Super fast and friendly service. Great quality! Probably the best Taco Bell I’ve ever eaten.

Always a very clean resturaunt bathrooms always clean employees are always nice and now they have an order yourself menu with add on options you wouldnt know they had and its easy and fun to use especially with the help provided on how to use it

I made the order on the fly and it was ready for me when I arrived even tho I didn't have much time. Very friendly staff and, well you know . the food . YUM!

Not very good customer service.. You can not order over phone ahead only through app... Drive through was backed all the way to the road... So i went inside to order and lobby was filthy..

These dudes faster than a f1 formula Iwas ordering something then I ordered a drink and like almost instantly they brought me the cup. During the ordering session! After the ordering session literally like 15 seconds later the food arrived

The first time I went was terrible. I gave this place another chance and every time I've gone since has been great! They give generous portions of meat and other toppings every time. Very fast service. Hoping this continues to be the case, because this is currently my favorite Taco Bell location.

This particular Taco Bell has really done a positive turn around in good fresh hot fast food and customer service. Maybe a new manager or policy change? I don't know, but keep up the good work and I'll definitely be back. *Late night is the best time to go.

My order was taking a little longer than the guy at the window thought it should. He was super nice and offered me a drink. Got me a free large tea! Now that is great customer service!

This has been my go to since the quarantine first began. They are fast, friendly, and are still following clean best practices. I feel confident that my meal is consistent and safe when ordering at this location. My items are always correct, but I'm confident that they would quickly fix anything that wasn't. The food is hot and made consistently, so you get what you'd expect to each time. This T-Bell stands out among others in the area and abroad. Recommend.

Love Taco Bell, don't think I could say anything else that would make it better.. better than that other taco place in town by 100 fold! Today it's okay, no sauce in dining area, 3 employees about to go on duty eating taco bell with no discount...I mean dang. The food was just okay today for whatever reason, tea was great

I don't usually comment on fast-food places, but this TB is exceptional. A wonderful young lady taught me how to use the electronic order board and the food came out perfect and very fast. All the condiments etc are available on a side table. All TB's should emulated this location.

I don’t leave reviews much, but if anyone deserves 5 stars it’s this store! It is not your typical fast food experience. I work down the road and only get a 30 min lunch, so I often stop here. The service is AMAZING. They are extremely fast and accurate, they knew my face after only one visit, customer service phenomenal. The manager here is on top of her/his game. I always end up with a smile on my face when I get to the window.

I’ve been eating at this Taco Bell for at least 5 years now, the staff are always friendly and I’ve never had a bad experience there. The food is great cause of course it’s Taco Bell. This is actually the only Taco Bell that have gotten hot food at and it was surprising at first because most food I get at Taco Bell’s are warm at best.

Ordered ahead online, which I prefer, rather than downloading another app. First time, the order placing was smooth and quick with no problem at all. Afterwards, I arrived, picked up my food, and everything was on par. Meal was fresh and put plenty of sauce packets in the bag.** Second time, however, the website placed my order at one of their stores in Utah 🤷‍♂️ I said the same thing... Perhaps it was my security software but there was no problems with it the first time. I guess it's good that they wait till you show up to make your food, unlike all the other chains. I was iffy on this last step at first, but it's growing on me. Food was consistently good, same as the first. Staff was courteous, polite, and respectful. I even became a little upset the second time, when my order was messed up online, and was loud over the speaker because my card had already been charged. Young lady handled it perfectly and none of it was their fault since they don't run the website. They know how to run the store though so I had to apologize. Overall, good spot to eat, especially, if you're a night owl because the drive-thru stays open late. **My biggest pet peeve. Some of the big chains have gotten stingy with their sauces lately. After spending fifty bucks on fast food for the family, I really don't think a few extra honey mustards are gonna hurt their pockets too bad. I digress though, that's for another review...

The Taco Bell in Kilgore is pretty new, I would say it's less than a year old. The restaurant is very clean inside and the staff has always been friendly. I would definitely recommend eating here for a quick meal that won't break the bank.

I'm not crazy about fast food Mexican. However, when I have my teenage great granddaughter that's all she wants to eat.

It seems with recent management changes and staff improvements their food and service has improved significantly from prior months.

Grilled steak burrito and chicken chalupa with creamy jalapeno sauce and peppers is the way to go

When first reopened they messed up every order for the first 3 months if not longer it was extremely inconvenient,however I spoke with the district manager and he was absolutely helpful and very understanding! He made me want to go back!

When I order takeout I have to feed a big bunch of people they're good at trying to get the food to us but they seem to cut back on the ingredients we end up with more tortilla then we do stuffing

The food was prepared well after some confusion about the online order. Didn't get all the sauces I requested, but that isn't a deal breaker.

They dont give you enough fries. Its disappointing for the cost. They are better eaten fresh and hot. They dont do well driven home.

Normally I have no complaints with this particular Taco Bell, but the last few times I have ordered I have. Ordered on door dash twice within the last week and both times I ordered food for myself and my boyfriend. His food was correct, mine on the other hand was ordered as the Doritos locos tacos and got them as original shells. Also ordered for my mother and children today and got everyone’s food correct, except mine of course, and did not get my mothers drink. Obviously my food is still edible, and if the restaurant is having a distribution order, then it’s not on them, but also, if I pay for a drink or food item, I would like to receive said drink or food item and if they are out of those products, then it would be nice to get a phone call whether it be from the delivery driver or the restaurant themselves.

Food was good, but a few problems with the franchise. Asked for fire sauce; no sauce. No napkins. Didn't have my drinks ready, which is normal for a mobile order. Per corporate policy, even mobile orders are to receive a paper receipt. No receipt. Employee with shoulder length hair: no hair net. Boxes not sealed with a sticker or corporate policy. Food was 5 stars; service and not following corporate policy about 2 stars.

They always don't get the order right and the last 2 times they have shorted me on my food will not be back period. I always spend $40.00 or more.

Nice people UPDATE but I had a bad experience with one of the staff that was RUDE to me. I contacted the corporate offices Update I was contacted by the manager. We worked it out. Jus t beware of a huge big fat pimple face worker there. She is rude and dumb.

Seeing as they took just about the only items I would even go there for off the menu I decided to change my rating. The service is honestly good and has improved drastically over the last year, that being said they need to put the Mexican pizza and grilled stuffed burrito back on the menu. 😂

Order accuracy seems to get worse every time I come. I never get hot sauce dispite being asked twice every time, and last time there was an extra lid floating inside my soda. Definitely not coming back for a while.

Lobby dirty, no employees working to clean or refill napkins stations. Tables had cheese and some had food left from former customers. Men's restroom dirty, floor was disgusting with urine and toilet paper. Urine on the seat of toilet. No employees cleaned it within the hour we were there. Should be addressed every hour. Food was okay, wife's online order wasn't ready when the app showed the store making it then it notified her of it being ready. She asked and it wasn't, they said they just got it. Okay I'll give em that one. Although I used my app for an order and when it notified me they did have it ready. No employees worked the lobby the entire hour we were there. No sweeping, table cleaning , station refills or trashed taken out. Should be addressed fulltime or minimum once every half hour to clean tables for more patrons. Very disappointed in this location. Assuming the kitchen area or food prep stations are the same as the lobby and restroom and not being regularly cleaned. 2/5 until next time, if I decide to return. Not a 1 star because the food cost was reasonable and quality okay.

Lately they can’t seem to get it together. Tonight I ordered Doritos locos SUPREME tacos and got regular. It’s a decent amount more for those too and I’m not happy about it. Last time I got a large dragon fruit freeze and once stirred it was actually the size of a regular and the large is quite a bit more price wise. They never fill up the container for large nacho fries either which of course again is more obviously. Just aggravating at this point. It’s not that hard. I know been in the food industry for 18 yrs myself. Get it together guys. I don’t even really like these tacos with the sour cream and tomato on it. I would never get them without it but not going to waste it either. When you call the phone rings then sounds like a fax is picking up. Disappointing to say the least. Guess I’ll start giving Bueno a shot even if Bell is my preferred choice. Maybe they can actually get an order right and the amount I pay for.

Saw the Nacho pack advertisement on TV and it looked delicious. We ordered it and what we got didn’t look like anything that was advertised. In fact, it was terrible.

I'm doing a delivery for doordash and I literally stood inside at that counter for 15 minutes 20 minutes and neither one of the employees that were working said one thing to me until the order was done and they came walking up and said you have the doordash order right very rude not professional in any way but yet well I'm standing inside at the counter people are going through the drive-thru and being spoken to with no problem the staff is all I can say very rude cuz they can't even say a hello to a customer standing at the counter because they did not know why I was in there they didn't know if I was ordering food for myself or if I was picking up an order because they didn't even attempt to greet me talk to me or even acknowledge I was at the counter

Every time I come here the food is always wrong. They aren’t very friendly most of the time. I have given this place SO many chances. The manager who works in the day time is awesome and know exactly how to run this place. On the other hand the young boy who manages at night will let his employees do whatever they want and wont apologize for it. I made a huge order for my family which consists of mostly children so when I get back home after picking it up I do not want to get back out for anything. They missed 6 items and would only offer for us to come back. Also when I asked to speak to a manager the teen employees there mocked me by saying OH SHE WANTS A MANAGER, IS THERE A MANAGER HERE, KAREN IS ON THE PHONE. I am BEYOND done with this place!

Crapiest place ever 10 out of 10 for poop I ordered today and did not even get my order I order medium root beer no ice I got ice that's ok but then I ordered 1 chili cheese burrito and nachos and did not receive them. So overall experience is low I've been here a lot and never have they messed up this bad.

I LOVE the spicy potato soft tacos but today I recieved my tacos with the POS nacho fries that, first off, taste like ass and secondly, these fries were cold as hillarrys cooch. They also didn't have any sauce on them, just thick grease. When I called to ask if that is how they come now they were of no help and really didn't seem to care that my money was wasted because someone was too lazy to do their job correctly.

We have been waiting for more than 40 minutes for our food. This is ridiculous!!

Worst taco bell experience ever my food came out cold my cinnabons were cold in the middle my whole burrito was cold with a stale tortilla had not even been heated the soft taco was a flat piece of card board with lettuce which was more warm than the taco itself the 2 boys working inside had attitudes. I ordered the 9.00 Deluxe Box and it was disgusting, The hard shell Tacos are soggy, the meat is disgusting, Taco Bell use to serve good food, but not nomore, if you want to waste money on disgusting food go to Taco Bell in Kilgore, But I do not recommend there food and I won't be going back, Beware People.

I've never been to Taco Bell until yesterday. I will never go back again. I ordered a chicken quesadilla & a side of guacamole.Chicken had no taste, if anything it tasted boiled. There was very little of it at best. Quesadillas were so thin & flat. Not to mention the quac had only about a tablespoon. Hot sauce was in packets & was awful. Not worth 7.00 dollars. I guess it's just me but I don't know how they make it. Maybe I just ordered the wrong thing. I'll never try again though.

Terrible customer service. Driver and I had 2 prepaid online orders to pick up. The person at drive through consistently kept telling us she could not understand and told us to pull around to window. We did and they finally understood my driver. We asked if I could get mine too and they told us no we would have to drive back around and do the entire thing a second time (fully backed up drive-through). This was an online, already paid for order. The order was cancelled and we left without getting the food.

This place is owned by a top 10 franchisee. Yet the tables look like they have been through war. The employees are not properly trained. 1 was picking up sauce from the floor to put in the holder on the counter. The drink machine was purchased because it was cheap....and It functions like it's cheap as well. I ordered 3 small items, and it took 17 minutes to receive my food. The ceiling vents are dirty, and the manager was sagging. Nice place....

It was my first time going here and it was TERRIBLE!! I was very disappointed. I refuse to go back here and give them any business. All I asked for was a Build Your Own Cravings Box. Which was supposed to include the following items. 1 Chalupa Supreme, 1 Soft Taco with all toppings, 1 Cinnamon Twists & a Large Drink. Ordered through the kiosk. Not busy. Only person in dining room and no one at the drive thru.Asked twice if the bag was my whole order and was assured it was. I was missing 2 burrito supremes but couldn't see that by the way the food was stacked in the bag. Lesson learned. Always count everything twice

Could employees be any lazier? Stepped up to place an order, was told to step down to a machine and place my order?? When asked how to find full menu on the machine was to there are buttons at top?? So after it was figured out, cash was being paid employee was put out wanted the use of a card. You could fell their irritation as they had to actually come from behind the counter to assist. When food was give it was put together with very little amount of product to it, and Luke warm. Going to the table realize if going to sit down as the customer was gonna have to wipe it down... will never return. There are other places to go where service will be better.

The people are always nice, but I’m constantly getting my order wrong. I always ask for no tomatoes & 8 out of 10 times I get tomatoes. Today part of my order was missing, & parts I did have were wrong. My quesadilla didn’t even have meat in parts & hardly any cheese. Just look at this photo!

I used to really like this taco bell, but over time, the workers seem to have become less and less competent and it seems management has also changed. As a vegetarian, when I say no meat, there absolutely cannot, under any circumstances, be meat in what I ordered. If it had only happened once, I wouldn't feel the need to leave this review. I could just chalk it up to the fact that people make mistakes, and move on with life. My order has been wrong so many times from this Taco Bell that I'm just not going to go to it anymore and I advise others to also find other options. There are honestly plenty of other better places to go eat at in Kilgore.
