I got a delivery through the subway app and the sandwiches were so good! I got a sandwich and asked for a bunch of olives but worded the request in an unclear way and the person working there called to clarify what I wanted and I thought that was really sweet. THEN I got the order and there was a nice note on the sandwich. Also it was probably the best sandwich I ever had, which is incredible. If there ever was a Sandwich Artist in the literal since, it would be them. Thank you! :3

I would like to say a very big thank you to the sweet young ( blue haired) lady that was our server tonight .We visit this store often and go to this particular one because we always have a great experience. This sweet young lady always greets her customers with a smile,seems to enjoy her job, always quick to serve customers with accuracy,is very professional,always happy,the food is always fresh,plenty of fresh veggies to choose from ,plenty of fresh breads to choose from,the store is always clean , sandwiches were labeled correctly . Anyways. Shout out to you and have a very blessed day, keep your head up ,your doing great , you'll go far if you stay on track. Keep up the great work. Wish I had a way to show our appreciation. . The young guy with color in his hair went above and beyond! I wish I would have gotten his name. Made my sandwich perfectly and was very nice! I came in on 6-2-23 at about 9:55am. Whatever they are paying him, it’s not enough! Definitely my favorite subway now! Also all the food was fresh and the store was exceptionally clean.
The lady helping myself and my children was the only employee there that day and made us feel wonderful while ordering. Very sweet lady, wish I had gotten her name. Whoever was working the Jacksonville (main st) store on February 13th, in the early afternoon alone, I'm the mom that came in with the four kiddos. You showed amazing customer service skills and I really appreciate you!! And the subs were made perfectly, thanks again!
I place an order through the subway app for breakfast but it never came through and come to find out they don't sell breakfast. None of the subways in my location do. But the young lady was very nice to help me and resolve the issue. I was very pleased and thankful for her. I got an refund and I will come back very soon for an regular sandwich because they all were nice, friendly ladys and was willing to fix my problem.
The employees have improved since last time I came in. I gave it a few months to see if they would restaff. Now I can enjoy a sandwich in town again comfortably. Good job getting some quality workers. Main street.
Excellent! Shelly made me feel like a brand new woman with a great cut and style that started way outside my comfort zone but ended up fabulous! "Trust me", she said. Glad I did, everyone loves it! 😀😘

Everything was absolutely fresh, from the bread to the protein to the veggies. Cookies also just came out of the oven during my visit. Very impressed! Very great attitude and atmosphere.

I ordered my sandwiches online, when I got there they told me they didn’t have tuna so I had to wait an additional 10-15 minutes. My sandwich was all messed up and nasty looking wasn’t even wrapped up right and had onions that I did not ask for. Mind you they read my order off a ticket and still got it wrong

Kaitlyn doesn’t needs to work in food wasn’t wearing a hairnet or was the gentleman that was working with her . I called an asked could I have a refund cause it was HAIR IN MY FOOD she stated yes bring a receipt! Once I got there she rudely asked for my receipt so I got back rude with her and asked how can you be mad at me for something you did incorrectly to me .. then my response was come back in the morning when a manager is there !!!! Disgusting behavior and terrible customer service!!!!!
I just drove 15 min away to get a sub sandwich at this location(Main St. in Jacksonville) The google map says they close at 10:30pm. I walked in at 10:22pm w/ the sign still saying open and they tell me, “Sorry, we’re closed”. They already had everything broke down and put away. Why have hours up stating that the business closes at 10:30pm if the workers stop serving customers at 10pm? The time should be exactly that if it closes at 10pm. This was a waste of a drive and my time. I could’ve just chose somewhere else to eat. I asked him if this was proper procedure (closing before the actual closing time). The man said yes. Then, the closing time should change on google as well to save customers from making blank trips.
We went to this location as a paying customer and I ordered our food and drinks and I needed to use the restroom a d wash my hands as we were planning to eat inside and was told by the workers that we could not use the restroom.. I was puzzled because how are you going to deny customers from washing their hands? The workers said the management told them not to let customers use the restroom. This is poor customer service and shows the customer you don't care about their business.
I went into the Jacksonville, AR location last night. I stood in line for several minutes, 53 to be exact. When I reached the front to order, I was told they were out of every bread except 1. How could this be I thought. This is what subway is known for the most, THE SUB BREAD... following that information, I was told about other competitors that might have more bread at different locations.. this girl had no knowledge of anything and it's a sad reflection to this store and the training she's received. I hope it improves.
The young lady with the blonde hair wouldn't give me free ice cup with a $12 purchase. She was very unprofessional & rude.
My husband when to the subway on Main Street in Jacksonville Ark and the lady was making the food had on a black nothing but car hair all over her shirt 🤬🤢🤮 so he ask her do you have any animals at your house? And she said yes I owe 5 cats so my husband said No thxs we can’t eat car hair this is very unprofessional, and we will be calling corporate.
Absolutely the most inconsistent Subway I have ever been too. I ordered online and when I got my order and got home to eat it I was shocked at the lack of meat on what was supposed to be a double meat signature steak blitz. The guy that made it 2 days ago was perfect he needs to train the rest of the staff. I do not know his name but I am going to find out because he is the only one who knows how to make a proper Subway sandwich
I ordered a salad online. I ordered extra honey mustard and a few more of certain veggies. When I go to pick up the salad. It's obvious they didn't even read the instructions on how I wanted the salad made. One little drop of honey mustard and they didn't even add salt or pepper like I asked. Worse service ever. Lazy fast food employees I swear.
