Good taste and temperature. Food was fresh. I ordered half a bbq smokehouse chicken sandwich with side of tomato soup. Both were flavorful and nice texture mixture. What wasn't good is there are many displaced and homeless folks that are in establishment, smells are awful. I'm not sure that anyone could tolerate eating in the establishment. I received a free chocolate chip muffin. It was okay but not very moist; sorta dry.

Stopped by here for snacks. Had Margerita Flatbread Pizza, a croissant, a strawberry banana smoothie, and plum ginger hibiscus tea. Food and drinks were very good. Service was fast and friendly; I ordered at a self-service kiosk and someone brought our food to us. Atmosphere was pleasant. Glad to have stopped by.

Friendly and fast service. Food was typical Panera quality. It did have a funky smell in there and not sure if it was yucky carpet, dirty mop or cleaning stuff, etc Should've drive thru 🤢

Great outdoor and indoor area. Not very spacious inside so be aware it can get loud. Food was okay, I have had better in other locations. Staff was very friendly and got the order right. My husband’s salad was tragic but my order came out right. The problem for me was a table of teenagers being ridiculous loud, yelling, laughing and recording Tik Toks. They were there for 3 h and no one from the staff addressed them. I had to go outside to take a call because I couldn’t hear anything in headphones.

Nice and clean, huge space inside and a lot of space ouside. The spinach and white egg breakfast sandwich which came with avacado and cheese was somehow tasteless because of the proportion of ingredients combined with the type of bread, but it was definitely very fresh. The interior was also freezing cold. But a really nice place overall.

The food is good. The wait for your food through the drive-through is horrendous. The staff member will say that it’s coming right up and then you’ll wait there for 30 minutes. I wish the service was faster. I don’t know why it’s so slow.

A fast food spin on “healthy” options. Maybe I ordered the wrong things, but then again, there’s gotta be a reason I have tried this place before today. Something told me it wasn’t going to be for me. I placed my order to go. The counter service was good. The girl was a high schooler (she had the area high school sweater shirt on and was of high school age). She was polite and patient. I had a gift card that she had trouble processing, but she handled it well. When my order was ready, the lady calling names may as well have whispered. I had to ask if she called Lauri and she nodded after looking at me like I was bothering her. I ordered a Greek salad, the bistro French onion soup and half a Napa almond chicken salad sandwich. I wanted to try their signature take chicken sandwich, but the original and spicy were both “sold out”. The salad was loaded with the not so good pieces of lettuce and way too much feta. I’ve never had French onion soup without cheese, but that’s how mine was made today. The Napa almond chicken had no celery, no almonds and so much lettuce I could have made a side salad (and that was only a half sandwich). I’m not terribly disappointed. I’m just glad I had a gift card and didn’t spend my own money. $25.41 was my total. That seemed pretty high especially for the 3 stars I’m giving this review. The indoor seating options are plenty and they have an small outdoor patio with umbrella tables. The restaurant was clean and stocked well with condiments. They have a small coffee “bar”, but I’m not into coffee so I can’t say much about that. They also have a tiny bakery section at the order counter. The green tea was tasty. That was probably the highlight of my experience.

Hard to say what was the worst, terrible bagels & cheese or tasteless coffee. 2 stars are due to pretty good service. And all of above for 17 bucks !?

Today I ordered the oatmeal as I have in the past so know what this should taste like. The bottom of the container was nothing but a solid layer cinnamon powder (photo doesn’t do it justice). I tried mixing it to see if it would be better but it made the whole thing bitter. Not a good experience this time.

Very friendly counter employee. Food was made to specification. Broccoli cheddar soup was well balanced, and the sourdough bread on the turkey sandwich was soft with a crunchy crust. The vegetables were very fresh. All that said, the store had a probem: I saw ants walking on the back of the booth we were in. Until that is handled, I cannot award anymore than two stars.

I placed an online for 8:15am, my order wasn’t ready until 8:50am. Not one single employee apologized for the delay, when I told one employee I was upset for waiting so long, she shrugged her shoulders at me. I ordered the bagels for a company party and I was late due to my order being behind, I will never return

I asked the guy at the front for an exchange and he came back with a response from his manager and said “we can’t do an exchange, you would have to purchase another one” then the manager came out and positioned my exchange request as difficult to do for them. Stated “we would have to give you a full refund and then charge you all over again, do you want to do that.” as if I wasn’t sure of my request when I first asked for the exchange. The tone in which she asked was like saying am I okay with causing that kind of inconvenience for them. If a customer asks for an exchange, you should do the exchange regardless of what the process requires of you. Extremely unprofessional to put me on the spot like that. Will not be coming back. Huge lack of customer service. You should find another job if you’re unhappy where you are.

I got a sausage egg and cheese croissant sandwich and the new Green Goddess avocado toast through delivery. The croissant sandwich was wrapped in paper and the bread had been completely smashed in the wrapping. The densest croissant I've ever had. The avocado toast had a paper thin spread of avocado on it (not even enough to coat all of the bread) and they're charging $6 for that.

If I could give it 0 stars I would! My son and I got a large chicken noodle soup and there's barely anything in the bowl. It was cold not even hot. What would the small be like? 2 teaspoons? Horrible! Never will I ever go to a Panera again! How this place survives I don't know.... Ripping people off with small servings for a lot of money!

drive thru. dirty window exterior. looking in there from the car at the window, nothing was in order. floor had trash on it. counters looked nasty and i guarantee you they're using kraft singles on their grilled cheese and campbells tomato soup from a can. deserves a surprise visit from headquarters. less than one star.

I ordered ahead for a drive through pick up because its my lunch break. My order was set to be ready at 12:33. I got to the location and proceeded to the drive thru line at 12:27. It is now 12:49 and I’m just now getting to the window to retrieve my order. Never again.
