The managers Antonio and Alberto have great customer service in this store. I have been here Myrtle times and their team is always so friendly and ready to serve. They collaborated with our youth group and gave them all coupons.

I had a great experience at Charleys Cheesesteaks inside Walmart! Manager Kelvin was an excellent host — super friendly, attentive, and made everyone feel welcome. The food was tasty, but what really stood out were the fries — hot, crispy, and perfectly seasoned. Honestly, some of the best fries I’ve had in a long time. I’ll definitely be coming back. Great job to the whole team!

The breakfast was delicious, the egg was thick and the seasonings were delicious, the lunch was also delicious, the bread was soft and sauces were delicious, The workers were all so kind and always checked on how we liked our food, and were always open for conversation. The atmosphere was calm and quiet which was very enjoyable. Would come again, a great experience overall!

Wow! The quality of service is always top tier! The food is very delicious and I enjoy bringing my family here for a bite to eat. The icing on the cake is when I left my debit card while dining in and Mr Hernandez found me on social media and reached out to me to let me know that I left my card at Charleys. I was blown away about how wonderful of a person he is! Thank you again Mr. Hernandez!

Update I’ve spoken with the regional manager and they give me a full refund and a strawberry lemonade drink to go. I’ve always liked the food here, always been hot and fresh which is a plus to me. So I will be back because they made it right. I updated my stars from a 1 (previous comment) to a 3. I wish the daily special will stay at $4-$5. When you’re super hungry and haven’t ate all day, so you get something quick to eat. And then you look down after eating a few good fries and there’s a hair!! Like really.. just nasty. Yes, I requested a refund and no I did not get it. Not a good look!!
