staff, dragging chairs and tables at 4:30 p.m., sweeping and mopping next to customers. The waiter forgot two items we ordered and didn't return... The table wasn't cleared for over 40 minutes.

We ate there today and ordered a spicy chicken breast to go... what a joke, honestly, it was the size of a chicken nugget and they charged us full price. They think customers don't complain, but don't let them get away with it!
