I like this place & so far all employees have been very friendly. I never wait long, like NEVER. Service has been great. Im confused why this store always seems to be pretty empty. I've lived near here for years, yet i can't say I've EVER seen more than 2 cars in the drive thru at once & I've seen that maybe 2 times at most 🤷🏾‍♀️. And that's with NO customers in the parking lot. I don't get it. It seems like a prime spot. I just hope they never go away. What I CAN say with 100% certainty is that their prices BEAT both Dutch bros & Starbucks. I don't know if anyone's tried Dunkins refreshers yet, but i HIGHLY RECOMMEND trying them. Only ONE thing i don't like is that so far, the last few times I came, i wanted to buy munchkins (my whole family's fav so I was hoping to buy enough for a family gathering) but they said they were out. Iwas also told on another occasion, they were out of one of only 3 flavors. I don't get why. Unless they just decided not to make for the day at the beginning of the closing crew shift? Because I don't believe for a single second they SOLD out of them, not at all. They don't make enough business, I can't stress how empty this store ALWAYS looks when im there & i drive pass them to go into the gas station near by, the dollar store, barber, grocery store to buy food, when using the atm, so I pass them out to to them directly or indirectly on a daily. (That's the reason for my 4 stars on "food.")Other than that, I love this Dunkin. I'd like to say it's my little secret Dunkin but People NEED to stop here & bring them business, i guarantee you won't have to wait. You'll have the fastest service of ALL Dunkins. I'd hate to see it go.

It was a good stop in the morning. Quickly was helped with a smiling face. Got my stuff and was satisfied. We were super early to school one day and decided to stop here. It was a great stop as it didn't take up too much time to get to school. It was a special treat for the kiddos. 😉. Thanks!

We came through the drive thru for an extremely simple order: two identical $5 meals and one shot of espresso. When we reached the window, our total was over $21, which immediately raised concern. The gentleman at the window was professional and began calmly going line by line through the order to identify the issue—no problem there. Then the manager, Lexie/Alexis (unsure of the exact name), abruptly stepped in with a visibly hostile attitude and took over the interaction. She repeatedly questioned us about a croissant that we did not order. We clearly and calmly stated multiple times that we never ordered a croissant and did not want one. Instead of simply removing the incorrect item and resolving the issue, her demeanor became increasingly aggressive. Rather than listening, she continued to challenge us over the same item, as if our repeated, clear responses were somehow unacceptable. Ultimately, instead of fixing the mistake, she escalated the situation and refused us service entirely. This should have been an effortless correction. If a customer states they never ordered an item, basic common sense dictates that it should be removed. Two $5 meals and an extra shot of espresso—that is all we ordered, and that was stated repeatedly. The manager’s behavior was unprofessional, unnecessary, and completely unacceptable. She made the situation far worse than it ever needed to be and reflected extremely poorly on the business. If this is how paying customers are treated, I can only imagine how uncomfortable and hostile the work environment must feel for employees as well.

I don’t know what it is about Jacksonville and these stores that shuts down everything a hour before closing but it’s aggravating it says store close at 8 I go to get coffee and sandwich at 7 they say everything shut down

This location has some of the rudest employees, and coffee orders are wrong most of the time. I’d avoid the afternoon shift if you want to not waste money or time.

I order a BEC bagel and cream cheese meal. When I got to work, I realized there was nothing on my bagel except cream cheese and it was burnt. I had to come back, was very polite and one young lady was very rude about getting it replaced. Her attitude did not match the situation. I even had to pay for more fresh hot hash browns, even though I returned the cold ones. Prior to that my drive thru customer service was positive.

Ordered 3 egg,sausage and cheese English muffin sandwiches online to pick up for my workers breakfast Labor Day. I ordered Xtra egg, sausage and cheese on all 3. When I got to work, none of them had the Xtra I paid 1 for each ( 9 dollars worth). I tried to call all day Labor day and no one would answer thd phone. I finally reached the store Tuesday evening, when I explained the issue with the associate, Informing her I had the receipt and order number. The associate informed me that without the sandwiches I was SOL. SERIOUSLY? These are the people that want 15 dollars a hour and can't even make a sandwich right with the instructions in front of them. If this is the way Dunkin doughnuts runs their business, I'll go elsewhere. I would encourage others to do the same. I stop at Dunkin Doughnuts every Saturday and Sunday to buy my crew breakfast. Dunkin Doughnuts has lost my future weekend business over 9 dollars. Great customer service Dunkin Doughnuts, I mean LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RELATIONS.

The lady taking my order was upset rude. Yes I was in the phone and I guess it annoyed her. However, I was looking at the menu, when I get to the window she’s talking super loud trying to be funny and then tells me that I need to tell her how I’m paying. The one providing a service is her, so I would assume she needed to ask? As she’s talking she spitting because I guess she had issues with her teeth. Honestly if she’s working the window I wouldn’t even get food from there. If you don’t want to work just say that. If you don’t have patience gather some.

If I could give this establishment zero stars, I would, I had the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. The manager Violet yelled at me at the window and cursed at me. I placed a mobile order. The payment had come out of my bank I showed confirmation and she continued to tell me that they didn’t have the order When I asked to speak to a manager. She stated she was the manager and all complaints can go through corporate office and slam the window in my face.
