I live in this town and eat here around once a week usually. They almost always get your food to you in a timely manner. Used to be a problem of them not getting your order correct, but that’s not been an issue for a long time now. Much more good experiences than bad here.

Haven't had a bad experience here. My 1st time visiting Texas and I've had no problem with this location the few times I went here. The only issue I've had was the last day I went here the fries had way too much salt to the point I couldn't eat it 😭 pretty sure it was a mistake. We all make them. Other than that the location is chill and they are pretty quick. Also easy to find and plenty of gestation around.

Far over cooked meat, just not the jalapeño burger like the past. After no meal for 12 hours, I was hungry. I was glad I was . Probably wouldn't have eaten the burger. The tater toots was good and the drink was nice

Order a regular chilli cheese coney, fries and a large sweet peach tea. My winnie was old and black. Not to mention no sooner then I payed , it was delivered in like 30 seconds. From the time I pulled up to this Sonic, order, got my food, it was like 5 minutes top. No time to really cook any of the food.

Get small popcorn chicken or nuggets, mayo was watery fries were soggy. Order was messed up but corrected. Menu is too high for cars and menus should be on both sides of menu boards.

So once again for the 3rd time, I decided to say something about the food I was being served.. I ordered a breakfast sausage egg cheese burrito, 3rd time got one sub par .. this thing was as small as a three year old girl. I put it back in the bag waited for v....... Car hop to get her attention. She came over , me ; can you tell the manager I work hard for my money and I expect as close as the picture on the menu board or refund my $ V.. said I understand, a few minutes later she brought me the recipe with my refund.. v...... Said Chris the Manager told her to bring the receipt to show my $ was refunded back on my card.... I said , are you serious ! V...... Said yes sir. I said that's pathetic... I even told her he can just put more in it.. But Chris decided to NOT make it right buy the customer.. now that IS A Pathetic excuse of a manager that does not have your best interest on his mind. So I will be making my presents known at that particular Sonic in Kountze Tx to see if Chris' work ethic has changed for the community he Is in.. and if not he needs to go work at a feed store and toss feed and hay..

Waited a very long time for ice cream cones only to be told they can't serve them because they weren't pretty enough. Huh? (Too soft) Last time we were there they got my order wrong,but we were too tired and too far to take it back. Ordered sweet tea, got regular. Ordered cheese burger no onion no mustard with mayo, they gave mayo and mustard. No biggie but I HATE mustard lol! The bread was old and didn't taste very fresh.

Food was cold, and there were basically no toppings on the burgers. Looked as if they made them ahead for the dinner rush.

When they change their french fries to those crinkle fries, they messed up. All those crinkle fries do is hold grease gross. I enjoyed their old fries. They were perfect tasting crispy. These other fries are soggy and nasty

They have taken my change for a tip even though I did not freely give it to them. And then today I was priced regular price for a half-price item for happy hour. This is not a knee jerk reaction I have procrastinated with putting this bad review but after years and years a bad service here I'm pretty confident that it will not change. Check your receipts and make sure you're being charged the right price for items and that they are not helping themselves to your hard-earned cash for what they considered to be a tip.

Prices have gone up and quality has gone down. The breakfast burritos are just plain sad. Not only that, but they are usually overcooked. It has also been a common occurrence to not have the items I have paid for. I just recently spend over $32 at this location to have one drink absolutely wrong, 2 orders of fries missing, and food that I can't let my kids eat because it was quite literally black.

Couldnt take or make the orders right, wrong sizes, Messed up drinks 2 times, Manger caught attuned when I asked why the slushy wasn't mixed right, paid for Boba and then was told they ran out, very disappointed on how this sonic is being ran
