My husband and I went to Chili's in Kilgore about a week or so ago, it was a weekend so we knew they might be a little busy. We were seated right away and our food came out in a timely manner. My husband's drink was empty for several minutes but again no big deal he just drank on mine until his got refilled. It did not bother us at all, our waiter came over and apologized and we said it wasn't a problem and the manager ended up coming over to our table and offering us a free dessert, I said he didn't have to do that at all and he insisted so we took a free dessert home and we ate it later that evening and it was amazing! My husband and I usually go to the Chili's in longview but we will definitely be going to Chili's in Kilgore from now on! Extremely great service!

My waitress was very attentive to our needs. She also pre bussed the table so we didn't have to sit and talk with dirty dishes on the table. Food was excellent temperature and tasted very good.

Server was great and also helped me fine the best deals due to being on a budget and had driven to this town to buy tires for my car. Was hungry but low on money.

The food was amazing but the service was off. Had to sit almost an hour with no drink. But to ever cooked Table 64 food today thank you for the best sandwich I have had in a long time. To the server Ryan, be a bit more attentive next time. Ps. 5* is for the food. Awesome cooks.

I do not like the kiosk self check out. This is a personal thing between servers and customers. It makes or breaks service at times. It took us 30 minutes to do it because of a coupon. The food is great, and the service is great.

4 stars for atmosphere..it's a small town bar and grille. NFL on the screens, sorta picked up, steady/ busy. Our waitress Ashley was awesome, friendly, informative, and efficient. Chili's is a national franchise, but this store is localized, love it.

My mother made an online order and had my niece and myself pick it up. When we got to the curbside pickup, Oscar greeted us immediately and asked for the orders name. It wasn't there and after calling my mom we realized she had not fully put in the order. Despite being busy and doing a lot of running Oscar was super kind and patient, even offering us drinks while we waited and making sure we didn't need a refill before we left with our food. He definitely made our night and deserves some recognition!

Great location! The staff and management of this chillies makes it stand out above the rest. This is the first restaurant I ate at when we moved to Kilgore 14 years ago. It's been an after concert favorite since! The bartender Sam was perfect. Took care of my wife and I while giving us the room to talk in private. The manager on duty Andy also came by to make sure we were taken care of. I only have the best to say about this place. Keep it up.

We quit eating at Chilis for a few years because the one in Longview was horrific at every front and got worse with every visit. Decided to try Kilgore because of the reviews. Swift friendly attentive service. Manager actively checking in at every visit. The food was so hot, fresh ( important fact have been served reheated dishes), and tasty. Thank you for bringing back something that has been a staple in our lives. We will be back!

I hadn't been here in several years but my cousin came to visit and we needed a place for lunch. The food was delicious, the service was great! The server was polite and got the orders correct. The food was brought out in a very timely manner. In fact it came out very quickly.....I was surprised. Everything was delicious. My cousin and I hadn't seen each other in years so we were taking our time eating and talking and no one rushed us at all. It was very relaxing.

Went during the lunch hour on a Friday. My son and I were able to get in and out no problem. He had the kids grilled chicken dippers with mashed potatoes and I had the grilled chicken sandwich with fries (opted to not have the avocado) . Everything was great from the service , the food and the speed of things. I'd stop back by here again if I'm ever back in this area.

Chili's provides one of the best dining values available these days. Even leaving a respectable tip, I had a great lunch for less than $15. Come on... I've paid that much for drive-thru fast food!

This is my favorite place to go while I’m on lunch! Their soup is soooo good and I can not live without the avocado chicken sandwich! Andy is always stopping by to make sure the food was tasty and asking if there is anything else need, also the margaritas are fantastic!

The manager, Andy, is the kindest and nicest manager I've met! He goes around checking with customers at their tables and is really a joy to talk with. The food is always great! The servers have all been very nice and attentive, and didn't let our drinks run out. The atmosphere is nice and comfortable and the tables and booths and chairs are always clean. Andy runs a very professional restaurant that my husband and me always enjoy. The chicken bacon ranch quesadillas, the grilled cajun duo, and the chicken enchilada soup are my favorites!

Came here with family and friends, we had such a good time. The food was absolutely delicious and has never disappointed me. I love Chili’s and I recommend that you try it. I ordered the Chipotle Crispers it’s my favorite thing so far. This place is pretty clean and well kept for such a busy restaurant, and the bathrooms are pretty decent. I will keep coming for sports and a quick snack. Staff is busy but one guy with dreads makes it his business to speak to everyone near his area, even if he’s not serving them.

The food is good, and the "2 for $25" price is reasonable. Around 5 minutes after our salads were brought, our entrees arrived. Hubby moved this salad aside, and ate his meal. I finished my salad and then ate my barely warm meal. Steaks were cooked correctly, and broccoli well steamed. Timing of service needs improvement.

Waited about 15 minutes before my server got to my table. A little long considering that there weren't that many people there... Somehow my lunch which was priced at less than $20 ended up costing me closer to $30 (?) The food was tasty and fresh though so no complaints on that. I don't think I'll be returning soon but I will eventually.

Food was good, customer service was ok. I was seated before a large group that was seated all around us and we were forgotten we ordered first and the group was served first and had to ask several times to get drink refills, other than that service was great.

My kids like to eat here at least once a week. The food is usually good but sometimes the service is lacking. Either the food takes forever to be brought out or the service is poor because there just aren't enough servers. Most of the time everything is great though.

Seemed busy for a Monday night after 7:30 pm, which is a good sign. Hostess seated me promptly. Ordered the Alex's Santa Fe Burger - messy burger that didn't have alot of flavor. I probably won't order that again. Fries were seasoned just right. Overall service from 4 different wait staff was good. I'll come back again.

We enjoyed our meal here. The waiter was nice kept coming back to check on us however he left trash on the edge of our table even though the pile kept getting bigger he never offered to take it. If there s trash on the edge of the table a waiter should remove it. We put it on the edge vs in the middle for just that reason.

Food was fantastic and delivered to table fast. Table, menu and bathroom were dirty/needed attention. Tea ordered without lemon, came with lemon, coffee was cold. Ketchup was brought when requested but I needed to remove seal as it was new. Unfortunately they were short cooks so it took a long long time for my order to come out. Food was fine, no issues at all. Bartender was great so that helped. Worth a try, tough sometimes when you're short staffed.

The food has this Chili's was generally okay. The Burgers were actually very good the fries however were cold. And like many of the other restaurants I seem to be visiting this one had wait staff that does not like to come back around to check on you or your food or your needs of the table. So not until we get the bill are we able to let anybody know that we had ice cold french fries. There were no covid-19 precautions in place. It wasn't overly busy as it was a late night visit but it seems to be like many other places short-staffed. The restaurant was pretty clean and nice looking in most regards. If I'm back in the area I may go visit again but we're not certain about that and I would definitely not go out of my way to visit. This is the second Shelly's that I have had poor experience at which is rather disappointing for a large supposed to be high quality chain restaurant to have such poor standards.

I called 3 days in advance to reserve a table for 7 on Father's Day for 2pm. My dad isn't in good health, and we didn't want him having to wait unnecessary for our table. They asked me to call and check on it the actual day to make sure that shift knew about it. I called on the day at 11am, and I was told the reservation was still on. We arrived at 1:50pm. The table was not ready, so we had to wait. While we waited, 3 other families came in without reservations and went straight to their seats. Our table was not ready until 2:15. There was no explanation for why it took so long. The rest of the experience was like any other Chili's restaurant.

Hadn’t been to this Chili’s in years due to the quality of the food. Well, went today and it hasn’t changed a bit. Service was okay but the chicken on my sandwich was tough and tasteless. Fries were so so. Nothing to brag about. Won’t make the same mistake again.

First time eating at this location. Saturday 11/25. Not crowded at all. Waiter was kind and brought our food out not long after we ordered. After that we never saw him again. Another waiter gave us refills and we paid at the kiosk. The only real complaint is the restaurant was an ICEBOX!! We were all literally trembling while we ate and our food got cold quick which made us just take most of it home.

I was very satisfied with my Bacon Guacamole Grilled chicken sandwich! The $10.00 chocolate molten lava cake was 3-4 days old, I know as I won't eat cake after 2 days..it was very dry... the pudding was HARD and stuck to the bowl. I got it to go, not heated. I feel betrayed with this awful dessert, and if I were you, I would wait days before ordering this.

Over the last few years it seems the quality has gone down a bunch. We don’t eat here often. Maybe once a month or two. However, every single time we order To go and I get home something’s wrong. The last 5 times we have gone we have experience everything from incorrect orders, burgers that are cold pink on the inside, and today hair in the food. The one think will say is the management staff here is very polite and quick to fix the issues. That’s why I rate service at 5 stars but everything else definitely feels subpar.

Food was just what we expected. Pretty much the same quality every time but the service and atmosphere is depressing. There were 4 servers in the bar area with 3 tables. Had to repeatedly ask for attention. We always say thank you for waiting on us, bringing our drinks, bringing our food and checking on us and never once received any comments in response ....like:your welcome or my pleasure. NOTHING! One server did ask if we needed anything but was walking so fast past us she didn't even hear we asked for a to-go box. The 4 were standing in a huddle complaining about their jobs, and it showed. Very slow service. My waitress didn't really seem to care. Waited almost 20 minutes for our appetizer, and there weren't even many people in the restaurant. The worst part was the water. It tasted like my parents well water after we found a dead possum in it. Food wasn't prepared well, and was under cooked.

My husband and I have been regular customers and used to love eating our favorite dish at least twice a month. On July 22nd, I got my usual and he ordered chicken fajitas. This was the WORST experience we have ever had. The order was totally messed up, so I called and talked with the manager...she was very nice and understanding, offering a refund. Will was the rudest, most sassy waiter EVER. When customers ask for fresh chips and ask about the drink that he forgot to bring, he got an attitude and told us that we would have to wait for him to wait on others before he could serve us fresh chips and the drink he forgot to bring. DON'T GO HERE! The service was horrible, and the food was mediocre.

I ordered the Old Timer Cheeseburger with light mustard and mayo. Last time I went the mustard was running out, so I ordered light. The waitress asked if I wanted the mustard and mayo on the side. I answered clearly, " No, I just want light mustard and mayo on the cheeseburger." A few minutes later there bring out the plate with it on the side and nothing to spread it with. The waitress heard when I said, "They put it on the side anyway." So she came over to the table and said. " I guess she didn't understand me. It is the waitresses responsibility to ensure the orders are right. This "Oh well attitude" means businesses go out of business one customer at a time. She could have taken the plate back and corrected the order. She apparently has worked there a while and unsupervised does as she pleases. Not to mention the cheeseburger was soggy. See the picture. The picture didn't take properly , but it was completely saturated in grease.
