McDonald's

This is one of the WORST McDonald's we've ever been to! Especially in the mornings! Sometimes they're fine, but they have this one young girl there, that keeps getting orders wrong & she was actually moved up to management, which doesn't make any sense! She's horrible with customer service & horrible with getting any orders correct. She just got moved up, so if you know who that is, watch out. Check your orders. Okay, I've just changed this McDonald's up to a 3 star rating from the 1 star, I previously had it. They've been doing much better on orders here of late, at least when i go there. Thanks! Not changing the beginning statement, because my husband is still getting bad service in the mornings from the girl mentioned above. If it changes, then I'll remove the earlier remarks.

Ok.... Let me straight to the point... My fries were terrible.... I noticed when I walked in that fries were stacked up waiting to go out... This tells me the crew was / is trying to get ahead of orders.. I get it.. but they have sacrificed the food quality.... And of all things the fries... It's what y'all are know for... And at theses prices not expectable.... I was in a hurry couldn't use the drive thru... So I walked in.... Didn't think that McDonald's would skip on fry quality.... Please fix it...

It was overall a quick experience. My only issue at this place was that in the lobby I didn't get any of the carbonated sodas that tasted right. I was in a hurry so I scurried out and purchased one from the attacked truck stop.

It's not even worth going for the fries! The wait time was long and the food was underwhelming. Once at the window the cashier provided good service, otherwise I'd rate one star.

They almost never open their drive thru when they’re supposed to. This is the only fast food place open in the early hours so it’s important for field workers to grab breakfast before their 12hr+ shifts. I come through here every week day and maybe half the time they actually have someone operating the drive thru, despite the green open sign being lit. It’s lazy and I’m so tired of the poor service. Please just do your jobs.

I ordered a large strawberry banana smoothie and they didn’t fill all the way. Employees kept messing and horsing around. THEY EVEN FORGOT MY STRAW. Failed to give buffalo sauce for my special 20 piece nuggets. Overall experience was a 2/5 their service sucks. What the hell McDonald’s get it together. It’s 2023 for crying out loud. Do better. Instead of hiring immature kids hire mature adults.

Young lady couldn't quite speak english but A for eafort, they didn't even manage to put jalapenos on the jalapeno burger I ordered, the drink area, had no lids available, I had to request ketchup and then I received only 2; Which is a healthy amount maybe but.... Burger was good tho .. cheese is so strong that it alone was 300 cal I imagine. Also the most important factor it smelt like rump or BO? Idk maybe old onions.

Made mistake buying me n crew breakfast there while fueling up before location. Ordered 4 steak egg and cheese biscuits....10 miles down road....they were just sausage egg cheese with onions. Went back to get corrected. Was told out of steak so they added sausage at no charge. Had to literally complain to 3 people before even got the manager for a refund.....it's on me I should've known better ordering mcdonalds.

If I could give 0 starts I would. I went to pick up breakfast this morning & they forgot my pancakes. I went back to ask politely because I know things happen just to be completely ignored by the staff & manager. I get you guys are busy but it’s unfair to have to leave w out all the food I PAID FOR. It’s not my fault y’all forgot my food. They need a new manager. 0/10 for customer service.

Came in to sit down and eat. Every table in there was dirty. They really need to have someone keep up with cleaning the seating areas in there.

Signs say they open @ 5:00am. Always have a line of people waiting 10 minutes for them to open. Employee show up 5 minutes late and go inside and lock doors leaving everyone standing in parking lot waiting for them to the in CUSTOMERS?! Whoever manages

This location is extremely slow. Waited at speaker for almost 10 minutes before someone took my order. And only 1 car wad ahead of me. Food was also cold. Burger was cold and Bun was hard.

Worst fast restaurant for a burger in town! Really they put no salad nor tomatoes, mayonnaise or etc. on burgers just the meat and pickles? For example on a spicy chicken sandwhich. C'mon what the heck, that's simple and cheap. But they charge you an arm and leg for it. Dairy queen is better. Don't waste your money on this simple burgers. 👎👎👎 Go somewhere else.

This mc Donald's is very poorly ran. Waited 20 minutes from the time I was at the counter to the time I recieved my food (mc doubl, mc chicken and 2 small fries.) And to no shocking surprise they forgot the mc chicken. Typical minimum wage standard operation.

Was absolutely the worst experience/food at McDonalds ever. I work in the area and both times I’ve been has been extremely disappointing. I will never go back to any McDonald’s because of the Cold food, wrong order once, wrong condiments twice. Management does not care.

This is the place to go if you want to lose your mind. They play one Christmas song on loop. I’ve been here the last few days on a job so I’ve had to eat supper here super late. Doesn’t sound that annoying but come on in and give it a try. Staff is ok though. Staff says they cannot change the station.

Do not go to this McDonald's, I ordered my food... Went to the pilot to use the restroom, paid for gas and went to grab my food I already paid for 8 minute prior, to find no food sitting on the counter, so I proceed to ask the staff, whom looked at me dumbfounded, come to find out none of them spoke English which is completely okay, which I realized so I proceeded to hand them my receipt which they looked at quickly and spoke to one another then laughed at me together... I asked for someone who spoke English in Spanish, they walked to the back to get the cook who spoke English, he then told me they had already priepered my food and sat it out in the to go pick up area on the counter and I had to have it already, after insisting I never got my food and asked them to watch the cameras if they wanted proof, ten minutes layer I was informed some random stranger walked up, in front of the woman who took my order intiially had took my order and took my order as if it wags there's, on camera you see the cashier kindly thanking them and eavinga bye... It took another ten minutes to get my food, not to mention the fact my order was 34$.... I'll never return to this place and highly recommend avoiding it at all costs

Went through drive thru and waited 5 minutes at the speaker box and no one took my order. It's suppose to be a 24/7 location. If you're not going to have drive thru open, at least close off the lane so I don't waste my time sitting there waiting. Other times I have went they have forgotten things in my order and staff could be friendlier, but that's on the bottom of my list of why this location sucks.

Not trying to be rude but this has to be one of the worst McDonald's that I've ever eaten at. Kind and friendly service but the meat on both of my burgers was very dry, the cheese was not melted and the fries were cold. Almost had to beg for condiments. As a truck driver who sleeps at this Love's almost every night I will not spend another dollar at this McDonald's again.

Food was cold, cold fries are awful. Didn't get no receipt. Honestly regret stopping, the big Mac was horrible as well it was like getting yesterdays food.

Third time I've been here and they have successfully managed to put my husband's and kids orders in the bag but have managed to forget mine. U try to call, never an answer. Over $50 order, and u get screwed out of at least 10% of it. Don't bother going here.

This place was good when it 1st opened since then it has declined greatly. They never serve breakfast on time. You can come 2 minutes early and theyll tell you to wait till 4:00 a.m. and when you come after 4:00 a.m. they tell you they only have one person cooking so there still serving lunch. Your order is seldom ever right and when you do get it the burgers are sloppily put together the fries are cold and don't get me started on ur drinks. I used to eat here every day even tho they charge almost double what every other McDonald's charges. Now they are a last resort! I think it's time for their management to get it together and get with the program. Or maybe the franchise needs to send someone down from corporate and clean house on the management that doesn't know how to do their job!!

I had to reorder my order 2 tyms and yet it was still wrong once I received it and again had to tell manager on duty my order in which time it was corrected because of language barrier of cashier not speaking English..look I have no problem there as myself I can speak some Spanish n I should not be forced to do speak it to place an order because an employee in fast food industry no hablamos English as it should be that if not understanding English to run cashier and for seeing problem it needs to both languages as I myself speak both and native anerican Indian of my people ..if I was in anotger country I would have to learn the language would I not ...as I am not being rasical by no means just this was very unprofessional service of any establishment as i will not be coming back for any future purchases from this franchise without properly trained employees to save a buck

Been here twice both times they messed up our orders

Today August 25. This McDonald's is terrible. Have McDonald's employees in uniform all women sitting in dining room eating while multiple customers are waiting to order food. Buzzers going off in back. Employees waiting on the employees eating instead of customers. Sad

Window people weren’t exactly rude but the food service was terrible. Fries were over salted. And I don’t mean McDonald’s over salty I mean like double the normal salt levels and the burger. Was covered in sauce to the point it was coating the bag inside

It's 10pm we got our food at 10:28pm we ordered 2 mc chickens s no Mayo add cheese one double cheese burger and two large fries. Both mc chickens had Mayo and no cheese and looked like someone just slammed them together. When I opened the double cheese burger it looked like I had to put it together myself it was all over the wrapper. Wanted a refund and they refused to give us cause we ordered through the app. Do not recommend this location but I know it's a location that truck drivers have to deal with. 🙁

But at night extremely horrible attitude bad act like they don’t wanna be at work unless you order through the app I asked for a double quarter pounder with Mac sauce, no ketchup, no mustard. Before I finish my order, the individual was asking me about my size. The fries were cold. The burger was cold. This is the only McDonald’s in Kermit. Can’t do nothing about it and they know that, but I will continue to leave a bad review whenever I get bad service I promise you that and I won’t be eating there anymore and I’ll continue to go order food and leave a review

I’ve had people in the drive through just say over the speaker “what do you want” instead of Welcome to McDonald’s etc. They get an attitude when you bring back a food order was wrong and don’t talk through the whole exchange (night shift) kinda getting tired of being treated like crap at this place there’s other places in town to eat. This is probably one of the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to just like almost every time I come like 1 in 10 visits are good. It’s amazing how often the order is wrong or someone just has a bad attitude. Simple orders no modifications to anything. Tables are dirty during the day like every single one. Starting to wonder if I should trust the sanitation of the food to.
