Ordered two large decafs with Splenda and cream amounts specified. No Splenda added to our drinks but they gave several packets to go. Thank goodness, or we would have had no sweetener at all in our drinks. It was very good and hot and fresh and the customer service was nice and friendly. I'll definitely go back here but I'll always make sure the drinks are sweet before I leave the window!

Last week I went to this McDonald's and they did a good job on my food and drink. This was 2nd shift bc it was after 6:30pm and I was satisfied and my order was exactly what I asked for. This McDonald's is better than all the McDonald's in Longview Texas the one on Eastman Rd is good but the other 3 in Longview Texas sucks! I advise customers in Longview Texas to eat at the McDonald's in Kilgore Texas they're much better!

Went to the drive thru. There was a short line, but it moved fast. I was greeted promptly from the speaker. Pay window was ready and waiting to accept my payment. Food window already had my food waiting. Drink was wiped off, and bag contained napkins. Total time 2 minutes.

Wonderful,we love McDonald's,my biggest complaint is half the time the do not hold the cheese on my burgers. It's very irritating we live bout 30 mins from town,for the times I forget or am in a hurry to check my burger. It can be very inconvenient however the last 3 visits they have done wonderful and got everything correct.

The kiosk was awesome! Really appreciated this approach. But also liked that other people were interacting with the cashier. Nice job McD’s choices. The food was what I expected no real wow factor just a quick breakfast. Got pretty busy during the time I was there but everything seemed to run smoothly. Watch the sloppy sidewalk with the guy washing the windows outside.

Been coming here for every once in a while and I always have had good services. The kids like the playground area and the food. This place is always clean and that's a very good thing I like. I've been to other McDonald's and I hate that they always look dirty BUT not this one their cleaning lady is shure doing a good job. The food always comes out hot and the staff is friendly we would shure be coming back.!!!

Unfortunately, on the day I last visited, there seemed to be mass confusion at the drive-through window. The first person that began taking my order did not understand English very well or could not multi-task. For the first time ever I could audibly hear three different people trying to get my order entered correctly. It was very frustrating having to repeat myself over and over. But, we survived. The food was delicious. Hopefully, they can improve their choices on the personnel they decide to place in that particular position moving forward.

It was quiet in McDonald's and that was a good thing. The first guy to greet us didn't and was rude. However the second guy was amazing and attentive. Food could have been better. When you aren't busy your food should be cool to order and hot.

The folks here have always been friendly and mostly very well behaved and dressed nicely too. McDonald's has really stepped up from fast food mannerisms and taking it to a new level. The curbside service is awesome and if ever I've had an issue, it was corrected immediately and with an awesome professional style. The choice and quality in good is good plus the ice cream machine seems to be "out of order" less than usual. Great job !

Food was ok. The lack of friendliness is an understatement. Its like your a number. The only thing you hear from employees is..what else..what else...what else..your total is.. Then you get to window and ..here is your bag. And nothing else. Its like wow...how about hi how are you today..or something. But that is how this location has always been. I always ask them how they are doing. They look at me like huh??

It is McDonald's so not to expect more than an average burger and fries. The app doesn't always work but it usually don't take long in drive either. Staff is usually nice and they do get the order right in my cases.

It's McDonald's what do you expect. This particular store is almost always busy. The drive thru can me awefully slow at times. Orders being 100% correct is hit or miss depending on the day and time. Sometime the quality of the food can be an issue. I have had breakfast items that have been handed to me that were burnt, undercooked, or just flat out wrong.

Orders are correct 60% of the time I'd guess. Biggest complaint is they always seem to have to many car in drive thru. Improve your drive thru performance and you'll make all other McDonald's seem like a waste of time

Past few times I've dined in, it takes 30+ mins to get your food. If you're lucky maybe you get your drinks before then. Drive through is faster. So next time I'm going through drive thru and then going inside if I plan on eating inside. It is one of my favorite McDonald's tho, cuz playgrounds are rare and this one has a pretty big one and spacey dine in area with a cool light up table.

Staff could use better customer service training. A friendly smile and a kind word always help. Fast food is never fun, but don't take it out on the customers. Playplace is usually clean and the kids love it there.

The food was fresh and hot, but the lady who took our drive-thru order rushed us through our order. We’d ask for something and she’d say “uh huh, anything else?” Before we could add anything. Very impatient and snippy.

If I didn't have kids that love this place I would never go back. Every surface needs to be sanitized. The employees don't really stand out for great customer service.

This is not the McDonald's you go.to when you're in a hurry. S-L-O-W service doesn't really begin to describe this location. We ordered two cheeseburger meals and it took almost thirty minutes to get our order. The food was accurate, though the burgers were a little cold. It's plain to see that the drive thru and Door Dash deliveries take precedent over all other orders, which is a corporate issue that the restaurant does the best that they can do accommodate. On the plus side, the restaurant is typically very clean, even the play area. Employees are friendly, though obviously in a rush, which is understandable. Kids do enjoy the play area, which makes waiting for your order bearable. We do enjoy bringing our grandkids here, but we expect a wait and plan to be waiting for our food longer than other locations.

Employees are nice. Felt weird to have a guy ask for my order and punch it into a kiosk in front of me, but whatever. No, I knocked off three stars for the strange texture of these chicken nuggets, and the playland. These nuggets are the worst I've ever had. And look, I have kids. I get it. Let them run free in the playland, but what happened McDonald's? Every single McDonald's with a playland I've gone to has had a dividing DOOR not just a door frame between the playland and the lobby. Nope, not the case here. Ate 2 of my 10 disgusting nuggets, and have a headache from screaming children. Update: manager was super nice, replaced my nuggets with a hot and spicy, that was perfect, without asking. Still headspinning over the playland, though.

There were about 5 people working behind the counter. But for some reason only one working the front register. She couldn't take our order because she had an ear piece in and was talking to what I assume was the drive thru cars. We finally got sick of waiting with no excuse as to what was going on so we went to a kiosk to order. Placed the order as "eat here". Instructions said to enter the number on the table tent number and take it to the table. About 15 min later I went to ask if they should be bringing it to the table. It was sitting on the counter in a to go bag. Cold. Absolute horrible customer service.

I wanted a sausage biscuit from McDonald's so I stopped by this location for breakfast, but I wasn't sure if they were still serving it. I walk in and they still have the breakfast menu up above the registers. So I ordered a number two breakfast meal. When I get my receipt I noticed that it is for a number two quarter pounder with cheese meal. When I say something to the lady at the counter she says they stopped selling breakfast at 10:30. This is okay. So I decided to just eat the burger and be happy with it. I get to the car and take the burger out and take a bite and it's cold as can be. It's cold all the way through. It's almost like they were trying to disappoint me.

The past couple weeks I have stopped by McDonald’s they haven’t given me my sauce for chicken nuggets. It’s extremely frustrating to get home and realize this and have nothing to eat with nuggets. I shouldn’t have to “double check” to see if they put the sauce in the bag, that’s part of the job.

Sad you order something and it was a $5 meal and took forever because the boy work in the register and understand it and he kept have to look at the poster. Took over 30 minutes to get my damn food. Worst customer service I have ever ever ever experienced no thank you nothing! Cashier did not say one thing once I got to the window then asked why I was still sitting there. When I told her well being is you never said anything like thank you, wasnt sure if my order was complete. Ordered my burger DRY, got it plain instead. Took 15 minutes to get it fixed. Ordered Dr. Pepper, got coke. Told them, they took the coke back and just put Dr. Pepper on top of the coke. This McDonald’s used to be really good about their customer service and getting the orders correct. For the past almost year they have went extremely downhill. They get the orders wrong, they don’t know what is on their menu, and the people are extremely rude when ordering and when you have to drive all the way back to get the food they didn’t give you. Even calling them they are rude and hang up on you in the middle of talking. The food is still about the same, but the drinks taste like they are all mixed with high c, so I would definitely go somewhere else for drinks. Honestly I would just recommend staying away from this McDonald’s or if your going to go then check your order before you leave and make sure it’s correct and everything is there, and if something is wrong and you have to go back inside I wish you luck because their attitudes are like nails on a chalk board.

I went through drive through and they didn’t give me half of my order. When I got to work and realized that I was missing 1/2 of my order I called them back. I explained that they didn’t give me my stuff and the only thing she could say was “ok”. I went back to get my stuff and when I showed up to the second window one of the employees tells the other “give me the bag” they didn’t even say sorry she just handed to me. I didn’t get any napkins or sauce. I ordered oatmeal and I didn’t even get a scoop. Their customer service is horrible and 1/2 of the time the get the order wrong. Every time I order I get the wrong thing. Ordered 3 burgers and a 10 piece. they rung up a 6 piece instead and gave us 4 burgers. One of the burger I asked, and it’s on the receipt, for only onions, tomatoes, lettuce, and mustered. They put mustard ketchup and two tomatoes on that burger. She even asked about ketchup at the speaker and we had to repeat that burger request 5 times just for it to be made wrong. glad they finally gave me the amount of dipping sauces I asked for.

Waited for over 15 minutes for 2 happy meals and a combo meal. You need to train your employees to make sure there are napkins straws ketchup and dipping sauce in the bags.

They openly complain about being at work while at work. Also, why did they stop putting onions on my burgers? Edited again to remove another star. Customer service stinks here. Including management! I thought that time would make this place better!, it's even worse! Management needs to be schooled on customer service. Workers need to be schooled to LISTEN to how the customer says they want their food fixed. I had to get out one night before my son's food was finally fixed half right after 15 to 20 mns, in the middle of me door dashing. Some people should NOT work for the public ESPECIALLY FAST FOOD, and it starts with Management. They don't care, plain and simple. I ordered a chicken sandwich with extra mayo, about 90% of the mayo was splatted on the box and side of the sandwich. Called the manager to inform them of it and she said "sometimes that happens" and didn't even ask for my name or the order #. I just said "I understand" and said good day. I don't think they could have cared less. You just give them your money and you get what you get. So I put some mayo on at home and ate my sandwich.

Went through drive thru. It took almost 8 minutes before they answered the speaker box. I said 4 burritos they put down only 2 then they cut me off before I could complete the order. They took the order of 3 cars on the other side and never came back to me. I pulled up to the window and corrected my order they said I had to go around again. When I did got to the window payed then they sent me into the waiting line in front of the door. A car in front of me finally went inside when she came out a minute later she said our food is waiting on the counter. Less than a minute later they finally brought my food out. It was wrong. Not happy with them at all.

What's the point in having a drive thru code if you don't submit it. Twice in one week I've tried using my drive thru code and it's not being submitted. The workers give you your food saying here while handing it to you!! I got handed my iced coffee with it leaking from a cracked cup. I don't get offered any napkins. They are constantly on their phones!!! Such rude employees it's embarrassing.

The 1 with the no pickles i know 100% they just took them off because the only taste to the bland sandwich was the hint of pickle. They also need to ease up on the salt. Me and my girlfriend went for breakfast this morning and was going to buy two egg McMuffins with one orange juice and a sprite then was told to pull toward and we greeted at the first window our order was read back to us and was correct. We got to the second window and was giving a totally different order. Horrible service

20 minutes in the drive thru. Finally went in as they served at least 10 other cars behind me. I was late so I just asked for a refund. The manager looked at me like a deer on the headlights and tried to give me a partial refund and then a refund for more. I gave up as she clearly couldn’t figure out how to actually issue the refund. So I left with no food and no refund. Corporate said I could go back and try again. As of o hadn’t already wasted 30 minutes at a FAST FOOD restaurant. Corporate office and owners were less than helpful as well. This has happened several times to me at this location. It’s usually not a big deal because I was in no hurry.

We chose to go through the drive through to get dinner to take home. We went at dinner time, so expected a little bit of a wait, but sat in the drive through for nearly 40 minutes. Got to the first window and repeated the order and paid. Got to the second window and they tried to give us happy meals that were not on our order. Repeated the order again and then the person disappeared to the back. Another 10 minute wait, but finally were handed bags. We pulled forward a bit as to not block the line to check that everything was there, but it wasn't. We parked and went inside with the receipt. Waited an additional 20 minutes at the counter to get the rest of our order, but of course the items we had already received were cold. Needless to say, a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

Can never understand the lady rushing me through my order. Almost always have to repeat a basic order minimum 3 times just to be hurried off the timer with mixed old&new fries, partially warm nuggets&burger and a watered down drink from 6 customers ago. Not to mention No One answered the phone the 4 times I tried to call back about my disappointment. Every one on the clock acted like the service received.

The mocha frappe has been my coffee order for ever three years it’s my favorite drink. I moved to Kilgore a few months ago and I’ve never had one that’s is good or made right. Idk if they need to be re trained or if the machine needs to be cleaned. I’m not sure what is going on but it never tastes the same and is almost always half full. I was the literal only car in the drive thru and nobody even attempted to take my order. I was driving away and noticed both guys with the headsets on were too busy talking to manage a single car in the drive thru. All I wanted was an overpriced hot chocolate. But guess not. Hope y’all had a very interesting conversation for what it was since you both couldn’t be bothered to answer the headset (which I know most drive thru headsets beep if a car is at the drive thru box ready to order). And it was at 10:45 pm on Sunday night. I won’t be back 🤷‍♀️👍👌

I rarely give bad reviews, but this stupid place deserves it. They mess up every single time. Completely missing items. And as soon as you trust them again and don’t check the bag, boom it happens all over again. The county less times that my wife has had to go back into town to get the food they missed is ridiculous. Watered down weird tasting drinks, floppy fries and so on. When it’s good, it’s great. Nothing in between, either sucks bad or is great.

I ordered an iced latte. I watched them reuse a spoon after mixing someone else’s drink. Whatever idc. But I take a drink and suck a bunch of chunks through my straw. At first I thought it was food as I just ate a breakfast burrito, so I take another drink and more came out of my straw. Very gross. Update: the second picture is of a fly I found in my mocha frappe. STAY AWAY FROM THE COFFEES!
