FRIDAY, 4:45 pm We have been coming to this location for a loong time, NEVER AGAIN. Both chicken breasts barely had any meat on them, mostly crust which was burnt and too hard to chew. The Company has gone down hill, may never be good again. We're going back to KFC, staying with them as well. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. To the owner... STOP making excuses for your location and fire your screw ups and get a decent crew.

this place of establishment really disappointed me I asked for a 3 piece tender and I didn’t check my food before I left and I looked in the bag and seen that they gave me a thigh and a drum NOT WHAT I ORDERED, also didn’t give me any of the dipping sauces I asked for and very rude customer service , the chicken wasn’t even cooked right and it was burnt , just everything overall was bad about this Popeyes

The worst! I came and tried to leave a order, the lady act like she didn't want to take the order. I asked if the tenders were fresh she said I don't know were about to close but the huge sign said 11pm!!! Lazy! If you don't want to work, get out of the service business!!

I went there last night an hour before closing. They took 20 minutes to take our order the customer in front of us just drove off because they never came on the intercom to take their order, oh but lucky them because what I got was insane. I order a 3 piece dark with fries. Instead of making me fresh chicken they refried old chicken. The chicken was over cooked, two of the pieces were so hot and over cooked they were shredded inside and mushy on some parts. The other piece was refried until it was just a hard shell no insides just hard overcooked chicken. They need to be stopped I thought to myself, how could they even thought that was okay to serve to anyone. Wasting peoples hard earned money. Shut it Down!

I had one of the worst experiences at this Popeyes. We were the only people in line and still ended up waiting 20 minutes for our food. The staff was rude, not friendly at all, and acted like we were bothering them just by ordering. The whole vibe was unprofessional and unorganized. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

The men's restroom is terrible at this location a d the young man I talked to didn't seem to care. When I went back to take a picture he was trying to clean it up. Terrible.

Another P OH S location that won't open its Lobby. It's not like it's saving them any money as a service Industry technician I like to go inside for my 30 min a day enjoy some AC and a cold drink. Not eat in my smelly work truck. Sounds like they didn't tell corperate about what they're doing although lots and lots of Texas locations are doing this. Tell you what Popeyes ya I will try again. I'll see if you change

I sent my husband to pick up my mobille order. Typical man, he never checked it just took it and came home. The chicken looked old, burnt, and molded, the biscuits were hard. I couldn't believe someone looked at that chicken and made a conscious decision to serve it to a customer. I was flabbergasted...

I went inside first to order a regular red beans and rice. The line was as long as the yellow brick road, so I got back in my car and went through the drive-thru. I ordered red beans and rice, not a complicated order, right? I got back to my job and discovered that I was given mashed potatoes with brown gravy. That's far off from an order of red beans and rice. Yikes, never again. 👎🏾👎🏾

I was already mad that app picked this location because I wanted the one off sublett since i was near this location. But to go to this location my chicken sandwich looks like this is crazy. Like how did you think this was acceptable. Hardly any sauce and no pickles

I walked in for a takeout order and asked for 16-piece expressly saying no wings please. When I got was a mixture of everything including breasts and four wings. Also I'm feeding small children and ordered mild, they mixed in several pieces of spicy. They just do what they want.

The spicy chicken sandwich is the best and they did a great job on the sandwich but their customer service is the worst I’ve had since I got ripped off by Burger King employee for $16. They wouldn’t answer the speaker when I pulled up then I pulled up to the window and the lady was turned backwards playing on her phone and she refused to answer my calls for finally she turned around. They couldn’t find my order. It had been 45 minutes since I put my order in the app, they all treated me like I had done something wrong and all I had done is order a sandwich and then they try to make me upset every last one of the employees three of them like I had done something to them. All I did was come in for a decent sandwich. I will never come back to this one. I’ve been having some bad service from Popeyes, but this is the worst of avoid this place until they trainees employees are getting new ones, the wings were over and over sauced I don’t know what I did to these people. I guess I just showed up to the speaker and they refuse to give service and I didn’t say anything derogatory. I even told him God bless you y’all have a great day I didn’t tell him they needed to improve or anything. I was not engaging them, imagine if somebody had a bad day and they showed up to this place and somebody needs to do something about it I’m telling you I don’t normally have trouble at a restaurant. Everybody treats me with respect and I treat them with respect but these employees all three of them did not want to work todayand we’re upset that I wanted a sandwich but I don’t know why they made it impossible for me to get a sandwich and I was upset when I left this place

Customer service was okay was fast service my chicken was extremely hot had to wait to eat it. Got a 2 piece combo drumstick was fine but the other price was undercooked to the point there was still blood on the bone. I immediately stopped eating and threw away my food now we just wait to see if I get super sick if so I will be contacting corporate.
