Uodate.. tried again and was told "we arent doing ice cream tonight". Like what?? I’ve been going to the Sonic since January 2024. At least half the time my orders are messed up or I have to wait more than 15 to 20 minutes. The store manager, Amanda, has one of the poorest attitudes I’ve dealt with in a while, don’t try to bring your complaints or be upset that the last five experiences at her location have been trash.

Salted caramel toffee iced coffee was horrid couldn't even drink it. I use to go there for dr pepper all the time but its always flat. Go somewhere else for drinks.

Used to be good but the last few times I've been there it's been horrible and I used to love the Reeses blast but now it's like the ice cream is watered down so thin and sugary I will not waist any more of my money there

It was a bit late and we were REALLY hungry and enthusiastic about food … and usually have great experiences at Sonic in other locations. This place takes “the cake”. Omg. Consistency of bun? Cold pudding. Disgusting. For reals. Tomato slices inside? Slimy. At the end of their useful life. I ordered “No Ketchup, Please” and got? EXTRA Ketchup! Syrupy sweet and disgusting. Did not get extra pickles either and requested onion removal was ignored also. Both burgers were gross. The french fries didn’t even save the day. They were fried in rancid oil and did not smell (or taste) very good at all. What a horrible experience. This mess cost almost 20 dollars. The only thing redeeming this experience was the young man who brought us the food. He was nice enough. But if I knew he prepared this rubbish? I wouldn’t have anything good to say about being here at all. Blech. Please fix the problems at this location. I see other unhappy reviews. Something here is not quite right … to say the least. Other sonics are doing better. Thank goodness. It’d almost be worth it driving over to the Kountze branch. That bad.

I just left from there and I waited for 15 minutes for just a jr cheese burger and two small milk shakes and never received it. Two workers were just outside acting like they didn’t have a customer still. Very poor service.

I admit it was late, 10min to closing. But damn they wrecked my burger with half a pound of mayo and katsup. Just rude to do that to someone's meal. And I even tipped em too. Just disappointed and im still hungry. (Cuz I ain't eating that, God only knows how much disrespectful spit is in there too)

This sonic need new manager. No quality control here. Found hair in hotdog and halfway decent cook would have automatically scrapped this chicken for being too thin.

Extremely disappointed tonight. My husband and I went here to get some drinks after dinner. We tried to order from the mobile app and they associates had the mobile app closed. So we went to a stall to order and asked the associate if they would honor the mobile pricing and he said no. Extremely disappointing and poor customer service. So we left.

Took 20 minutes for some chicken tenders that ended up being the size of chicken bites. Forgot half my order and when I brought it to their attention, I was given an attitude. Too overpriced for the product they give out.

Almost nothing here works, when you finally get into a stall that is turned on the person answering you doesn't want to talk to you and just keeps asking "are you done?" And when you are finally done the screen doesn't update so you can pay.

Spent just shy of $50 and wasnt worth $10. Ordered a #1 and 3 #12s plus a mediumpopcorn chicken. One drink (soda) was watered down like it had been sitting awhile. The other 3 drinks were pretty much all ice with no flavoring. The 3 honey bbq popcorn chickens (#12s) had barely any sauce on them to the point they might as well had been plain. Found a feather in one peice also. Most of the chicken was cooked to the point it was hard and chewy trying to eat it. The picture shown was the one bowl of honey bbq popcorn chicken that had the most sauce, the others were worse.
