I ordered an $18 salad and unfortunately found a hair in it, which was disappointing. However, I want to give credit where it’s due the manager on duty handled the situation with kindness and professionalism. They were quick to issue a refund and made sure I felt heard and respected. Mistakes can happen, and the way this one was handled shows they truly care about their customers. I appreciate the great service and will give them another chance in the future.

I feel like I can eat Salata everyday! Love all the fresh veggies available and their buttermilk ranch is tasty! This is my first time at this location and from the looks of it, it’s always busy! Lucky for me, it wasn’t that long of a wait. Plentiful of workers helping me out and very generous portions too! I always opt for a regular size salad, no extra proteins for me. But maybe some bits of bacon though! Can’t go wrong with that. It’s a lighter alternative to fast food and definitely worth it!

I absolutely love Salata! I don't like to complain ever but, today was just the last straw. I always order for pickup and something is always missing from my order. Today 8/24, the romaine hearts were not fresh at all, some of them were brown, and it wasn’t even crunchy! Mushrooms were black/soggy, the radish was not fresh or crunchy, the chipotle shrimp didn’t even taste like chipotle or anything at all. The chipotle ranch was more like a dip than a dressing, just the whole thing was awful! I still ate the food because I was hungry and spent almost $16 for a small salad.

I’m a regular Salata customer and usually order through Uber Eats, where there’s often a “Buy 1, Get 1 Free” offer. Yesterday I saw a sponsored Instagram ad promoting the same deal, so today I decided to visit the Mason Rd location in person. Before ordering, I confirmed with the cashier that the offer was still available, and she said yes. Based on that confirmation, I ordered my second “free” salad. However, when I went to pay, I was suddenly asked to show the ad on my phone. Of course, I didn’t save the ad—who does? I even tried searching for it, but couldn’t find it quickly, so I ended up paying full price. I left feeling misled. If I had been told before ordering that I needed to present the ad, I would never have ordered a second salad. I specifically confirmed the deal, and only afterward was I told about this requirement. I’m disappointed—not because I paid for a second salad, but because it felt like I was pushed into an order I wouldn’t have made if the information had been clear upfront. Fool me once, shame on you; there won’t be a second time. You lost a customer over something completely avoidable. Edit: What a funny coincidence that the sponsored ad shows up again. This time I made sure to save!!

Tried to try this place but no one greeted me, looked my way but continued to making their call-in order. They need to be trained on customer service- a basic "hello, I'll be right with you" can go a long way. Also, the salads looked sloppy and messy.

Terrible service, I came and 3 people were just sitting around doing nothing, and they had no customers. I place an order for pick up and the told me it wasn’t ready after taking forever to even say hello. They made a walk ins customers salad before mine and I’m still waiting. Over 30 mins for a pick up order that should have been ready by the time I got there.

I went during my lunch hour and the place was extremely busy and packed. I waited patiently in line. When it was time to add dressing onto my salad, the lady put the wrong dressing. She told me to go back to the end of the line due to her error. I had to leave and go to Chipotle due to the wait and being on an hour break. The lady was rude and I won't return to this location.

Never go here (this location). People are super rude and don’t explain anything to you. They didn’t even give us rolls, pita chips, or drinks for my nephew and niece. They’re also super expensive and they don’t even give you dressing for free! How crazy is that?! You’re better off going somewhere else for your salad like Sweet Tomatoes or even Chick-fil-A (the Memorial location is apparently good though my sister goes there with the kids and they’ve never had problems there).
