I ordered the sweet and sour combination. Supposed to shrip,chicken and beef. Only 1 piece was piece was beef. Alll of it was fried entirely to hard. I also received a an egg rolls with the lunch special and it was cold. The pan fried pot stickers were not good and the crab rangoon was just cheese wonton. Which was also fried entirely too hard. The best experience was the delivery driver! Very friendly.

I paid over $50 today January 26 at 6 pm for a delivery. I calld back at 8:18 asking the status of my order. I was told they are closed. I informed him I placed an order over two hours ago and when will I get my food. He said I don’t know and hung up in my face. I calld numerous times after and no answered. I am disgusted! You lack integrity! Update: The driver finally came. He was simply delayed due to weather which is completely understandable, but the above behavior is not acceptable.

Absolutely horrible food, service and atmosphere. Ordered 5 dishes and they all looked and tasted the same. Like shit. The curry Singapore noodles had no seasoning and flavor. Hot as hell inside and counter girls were useless. Wish I could get my money back.

Great food. Creeps in the back can’t keep their eyes off of a pretty girl when they should be focused on cooking my order. Had to walk out to the car because my wife became uncomfortable. Won’t be returning. If you get food from here pick it up or get it delivered

THIS IS THE WORST CHINESE FOOD PLACE I HAVE EVER ORDERED FROM . I ordered my food from door dash this was my second time ordering from king wok . This lady told me because it’s raining I HAVE TO TIP THE DRIVER OR I CANT GET MY ORDER . I have never been forced to tip ! Never !! I work in the service industry and I am not this entitled. Highly do not recommend this place especially if you are ordering from door dash . Please spend your hard earned money somewhere else . Forcing a tip on a paying customer is ridiculous.

Absolutely the WORST CHINESE FOOD I HAVE HAD IN A LONG TIME‼️I was truly disappointed. I had the shrimp fried rice. The rice was stale, the peas were rock hard, and the shrimp appears to be ‘salad shrimp’ that were unevenly cooked. The best thing we had were the chicken egg rolls, and the can sodas we bought. We were truly disappointed. My guest had the ‘seafood rice’, and it was HORRIBLE as well. Nothing was freshly cooked. They do have other things that might be better on their menu, but our experience was bad. I also want to add my experience about the customer service. The lady who takes the orders has NO customer service. If I hand you my payment in your hand, I expect you to hand it back in my hand, NOT sit it on the counter for me to pickup. Surely, she should have better integrity with her customers, than what I experienced. From other reviews on here, she says one thing about her customer service, but ACTIONS SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES. You cant be ‘indifferent’ towards a certain group of customers, yet welcoming towards others… After our experience, I DO NOT recommend eating here.

-25 star for customer service! We order from this place at least every other week. Today, the communication between me, the male and female worker was not good at all. The older woman that answers the phone is VERY RUDE. Read the other reviews on here and I’m not the only one complaining about her RUDENESS! I ordered Singapore rice noodles but was given Singapore rice. I didn’t noticed until I got home “25+ min drive in traffic”. The male “which I think is the cook because he had a apron on when I arrived” that I talked to over the phone said I could come back and get the correct order free of charge, but when I arrived, I was told I couldn’t get my new food until I brought back the old food “which was at home”. The male claimed he told me that over the phone, which he did NOT. They insisted that I go back home to get the food and bring it back just to get my CORRECT order even though it was THEIR fault. There’s No way in HELL I will drive in traffic for 25+ min if I knew to bring the old food back just to get my CORRECT order. Then the lady worker argued back and forth with me, stating that my sister never gave her the receipt and threatened to run the cameras back, and the whole time the receipt was on the table behind her. Overall, it was their fault that I was provided the wrong food but blamed me for not bringing the food back, saying “it’s policy”. I’ve NEVER been to a food establishment that wanted food given back after a customer has made it to their home, opened it, and did whatever else to the food. With knowing that I will never order again because at this point why did you insisted the food to be given back maybe you was going to resale it or reheat it for the next customer!!!!!????? Yes, I was given a refund, but I believe it was only because I was getting frustrated and didn’t want the food anymore and caught HER trying to LIE, saying I didn’t give them the receipt when shortly after they found it on their side of the table. It’s sad you rather refund the money vs just giving me the food that’s already cooked/done waiting on me to pick up. I had proof of my order I never denied I didn’t get the rice I just didn’t get the correct type of “rice noodle”. Definitely my last time ordering, very disappointed because I’ve been ordering from them for the past 10 years. Customer service was 0/10!!!!!!!!! THE OLDER WOMAN THAT ANSWERS THE PHONE IS VERY RUDE AND UNHAPPY. If you’re that unhappy and/or don’t like your job SEEK OTHER EMPLOYMENT!

I order from this location multiple times a week. At least 3 times a week. I order the same thing every time. It's delicious. I've been ordering from this restaurant for months. I'm talking at least since July. Today I placed my normal order of fried rice noodles with beef. When I got my order it was beef fried rice. I called the restaurant to let them know about the mistake. The lady told me to keep the fried rice and they would send me the right food ASAP. The food gets here and the delivery driver calls me saying he's at my door despite a note always saying to leave the food at the door and please don't knock (I don't want to deal with the barking dog.) I open my door and he hands me my food. Then he asks me for the fried rice. I told him the lady told me to keep it. He said ok and left. About 5 min late she called me and said I needed to give them back the fried rice. Confused I said, "You told me to keep it." She then called me a liar and hung up on me. And this is the last time I'll be ordering from them.

The chicken taste like water. I have never had more bland Chinese food in my entire life. I know that they advertise themselves on the bag we received as low-calorie and Low MSG. But you might as well not make the food at all if it’s gone taste like this. It was so bad we put ranch and hot sauce on the chicken to try to help it taste better🤦🏽‍♀️😩💀😂. It just taste like nothing… I will NEVER order from here again. As someone from the East Coast, the only thing I can think of as far as why people like it is maybe because the other dishes taste better but the fried chicken wings are a no go.

I ordered 3 lunch combo fried rice, 1 with extra egg & onion in which it did not include. Each dish had only 2 shrimp and a few other pieces of chicken or beef. So these 3 dishes were basically fried dried rice. I will never order here again. The best part of my delivery was the person delivering the food .

The lady that answers the phone is extremely rude. Yelled at me because I was asking questions about the menu for clarity. This lady had absolutely no patience at all, every question I asked was a problem. At the end of the call I asked how much my card would be charged and she told me I don’t need to ask or make sure what I’m being charged. I don’t need to worry about my own money? Then she tried to overcharge me for dinner pricing and told me lunch pricing was $10.99 (so clearly I did need to worry about the charges). She told the truth after I told her I have a menu and I know what the price is. Customer service is TERRIBLE. The only good thing I have to say about this restaurant is the portions are generous. Work on the customer service though, thanks.
