Very friendly staff, who always try to go above and beyond to make your order correct, and make your experience the best it can be. I came in tonight for a burger & they said there would be a 4 minute wait for my burger as they were making fresh patties and if I was okay with that, first of all thank you for valueing my time & secondly thank you for bringing out my drink whule i waited on the rest of my order! Paul is so kind! I called and asked him if they had any kind of strawberry drink with ice cream in it because I was craving strawberries and he hooked me up with what is probably one of the best drinks I have EVER had. He had it ready and at the window when I pulled up too!!! I ordered two more drinks and he had them done super quick! He’s a very kind person always anytime I talk to him! The people he has working there are super respectful as well! Thank you guys so much! This made my week!!!☺️

Great place to grab a drink from 2 till 4 Happy Hour. Just be aware when you order food it has Shrunk Down a bit and the prices have gone up too..

Every time I come here and get the sweet tea it tastes sour and old. They aren’t changing it out like they should be.. the food is decent, some days it’s way better than the other times.. they don’t put condiments in the bag or offer any (I sometimes forget to ask, which is mainly my fault.. but I would still put some in the bag) .. over all its really just the sweet tea that ruins everything.

Tonight they were short staffed and very busy, but when I order food if it takes longer it should definitely be right Nothing worse then getting all the way home after paying for something and it be wrong. Wrong to the point to where you can't stand it. I do not eat mustard or ketchup so I ordered mayo on my burger, got all three. Please all we ask is you pay attention to what we ordered, I'm OK with it taking a bit, and I'm not going to drive all the way back because I'm scared of what might happen as so many of us are.

This location has always been awful and still is. I was hoping it had improved with the new management but after today, I will not be back. I went this afternoon to pick up one order and place another, very simple order. I waiting for 15 minutes for the one I placed and even asked about it when my pick-up order came out but I eventually had to leave without my 2nd order because I had an appointment. I went back later when I had more time and they were less busy. There were only 2 other cars there at this point, I placed a very similar order as the first time. When the girl at the window confirmed my order, I politely reminded her that I would like ranch and mustard packets as well. She rudely said they will be in the bag. I checked before driving off, and guess what was missing... ranch and mustard. Coincidence? Maybe but it was very annoying either way. I had already waited for about 10 minutes for my order and then had to pull around again to get the condiments that should have been in the bag already. The receipt was also missing and the 2 plain hot dogs that I ordered were way overcooked. I wish I had noticed before I left so I could have had them remade. I will say the food has somewhat improved and they can make a decent flavored drink now (but don't expect light ice, even if you request it!) but the service is just as terrible and slow as always.
