Friendly staff and good service although a little bit slow even tho I was the only one there but everything else was good!

Prices went up, still a decent option considering the remote location. New menu I'm not a fan of. Maybe I'm just used to old school but preferred the old menu. Service, is horrible!! All the ladies working there act like they hate either their job or customers. This last time I didn't even eat from there because I stood waiting to order and both ladies working there just ignored me and looked upset the whole time! 🤔🙄

It was good...but kinda shystie on the ham...and cheese... more bread and mustard....then anything...

The staff will not speak English for starters. The staff give you just barely enough veggies and give you weird looks because you ask for anything smh

Half the menu items were unavailable on the cold bar, only 1 available bread type. Worst subway I've been to. Do not recommend

My food was great however my husband got the tuna and he has been sick for hours.

Consistently one of the worst subways, always out of items and no idea how to even make the sandwich you order.

It was a bad day for them when I went. They didnt have steak, pepper jack cheese. And they told me they only had white or wheat bread. But yet the person behind me got Italian bread 🤔. We got two foot longs and one 6 inch it took 20 minutes to get our sandwiches you make your judgement. I got three cookies, cookies did not taste good at all.

I went to eat a sandwich with a friend and the attention with which they treated me was degrading. The lady who served us seemed like she was doing us a favor. I don't recommend.

None of the emplyees speak english, much less ring up or order your food

So says they close at 10 but just went in at 8:20pm and was informed that they are closed?? Something doesn't add up here. Went in before this and had a sign posted a few weeks ago that they are closed because they have no workers.... SMH. Won't be back after this.

I have no vehicle to go places. If they were to answer their phones it would have saved me from being in pain. Plus subway does not stay open till ten that's a lie. Thanks

Where is the meat? Subway sandwiches are absolutely terrible they have cut costs by eliminating meat and cheese in their sandwich they just don't put meat and cheese in their sandwiches any longer

This place is absolutely awful! The staff are very rude. They are always out of everything, bread, cheeses etc. They cant keep a staff. They always close on random times, like they are some mom and pops sub company. This is one of the few places to eat in this area. It is right in the heart of the oilfield and these people are too stupid (workers and corporate) to take advantage of the ridiculous amount of money and business here. They need a intervention and some damn management here!

Ordered toasted outlaw on Italian herb n cheese . They made it on white bread instead . Not toasted but I ordered it toasted !

Staff/sandwich maker play ignorant; I ordered 9 grain whole wheat bread/on tuna. She hurried up grabbed/ cut "whole wheat bread" Again I asked for 9 grain bread; at that point... sandwich maker "at like she didn't understand...my complaint. Lastly, the tuna have "added water"...I HOPE IT WAS Filter WATER. Terrible experience 😳

They had no bread at all. I asked for ranch on the side so the sanwhich wouldn’t be soggy at lunch later that day and the employee said they were jot allowed to do that. She then put twch on the sandwich after I said not to. They also coukd not scan my Subway rewards card. I have eaten at a lot of Subways but this was easily the worst.

Gave me the wrong bread, didn't toast bread when asked, lemonade has carbonation. Gave us stale chips. And didn't complete the sandwich all the way. Gave us the wrong cookies. Just messed up our order badly

If you speak English your just out of luck. If something is missing on a mobile order youll be charged for it anyway. Your telling me I wait well after the time the app tells me it'll be ready and the staff hasn't even started the order because the bread was out of stock. YOU CANT CALL AND TELL ME THIS INSTEAD OF WASTING CUSTOMERS TIME? Location always has problems and is the worst subway ive ever went to.

After she took care of them, she went to the back and was gone over 10 minutes. Not once did she acknowledge my husband or anything. He left without ordering food.

They didn’t toast them call and the lady was rude unprofessional has a terrible attitude, all she was worried about saying was “o I’ve been here five years.” well ok then the sandwiches you make shouldn’t be wrong follow directions of an order and you wouldn’t have angry customers.

The cupón did go through and I asked her if she could wrap my sandwiches separately then told me she was going to have to charge me 6 inches. So I got it all in one paper including the dirty one they use in the oven. I paid and left. Once my friend comes to the car. She still charged him for his. When I was paying she said only cash. So when he came back out to the car that he said he paid again.. I went back in to ask for my receipt she said she can’t reprint. I believe she is manipulating the box to keep cash payments for herself. Hopefully management reviews their cameras. And sees this post.
