Brunette is such a special gem of a spot! We rented the space out for a very small, family-only wedding reception and Jesse and Max made the process incredibly smooth for us and were extremely accommodating throughout. They have curated such a special vibe, with delicious things to sip on and really noteworthy food. There were so many thoughtful details and touches they added to our night that made it all the more memorable. Highly, highly recommend using Brunette for a private event or just to stop by to enjoy something yummy. We will be back as soon as we can!

I loved this spot — cozy, very cute inside, and perfect to a casual date. I enjoyed most how focused and interesting their wine collection is. We ordered the kale Caesar salad, and it was very delicious. The staff was polite, definitely will look forward to visiting again.

Brunette was the crown jewel of our trip upstate! Coming from NYC, we were elated to find this dainty natural wine bar. The Georgian orange varieties were delicious and the cold noodles were truly sensational. Every single detail was thoughtful. A must-visit if you’re in the area.

A weekend in Kingston is not complete without a stop here. The menu is always rotating with interesting wines. The bites are yummy and they make good espresso. The decor is very thoughtful and creates a nice, intimate vibe. That combined with relaxed but attentive service makes it such a great spot to get an afternoon or evening drink. I love love this place.

My partner and I stopped in for a nightcap and the fresh baked cookie, and were so in love by the time we left! The tables are spaced out nicely so you have a bit of breathing room, and the establishment’s bathroom was warm - the first spot we found all weekend in Kingston on a winter weekend that didn’t have a chilly toilet experience. 😂 Our lovely server, Jessie, helped us both find a glass that suited our tastes. I found a new favorite natural red, it was absolutely spot-on for my palette. The cookie was a perfect portion for two with no leftovers or stomachache. We loved the time we spent there!

Brunette is such a gem- the kind of place that welcomes you for a long experience over a bottle of wine and dish after dish of delicious food (never skip the handmade pasta) but is also the ideal corner bar for meeting up with friends. The wine list is fun, approachable, and definitely meant to be explored.

Walking into Brunette is like stepping into a jewelry box. The cute wine bar is designed to immediately make you feel cozy and comfy. Everyone involved is more friendly than the next. The food is excellent and the menu is always changing. And finally the wine selections are phenomenal. I also love that you can come in and get a lovely dinner and a bottle of wine with your partner, or simply enjoy a beer and a snack after work.
