Worst Customer Service Experience Ever This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The store was staffed entirely with teenagers who were cursing, earbuds in ears and yelling at each other instead of helping customers. Multiple customers were being completely ignored while the staff carried on like there were no customers present at all. What made it even more disappointing was that the general manager was part of the behavior, not correcting it or setting any type of professional standard. The entire environment felt chaotic, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I expect basic courtesy and professionalism when spending my money, and this location failed on every level. I will not be returning and would not recommend this location to anyone.

If I can give a 0 stars I WILL!!! Horrible service & food being served. I placed my order online waited outside as the time said it will take about 20 minutes. I get a call saying they had to cancel my order due to not having enough dough and running out?! If there is not enough material for making the food UPDATE THE APP instead of letting your customers know all late and expecting there food to be served correctly.

They need to hire new people at this point my crazy puffs came out looking like disks i mean is it that hard to make them perfect I’ve had little caesars. before back in my home state and they are perfect every time

Speaking as a previous Little Caesars employee years ago, this would never fly. I’m absolutely disgusted by what I paid for, and when I walked in the store, there was no acknowledgment. The general manager literally kept doing what she was doing, and didn’t even say welcome on top of that, I know for a fact that sauce cups are not supposed to be put into the hot hold unit for pick up but sure enough all of mine. We’re in there. I only got pizza here because my son asked and it had been a while since we had a little Caesars but I won’t go again.

Ordered pizza and the order was made wrong. This being the second time my pizza was wrong. I was met at the counter by who I assume to be shift leader. Her reason for my order being messed up was " we were moving too fast." She took the wrong order back to make a fresh pizza but I watched her go and proceed to make my new order without washing her hands. Normally when you walk in this store you are not greeted by anyone. Some walk around with no hair net or hat. Tent peeling of the front windows. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place .

If you plan on getting your pizza on time look somewhere else. I placed my order and got there at the time it said it would be ready... Boy let me tell you lmfao . They said it would take a hour to get my pizza as there was 6 people ahead of me. When I say that 3 people before me canceled their order before I did I'm telling you , this place is understaffed and overworked. I don't blame them as they are doing the best they can. But for some ehh pizza waiting 45 min plus 1hr is crazy.

I’ve never seen someone hide marinara sauce as much as this store does! I’ve ordered ‘crazy sauce’ on delivery to not receive it so many times over the years, I have to stop using them. It’s like bitcoin the way they want to hide it from you and it makes no sense other than their directive is to just not deliver what someone is paying for. Avoid at all costs

Walked in and the two employees at the very front didn’t make eye contact with me until 30 seconds of me standing there LOL I have a fantastic idea, how about you guys hire people who are respectful, don’t wear their hats sideways and jeans, and actually acknowledge guests? Is that too hard? This seems to be a manager problem with all the one star reviews and nothing being fixed. Shame on you owners

So while everyone else is working this guy on the phone the whole time i can even hear the woman on the phone, they are busy its a Saturday evening lol but he dont care he is cutting them pizzas while his pants are sagging and talking talking cursing talking 🤦🏻‍♀️, the other workers look like they dont wanna b there. Might b because of him not sure

Absolutely horrible I placed my Order online a full day in advance for pick up at a specific time. I Arrived on time however, my pizzas were not ready on time. This caused a huge delay in the party I was having which only had a two hour window at the facility. No one could tell me when my order would be ready, The attitudes of the staff members were very rude and nasty. When my pizzas were finally handed to me 30 minutes later all four were burnt. How do you burn cheese pizzas!? I feel like the burning the pizzas was done maliciously. I would never recommend this location to anyone!

One time I received an email that the pizza was ready at 10 am but when I came in they said they would open at 10:30 am. So This time I received pizza 20 minutes after the estimated time. The pizza was bending a lot and was very soft like uncooked, and tasted disgusting! I ate one slice and I chose hunger! Look how much oil is on that pizza and how much oil is on the box, bro are serious?

I ordered pizza with cheese on the side and they gave me regular ones and with the cheese that comes in a package and I paid and my guest asked for extra pepperoni and I came back and I told him again what I wanted and he said if not, worry and well, he gave me regular ones.😒

Not a single person working was wearing gloves (or hairnets). I saw cashiers go directly to packing pizzas without washing ands either. I aldo did not appreciate being told my hot-n-ready order would be ready in 10 minutes (ended up being 15) AFTER I had already paid. I chose Little Caesars because they are usually much faster than that. Pizza was burned with basically no sauce and the crazy bread was indeed crazy. I was really looking forward to it, but will definitely not be back.

We went a week or so ago to try the new Crazy Puffs…they were puffed up like the name implies and were decent (although greasy, but that’s to be expected). Our kids liked them and asked if we’d take them that day to purchase some more. When we returned that night to pick up our boxed order, it held 4 pillowy, crazy puffs! They were pretty tasty since the bread base helps balance the greasy nature of things. Today was a different story…my daughter requested those fluffy, crazy puffs for lunch, but the food we received was nothing like we anticipated. They were flat, raw dough discs, topped with greasy butter (?)-whatever it was- they were inedible. The attendant said not to expect the dough to puff up…which is ironic since that’s literally in the name. He was kind enough to offer us another 4 but they were exactly the same. Is it too much to expect to receive what Little Caesars is actually promoting? Maybe the dough was old, still cold, who knows. Just go expecting the Crazy Puffs to be anything but…and maybe you’ll get the dough that actually puffs up?! 🤷‍♀️
