Five Guys is one of those places that knows exactly what it’s trying to be, and for the most part, it delivers. I ordered a burger, fries, and a drink — the standard Five Guys experience — and the food was exactly what you expect. The burger was hot, messy, and full of flavor, and the fries were fresh and plentiful. Even a “small” order of fries came overflowing, which feels like a quiet acknowledgment that value still matters, even if the price point suggests otherwise. Service at the counter was friendly and efficient. Nothing fancy, no unnecessary chatter, just people doing their jobs well and keeping things moving. The atmosphere is pure fast food — utilitarian, loud, and designed for turnover rather than lingering. You’re not here for ambiance or comfort; you’re here because you want a solid burger and a pile of fries, and that’s exactly what Five Guys focuses on. Pricing is always the sticking point. Five Guys has never pretended to be cheap, and it still isn’t. That said, the quality of the food largely justifies the cost. The burgers are consistently good, the fries are generous, and the overall experience feels dependable rather than hit-or-miss. There were no issues with cleanliness, wait time, or consistency during this visit, which matters more than it gets credit for in fast-casual dining. This isn’t a place you visit to be impressed — it’s a place you visit because you know what you’re getting. I would go back and would recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, satisfying fast burger, especially when quality matters more than saving a few dollars.

Food was promptly on time for pick up. Service was great. Had everything separated and sealed nicely. One of the best, if not the best, Five Guys experiences I’ve had. And I’m certainly a frequent flyer lol.

We just ate here en route to the airport, dreading the airplane food. This meal was amazing! The restaurant was clean, with friendly and helpful staff. The burger was perfect, juicy but not soggy. Even our 5 year old scarfed down a burger with no complaints at all!!

5/22: I came into the restaurant around 7:45 PM. I was promptly greeted by the staff members. The restaurant was clean my services fast and my food was cooked the way I asked. I have been to this specific location a few times I even drive a little further to come to this one even though there is one closer to my house just because the service and the food is always on point. Thank you ! Came back on 6/6 around 3pm, I was greeted by the manager, Fernando, who was very kind & patient. He made my food exactly the way I asked him to, and he just had a very great attitude, which is very hard to find these days. Thank you Fernando shout out to you and your workers at this location I will continue being a repetitive customer.

Patties seem smaller, and you couldn't taste any season on the meat. The fries were great. The restaurant needed cleaning while there were 4 people behind the counter.

Disappointed in the mistake in the order as I was the only customer in store. You usually goto five guys for not only the quality in food but the feeling of not having to check your order for mistakes because of the service. Asked specifically for no mushrooms and it almost seems like they gave me extra mushrooms.

I placed the order on the five guys website directly and once I placed that order they sent it to DoorDash and they canceled it saying that I picked the order up which I never did. They’ve been rescheduled my order two or three more times and every time I got an email saying that the driver couldn’t find my order. I called DoorDash thinking that they could help me and they advised me to reach out directly to the five guys location since I ordered directly through the website once I contacted five guys I requested to speak to a manager and the manager pretty much got on the phone and laughed in my face and said it was nothing that he could do and that I needed to contact customer service. I spoke to two people at that location one being the manager, and one being one of the employees they were very rude. Once I contacted customer service, I just got the complete runaround and never got refunded my money and I had to dispute it with my bank. I’ve never experienced so much unprofessionalism from a location and I will never come to this location again. I’ve tried calling the location multiple times to try to get this issued fixed and no one ever reached back out to me.

Walked in with my family order 70plus dollars worth of food & wanted to pay with a 100 & they wouldn’t accept it. So we walked out.

The waiting was pathetic and the staff even more so. The cook actually cheated me out of my bacon, she looked at the ticket and wrapped it anyway knowing it wasn't correct, after my daughter and I waited over 45 minutes. I hope they read these, because they know who they were. I have the ticket date and time all you have to do is check it against the schedule and you have your culprits. I wonder how many other people they stole from today....because I got charged but didnt get my correct order. It about the principle at this point....the little dollar and change for bacon isn't killing me, but you don't get to keep it, because your behind and can't keep up with your orders....sorry not my problem.... I paid 21.10 for a bacon cheeseburger and that's not what I got.
