2 Cali dudes who make really great food! Currently from what I’ve seen there on 137 by the Mobil and the public storage. Everything is great so you can’t go wrong. I chased their location form one of the stops they had done because of how good it was.

I visited the Taco Train food truck at Grand Central Food Station, 12701 SW 137 Ave Miami, Florida. I didn’t ask whether this is one of many stops they make or if they have changed locations. Anyway, they must be newish because they don’t have many reviews attesting to how delicious their food is yet. I made a few different purchases at different trucks so we only tried their Birria Tacos but WOW! They were outstanding. I’m not Mexican or Mexican-American so I can’t say whether the taste is authentic or not—some people care about that sort of thing—but I can say, with total certainty, that if you like flavor, meat, and tacos, the Birria Tacos are sure to please. I ordered mine with cheese, so they may have been “quesabirria” tacos instead. Still, 10/10, would recommend and will definitely be back!
