My first time visiting this restaurant and I was surprised, the attention of the girl who served us was wonderful, the food was delicious, better than many expensive restaurants I've been to, friendly and clean, everything was very fresh and they make delicious bubble tea, I will clearly return more frequently.

Delicious sushi, the crab bomb (breaded deep fried crab stick with green pepper) was also a hit! They even have bubble tea (with a wide flavor menu and the cup lids have cat ears)! The owner was kind and even surprised us with samples to try of some new menu items! If you liked the fuji restaurant that closed a while back this is run by some of the same friendly and attentative people that worked at fuji and they have some of the food items we missed from there like the pink lady roll 💖

I LOVE this place, it is my favorite sushi place . Sushi is super fresh, employees are very helpful and kind. They were very accommodating with my food allergies, tried the rainbow drink and loved it! Will be back soon!

I love this place. Me and my girlfriend go almost every week. The food is amazing and our server is a wonderful lady. It is definitely underrated. The only downside is the music, it’s a little distracting and loud but other than that definitely one of my favorite places to eat. The boba is also very delicious! highly recommend :)

TL;DR: Great food, great prices, great service. FOOD: We had the fried tofu and vegetable gyoza for appetizers and both were perfect. For entrees my husband had the Udon soup and the miso broth was, frankly, phenomenal. I ordered the Fancy Roll was also excellent and the portions were quite large. We also shared a Taro milk tea which was delicious. SERVICE: Upon entering we were greeted and seated immediately. Our waitress was very kind and attentive, and our food was prepared quite quickly. ATMOSPHERE: The dining room is clean, unassuming, and charmingly typical of a hole-in-the-wall restaurant with great food. This isn’t an “upscale” establishment but care has been taken to make it welcoming, with touches of Japanese decor and small vases of silk flowers on each table. The bathroom was also very clean, which is always a welcome indication of the restaurant’s attentiveness to hygiene and guest comfort. SUMMARY: Highly recommend this business that is clearly run with great care by talented people. If you like Japanese cuisine, you’ll love Watami.

Simple yet cute decor (LOVED THE CAT PAINTING). Waitress ran the entire restaurant like the Navy, wonderful woman, you can really tell she’s a passionate and hard-working person. Food was SPECTACULAR!!! I couldn’t even take a picture before I demolished everything (even the soup was MMM MMM MMM DELICIOUS). The Taro milk tea was amazing as well! :) I only come back to this town to visit my family and this will 100% be a place I suggest we eat at again.

Absolutely love this place!! The lady that runs the front is so wonderful! Definitely take her advice on food and drink choices, the drinks she makes are far better than anywhere else around! The food is really good as well we always get at least one roll even if we're just stopping in for a few drinks. 100% recommend this place to everyone!

Best place in Johnstown to get sushi. The owner is super sweet and friendly. You can tell it’s a family ran business they make you feel like you’re at home. you won’t be just disappointed with the sushi 10/10

Absolutely delicious spot in Johnstown. Visiting from AZ, the hospitality here is unmatched like no other. Definitely, will be going back here when I visit again. This was a staple for me in Johnstown that made my experience that much better. The waitress is extremely kind and gentle, made me feel right at home. The sushi quality is fantastic and the prices are best.

They food tasted awesome. It was busy when I ate dinner but the staff was great and friendly and I strongly suggest the smoothies I had the peach sooo good. The crab ragoon was so creamy and delicious. The watami roll was perfect and my bento box of chicken teriyaki was the best in the area. I will be going back.

FUJI’s sushi is still alive and well and truthfully maybe even better than ever at Watami! That is saying A LOT because the sushi at FUJI was an easy 10 out of 10! I wanted to post this incase anyone (like myself) has been craving some of their old favorites, not knowing they could still be getting them! Lena, who was a former long time waitress at Fuji has owned Watami with her husband for the last 2ish years. The first time I walked in there and realized who owned it, it was like catching up with an old friend, it felt so good! They are located down by the Corner Coffee Shop in Geistown. If you’ve never been make sure to stop by and check them out, you won’t be disappointed! You can’t ever go wrong with pink ladies & crab ragoon! If you’re feeling adventurous try the peach strawberry yogurt bubble tea, the green tea bubble tea flavors are also great too! I had never tried a bubble tea before this place but now it's become a staple with my order! The service is unmatched, Lena is one of the friendliest ladies I know & its a super clean environment! I can't say enough great things about this place, I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a regular customer.

I was hungry for Sushi and figured I'd give Watami a shot. I wasn't disappointed. I ordered a couple rolls of Sushi to go, the Love Roll and the California Tempura to be specific. Pick up time was quick, portions were plentiful, prices were low and the Sushi was delicious. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by a friendly inviting hostess. The establishment was cozy and very clean. I left with a few menus and will definitely be back to visit.

Absolutely incredible! My boss suggested me this place and we all went out to eat and it is pricey. But for what you get I say it's 100% worth it. The food is so good I highly suggest if anybody's looking for sushi go here for three people it costed about $130 some and the reason why I costed that much is because of one of my co-workers accidentally ordered way too much than what he can eat.

I love this place! The bento boxes are great! Best teriyaki sauce anywhere! Very good sushi. Not fancy but aways consistent. Very nice owners. I get take-out here several times a month.

This is a great place to eat in Richland Pa. Small restaurant. Not a ton of seating. Many people order takeout. The food is amazing 10/10. If your eating in, expect to wait a little bit but totally worth the wait. Best sushi in the area. Many people choose Nyko's but this place puts them to shame both on quality and price! Very highly recommended 👌

Reviews were good so I thought I’d try. Fish was gray???? Literally repulsive I didn’t notice some of the gray fish until I ate the middle roll. It tasted rotten. Immediately contacted grubhub customer service to have my money refunded. Id avoid this place unless you want food poising.
