My fiancé and I went out on a little diner date tonight. Our waiter was Charles and let me tell you this guy knows how to take care of his customers! Charles was super attentive. Asked several questions to make sure our entire order was correct. Super inviting smile and just all around what I wish all waiters were like. The food was absolutely amazing. So thank you to the cooks in the back!! And for those who are 21+ the mango margarita on the rocks is super delicious 10/10 recommend.

We ordered Door Dash this week and decided to try the "new and improved" cheese dip. I am very sad that they took the old one away, because this one tastes like nacho cheese like when you order nachos at the fair or a ballpark. We will NOT order it again. This was a horrible mistake by Chilis.

I understand people have a job to do,I'm 53yrs old,full gray beard,I don't understand how she could ask for my ID,,I getting it,jus use your judgement,I didn't see her card anybody else, food was mediocre, she only checked on the wife and I once, still left her 20 dollars tip, Chili's please change the menu up time for some new items

The new queso dip is horrible. It tastes exactly like cheese whiz once you get at a ball game. It even has a bad aftertaste.

I have been going to this Chili's location since 2005. The staff are wonderful, the restaurant is clean, the food tastes great. However, since the recent menu change I have noticed a couple of things. The Smoke House Combo used to come with roasted corn on the cob (absolutely delicious). Now it is called the Rib Combo. No corn. Did the price reflect the lesser portion? No, it did not. The price stayed the same, and the amount of food you get went down. My most recent visit, I ordered the 6 piece chicken crispers. It comes with fries, mac and cheese and two dipping sauces. However, the dipping sauce cups were only filled halfway. So here I am, out of sauce with three chicken strips left. I understand that a business has to be profitable, but cutting food costs at the expense of customer satisfaction is not the best way to go about it.

Went to Chilli's with my grandson,I think it was January 7th, and I ordered the platter with the rib's and chicken strips and fries,I must say that I was very disappointed with the piece of meat that I was given,that was supposed to be a half of a baby back rib,I don't even know what it was..it wasn't the usual baby back rib,it was bulky and tough! I complained to the waitress and they gave me something off of my bill...but really ruined my dinner!! I also want to add,that I wish that they would add a whole steak to the menu instead of just a half of a steak and baked potatoes, instead of just mashed potatoes!! Chili's need to step there game up!! Other than that it's usually a pretty good place to eat and drink at!

Haven’t ate at chili’s in over 12 years for a bad experience, stop there today and lo and behold a bad experience. Ordered Diet Coke , got served Dr Pepper. Not big deal except Im diabetic. Ordered the endless chips and salsa, ran out n didn’t get anymore until after our meal came. I ordered the chicken fajita because it was advertised in two spots on the menu like it was a good meal and it was bland. Then at the end I ask the waitress for two to go boxes and when she brought only one she asked me if I was sure I didn’t want a box for my food. Pretty used to either bad service and good food or bad food and good service but bad and bad is just my experiences at chilis and at different locations. When im paying $60 for two ppl at least get one of them good lol

We stopped by for a dessert and coffee after doing some shopping. Was hoping for a coffee with Irish Cream, but was told that they didn’t have Irish Cream. Not really a big deal as the small bar can’t be expected to carry everything. But imagine our surprise that when our regular coffees arrived, we were in formed that they did not carry creamer of any sort of the coffee. This is the first restaurant of any kind that didn’t carry any type of coffee creamer. I cannot understand why they don’t have at least the little “cups” that are found everywhere else. Will not be back. The dessert was adequate, but nothing to make it a destination stop.

Well this was disappointing. We waited 30 minutes for a table, not too bad. After waiting for the server for several minutes, we were told they ran out of steak. Ok.... we stayed picked new food. The server filled drinks only a couple times, maybe understaffed? Then the food came out.... ONE of the SEVEN meals were correct. Sausage was cold, mashed potatoes were cold, cheese quesadilla was without cheese, they ran out of chicken strips so we got about 3 nuggets that were old and hard, missing sauces, portions were skimpy, toast was burned and smashed, grilled chicken was undercooked. The manager came out, he super kind. He comped a large portion of the meal which was great because everyone was still hungry. Teen daughter went to bathroom, toilet paper everywhere, toilet full of feminine products, and met by a MAN inside the ladies restroom..... So many things went wrong this time and we are big fans of Chili's.

I ordered chicken wings that were overcooked and under heat lamp for quite some time because they were rubbery and my fries were cold. I trusted y'all with my food service and being the only good restaurants in town. Boy I was wrong.

Air conditioner had place freezing and the temperature outside was 73. The waitress was non existent. $1.00 tip. Pasta was sticky. 1 tablespoon of chicken. With 1 tablespoon of a (?) sauce. The chili was absolutely nasty. Will never go again.

Chili's!! Yall need yalls behinds whooped for this. 4 chicken strips a little bigger than my thumb for $16 with tax? Not to mention they were all breading with paper thin meat. And you changed them and didn't warn anyone. These taste like any other fast food chains chicken tenders now. There is nothing special about them. If I could have threw them at the window im sure it would have busted it as hard as they were. Just the worse meal with a big price tag.
