Brooke served us on Valentine’s Day and did a great job. Checked on us frequently, made sure we were satisfied, and got all of our order correct. I had a great experience at chili's tonight. I got the Texas cheese fries and the $5 Watermelon margarita. I was very pleased with both! We had such a wonderful meal at Chili’s last week! Our server was almost done her shift but she still came over to take our order and get it into the kitchen. The person who replaced her came out shortly thereafter and took great care of us. We had ordered a kids meal, a chicken tortilla soup, chips/salsa appetizer, chicken Cajun pasta and a veggie burger. Food was amazing! It wasn’t too busy. Top marks for the service. They treated us very well.

I sat in bar but left. I was never waited on in the middle of afternoon. I stopped going for a long time because bartender cheated me on Rewards...told me at checkout that Rewards items were not free any more despite me mentioning up front. Been there a few time for one item carry out but not woth the effort.

A classic eatery in the heart of Katy. The experience ar this location is sometimes better than others but is usually good. The atmosphere is cool with attentive waiters and relatively clean facilities. Food is always good and affordable. Highly recommended for classic American food and as a standard place for after work get-togethers!

I really love the way the food tastes here. It's reasonably priced and the to-go option is my go-to. I really enjoy the margarita of the month and the bartenders who make them are very nice. The ribs are my personal favorite I just wish there were more dry rub options, I don't like being messy when I eat them.

Shoutout to Gavin for being such a great server! He was friendly, calm, and made the whole experience better. You can tell he genuinely cares about his tables. We’ll definitely be back!

I haven’t been to Chili’s in years, and it truly feels like they’ve rebranded and leveled up everything about the family dining experience. The food, the service, the atmosphere — all beyond amazing! We ordered the *viral Triple Dipper* (obvi because I'm a content creator and it's ALL over Tiktok, a kids’ pizza meal, the chicken pasta, a side salad, and of course the *Molten Chocolate Cake*. Everything was delicious and everyone was happy. Our server Jayden was kind, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The restaurant was clean, family-friendly, and had such a warm and welcoming vibe. I can honestly say Chili’s has exceeded our expectations. Everything was Excellent, our Waiter Kindra went above and beyond to make my Mother, daughter date special. We came in very hungry and went home very satisfied. Surf and turf was delicious 😋 😍, mozzarella sticks were yum 😋 . We got some chips and dips while we waited, very thoughtful of Kindra! Only snag was that the game kiosk placed on each table is NOT fair, it doesn't tell you that you would pay for it. ONCE YOU SWIPE, YOU PAY 😡😡😡 BEWARE!!!! I normally eat local, but am no stranger to Chili’s. However my latest visit is the first time I remmeber that I have been able to try their chicken fried steak. This surprised me because chicken fried steak is one of my favorite indulgences food-wise. The steak itself was crispy. The crunch survived both sitting and the the thick pepper gravy. The gravy was well seasoned overall, and ample enough that every bite got its share. The meat inside the steak was very tender, and completely lacking in gristle. As for the supporting players. The meal comes with mashed potatoes, and corn on the cob. The mashed potatoes were inconsistent. For the most part they were extremely smooth and creamy. However there were a noticebale numble of lumps. This of course took away from the experience. The corn on the cob was tnder and crispy just like it should be. The corn was definately the better of the two sides. Our server was attentive, but not over bearing. This is not an easy ballance but she handled it well. On balance it was a good meal, one I will likely be enjoying again.

We gathered at the Chili’s on I-10 & Mason Rd to celebrate a friend’s birthday lunch, and it was such a great choice! I ordered the Triple Dippers, and everything was delicious—the Southwestern Eggrolls were packed with flavor, the Fried Mozzarella was perfectly crispy, and the Sliders were juicy and filling. Plenty of food to share, and the service made the celebration even better. Perfect spot for a fun and tasty birthday lunch.

Wait time was reasonable, about 5-10 minutes as it was a Saturday night. Good vegetarian options, I got the black bean burger with a side of fries! Ambience is average, very noisy as it is almost always packed. Overall, good experience!

I went with my sister friend to meet her for lunch. We hadn't seen each other in a while. So you can guess we had a lot of catching up to do. She was so gracious to pay for my lunch. I feel that was so nice of her. The food and service was good. We enjoyed each other's company.

There is not much to say. If you have ever been to a restaurant from this franchise, the flavor is very homogeneous. The location is very good and easy to access. They served us quickly, hamburger and chicken nothing to brag about,

The food is okay. The margarita was not it's usual. These COVID times have changed a lot of places and it shows in the quality of drinks and food. The staff was doing their best and were as friendly as possible. I would go back, so that's why I gave a 4 star. Parking is usually easy to find.

I came here for dinner with a friend last Tuesday night at around 10:00pm. We requested a booth but were unfortunately told there was not one available. Thankfully we were still seated on a table that was away from the rest of the people there. Our server was Megan and she was kind and attentive. We ordered from the 2 for $25 menu. The Mango Chile Chicken was not too great and is something I would not order again. The Cajun Shrimp Pasta however was much better.

Great late night dinner! I had the Southern Smokehouse Burger. All burgers are done medium well, so you have to request if you want it done differently. It was quite delicious! The presentation of the burger was good and there's something charming about "steel" containers for fries and dipping sauce. My spouse ordered the chicken nachos and one bite of those was enough to want more. Very flavorful, although, the nachos were cold when he got them. I suspect they made them at the same time as the burger but the burger took longer, nachos got done and sat there waiting. Overall it was a great exprience!

Stopped here the other night for appetizers and dessert. Our wait was pretty long but I understood since it was a Friday. Our waitress was really sweet, helpful and very attentive. Chili's like many other restaurants have been forced to adapt with the times, offering value deals for 2, adjusted menu offerings and tweaks in their portions. Our Onion Rings appetizer was crisp and delicious. Bacon cheeseburger was juicy and overall very satisfying although much smaller compared to its older counterpart. My wife's chicken fajitas on the other part, were a huge disappointment. Gone were the good ol' days when these fajitas were brought to you sizzling in a skillet. Portions look significantly reduced as well and chicken tasted differently missing that charbroiled look and flavor we used to love. We also had a technical issue with the Ziosk payment module on our table and had to wait for their system to reboot (around 15 minutes) to complete our payment. On the plus side, table service was good and spot on. Overall Chili's is a good alternative for everyone in your family; guess I'm a bit nostalgic and miss the original menu.

I try to give good reviews. I feel like the food was subpar. 3 of our 4 meals were not favorable. And while the service attentiveness was nice, the folks timid or did not speak at all. I.e. the drinks were put on the table without a word and the dude ran away.

I ordered the triple dipper that included the burgers, southwest egg rolls, and chicken crispers (honey chipotle sauce on the side). The over all I would rate the food a 3 out of 5 ONLY because I ordered it to go and from ordering take out from other restaurants as well, I know that food is never the same as it would be if you dine in. The southwest egg rolls were soft, if you told me the chicken crispers were cooked fresh I wouldn’t believe it because the texture of it was giving, I’ve been waiting for you for 3 hours now, and the burgers were good. The beverage of choice was. Dr. Pepper and it was still good once I received. That was a huge plus! Thank you for that. Yes, I will order it again, it just probably wouldn’t be for take out.

The food was amazing, as usual. However, the server I had last night made me extremely uncomfortable, he constantly made demeaning “jokes” about me to the rest of the people at the table to get a laugh out of them, and went as far as to interrupt me when ordering and said “do you really think you can order first if you were late?”. When i showed up to meet my friends they hadn’t even placed their beverages order. Everytime he returned to the table he made the same “joke” about me being late and calling me names to make the rest of my friends laugh and made me extremely uncomfortable. I want to assume that he was trying to be light-hearted and sarcastic but the fact that his behavior stayed the exact same way towards the entire time was very rude, all while he was extremely friendly to everyone else at the table. Other than the server, everything was phenomenal.

We visiting Houston for the weekend and our last night my baby was not feeling well so i ordered a pick up order. Well i regret it now because my daughters sliders were undercooked and salad was mainly cheese. Tried calling but no answer, typical. Should have just ordered Mcdonalds from the start fue to i had to send my son to go buy her Mcdonalds aftrrwards.

Service was not great, barely checked in table and over all not attentive. The food was not cooked properly, food over all taste was bad. Prices are a little high for low quality food. I used to love chilis but as it has aged its very low quality.

Food prices have gone up exponentially in the past year or two...the 3 for 10 is now the 3 for me and the same meal I ordered years ago is now 8$ more!! 9$ if I want to get the same soup bowl I would've gotten when it was 3 for 10. If the price is going up and the quality isn't improving while you guys are actively giving less food AND you're not paying your employees more...I ask why is the price going up THIS MUCH?! Maybe a dollar or 2 would make sense but a nearly 8$ to 9$ increase is crazy to me. I won't be returning here, price gouging is ridiculous and needs to be stopped. This used to be one of my favorite places to eat but truthfully I don't see the price being worth it anymore. Most likely won’t be coming back to this location. We got to the restaurant and were sat at a table that was incredibly wobbly. Keep in mind the restaurant is not busy. The issue with that was it took us asking multiple times to different staff if they had something for them to put an easily 2-3 inch stack of paper napkins under the leg. That was only the beginning of the experience. While Derek was upbeat when answering a question, very simple drink orders were difficult. A glass of water and an unsweetened iced tea with lemon and extra ice. We got a tea with almost no ice and no lemon and had to ask twice for lemon and ice. Derek would walk by and without stopping say “all good over here” and look at empty drinks. We had to ask for a new drink one person at a time . So, it would be can I get another water, wait for him to return then ask for the tea, then when he returns ask for lemon and ice. Food flavor wise, was fine. The atmosphere was dirty and children were wiping their forks on the window. While I know there is little chilis can do this was still very disgusting for a food that They’re eating with (with food on it) to touch the window. From my experience if you were coming here for a date night you might want to look elsewhere and if you are bringing a family or more than two people I don’t think your orders will come out exactly how you ordered them. Be prepared to have to say things multiple times.

If I could leave no stars I would. There was no wait. We got seated immediately. waited 15 min & still no server after being seated.

Would have been “ok” food if it hadn’t been cold. No text notification was sent to let me know it was ready for pickup. So I finally went inside at 10:30!and asked if it was ready. Well of course it was. I finally received a text at 11:09 pm that HEY. GUESS WHAT??? Your order is ready for pickup. 😑 Perhaps if the “To Go” staff Had not been so busy cutting up in the back, perhaps I would’ve been notified earlier that my food was, in fact ready and I wouldn’t have had to go home and heat it up in the microwave. Lesson learned. UPDATE: Received a response from Chili’s to visit their website - - For what? What more do you need to see for quality assurance issues? Enough time has been wasted, and from all the other reviews, this seems to be a common theme at this location. For the $70 we spent, I believe it was an expensive lesson to learn when the competition actually “strives for perfection”.

Great food, but front of house lady around 5-6pm on 06/24 was SO RUDE! Seemed inconvenienced we even walked in and barely even talks; we really considered almost walking out once we sat down to eat somewhere else - what a terrible first impression for a restaurant’s front of house. Also we ordered chips and salsa as a starter and they brought some dip with it too. So we had some of it and when our waitress came back we said “This is good, this comes with it?” She said “oh you weren’t supposed to have that, I can add it to your check or take it away”. We had her take it away because we aren’t going to pay for what we didn’t order, but that’s just weird, why take it away just to throw it in the trash? Just let the customer keep it and own your screw up - it’s food… not merchandise. They also made a mistake on one of the dinners and forgot to bring one of our drinks until we asked about it over 20 minutes later- which would not have been a problem in itself had other things not taken place. It was our first and last visit to this establishment.

It would help so much just to be acknowledged when walking in and not been ignored.

Placed an order on chilis website and set it for delivery. The order was picked up at 6:45 by a DoorDash driver and was supposed to arrive at 6:51. I live just around the corner. By 7 the tracker showed the driver just driving around other complexes. I attempted to call the driver and text the driver but no response. He pulls up at 7:10 after driving around with our dinner for 25 min everything was cold and the ice cream for the desert was melted. I called chilis to go team and got nothing but attitude and the girl says “how is that our fault” she transfers us to a guy named Toya and he was just as rude. We asked for it to be re-made and we would pick it up and he said it’s a 100 dollar order and they can’t just remake it. My husband drove up there because like he said it’s a $100 dollar order and arrived cold and melted. Toya refused to make the order again and refunded it instead. Absolute trash for customer service. Chilis partnered with DoorDash so yes, it is a chilis problem that someone drove around with our order for 25 minutes and ignored my attempts to call/text to see what was going on. It’s a chilis problem not a customer problem. Worst customer service on the planet at this store. I will take my $100 dollar online orders to another restaurant.

Took long to take order. Our waitress after bringing us the food never came back. Then we had to ask another waitresses to bring more drinks and to go box, that's when the other one showed up.

Taking the corn on the cob is insane!! My family loves the regular and roasted corn on the cob! We won’t be ordering or visiting any Chili’s restaurants anymore! BRING BACK THE DAMN CORN ON THE COB!!

Good food but had a Roach crawling next to us while eating our dinner!! So GROSS! Mentioned it to the waiter and showed her a pictures I took if it! Don't know if they even Alerted Management to the Issue! Won't be going back! They need to Spray for Insects n such!! For Real, I'm not one to make issues but that's Disgusting.!

Definitely got food poisoning from here tonight . Avoid the chicken bacon nachos

Food was mediocre. Not like the Chile's I'm used to. Service was poor. Not only that, my car got broken into. There are no surveillance cameras on premises. Also, a second car was vandalized in the same hour!

Probably will not eat at this location again. Main reason there was a hair in my dip for my chips after I saw that it just ruined the entire appetite for that evening

I was very disappointed in the service received 1/30. My husband and I were seated at a table by the bar. Initially we were excited because we were also positioned by the large tv, and the Pistons were playing GS. Our waitress Samantha really dropped the ball. We had waited 30 minutes for drinks and even longer to order. My order was also incorrect ( asked for all flats, and received drums anyway) . I didn’t even complain due to initially waiting so long to even order. I had to stop her long after our meal to pay, as there were no payment machine at our table. Before leaving, I asked for a bag for my takeout… only to never see her again. I normally give severs the benefit of the doubt. However, as a person who goes above and beyond for costumers…I really don’t believe that Samantha earned the tip we’d left. She was friendly, and the food was good. However, I didn’t appreciate being treated as an afterthought.

Received uncooked food. Pics speak for themselves!! Called to have order replaced. They said that I had to come the next day. Well I couldn’t, I have a life and a job! I should be able to return at MY CONVENIENCE. After Al I paid for delivery for a reason! Will never ever eat here! Rude staff, customer service sucks!! Food definitely trash! Waste of $50!! Sad! Do better!
