Want to go where everyone knows your name? This is it, order inside dont be in such a rush. The staff will remember your name. They great several people each time I go by name. Coffee and food orders are correct. Staff try to work fast as to not waste your time. Please if your in a mood that morning go elsewhere staff deserve to be treated well and you only make yourself look bad. Sorry to say I've had to lower my review. The friendly staff that were here appear to be no longer. Location is consistently out of something. Today the person preparing food was rude, this after I had to change from what I wanted to get because they were out of it. Staff are now much more interested in talking to each other about personal things accross the store than their customers. The place was almost empty today, mostly mobile orders. I canceled my food order after the lady was rude and slow due to talking with coworkers across the store. I dont think I will bother with this location any longer. This is not the first time lately that i have had poor service or wrong itms received.

The staff here is very nice. The location and parking are also good. However, this location had a lot of debris on the floor. And for people looking for tables to work, there is only one large communal table and three short tables. The rest of the seating is along then wall with high stools. For someone with short legs like me, that can be quite uncomfortable.

Super slow on a Thursday early afternoon. Not even so many people in the store. However still waited for more than 25 minutes for my online order. Other drinks ordered around the same time were all complete. Slowest Starbucks service ever. Pro tip: don’t order a drink with too much customization. It would take them forever to make.

This is 3rd times they make my order wrong and every time I order matcha they don’t know how to do it instead of 5 pumps syrp they put 5 scoop matcha and 2 pump syrp. Same thing with caramel ribbon crunch i have problem with coffee so I always order cream base and they always put coffee inside. It always bad service I would rather go Starbucks by Hesperian more than.

I’m really disappointed with my experience at this Starbucks tonight. My family and I arrived at 8:25 PM, planning to order warm drinks, and before ordering I urgently needed to use the restroom. I politely asked the young woman at the counter, who then asked Alexa if it could be opened. Without even considering my situation, she said it was closed. I explained that it was a real emergency and that I fully intended to make a purchase right after, but I was still told no and was directed to the CVS next door instead. It felt cold and dismissive, especially since we were clearly there to buy drinks and it wasn’t even closing time yet. What should have been a simple act of understanding turned into an uncomfortable and embarrassing situation. This experience really changed how welcome I feel at this location.

Watch out for Allen, he’ll definitely make sure you “make a purchase” before you ask him to use the restroom. I’m hoping this policy is strictly enforced on everyone. Way to set the tone, I’m sure this is on brand with Starbucks perspective of customer experience

I think I would have had a better experience visiting a prison. September second 5 AM. I said, thank you have a great day to the girl behind the counter.She just gave me a smug look and ignored me. I don't know what kind of music they were playing but it was laced with profanity.

The establishment is very clean & quiet but the order was wrong. I asked for a specific drink & it wasn't made how I asked. I'm very disappointed & I won't come back to this establishment again

I tipped her and it was a nice interaction but she literally forgot half of my order and didn’t ask me for my name. Sometimes store is full and I get it, but I was in a hurry and that wasn’t too good for me

This review is primarily for the beverage and inside the store. Everytime we visit this store, it is always dirty (floor, table, condiments section, bathroom). My husband and ordered the dragonfruit lemonade and had no issues. But the java chip frappuccino gave me a stomach ache, and my son who just sips of the drink had diarrhea for 2 full days. Will not recommend this SB location and will NEVER order here again. I can only imagine how filthy the work station is here.

Usually I don’t like to be a fan of writing bad reviews but here goes nothing: I don’t go to Starbucks much and only go to this location to pick up orders for my family placed through online and such. The app for this location doesn’t allow me to buy orange juice online so I decided to wait in line, right? Line was tad long for orange juice but I decided to give it a shot. I don’t know how Starbucks works, but it seemed pretty dead when it came to the staff, as in one person is making the drinks and one on cashier. I don’t like to call people out as well, but the cashier by the name of ‘Victor’ could be a lot more.. enthusiastic if that makes sense. He sighed when it was my turn to order (remind you, it was orange juice) and let out the most unwelcoming “how can I help you?” with a blank stare. I waited for maybe 15 minutes in line for that? Okay.. a bit awkward but sure. Just paid and left really. Just wanted to point that out there that consultation could help!
