Husband and I came in today to finish some work. The barista was super nice and our drinks were delicious. The blueberry muffin and cookie were also great. The chairs are also super comfy, so I had a great time. I don’t know why this place has such bad reviews. It’s lovely.

This is the second time ive been here. Service here is amazing. Im vegan and there arent a ton of options but i can eat there so im happy. They have a hard liquor. Food is always bbeyter when you are buzzed but indont drink. They could cook their hashbrown patties better. They are thick and only the outside is browned.

I certainly wish I had taken note of all your names this morning! I came here to assist a property in my portfolio, and my first order of business was to get the team coffee! What a great experience, the girl with the cool plants shirt helped me at the register. She asked me how I was. Then when I asked back, she took a moment, thanked me for asking, looked me in the eyes and answered. Wow. I was able to pause for a moment and just appreciate that the sincerity, (however quick) it was noticed. Then, the rest of you behind the bar, provided amazing smiles, friendly voices and an inviting environment. To the one who accidently made one of those drinks a large, I won't soon forget that. I know you could have just put it in a medium and been done with it. Thank you Black Rock Coffee Bar!

Went through the drive thru. Ordered caramel blondie iced coffee Delicious!!! Not too sweet and has a great coffee taste. They have tons of sugar free options also.

The coffee is delicious and fairly priced. Better quality/taste than Starbucks. The staff is great! TAYLOR'S smile is contagious and lightened my tired attitude! MACKENZIE was gracious and friendly and makes a great drink, and DYLAN was super helpful! This was my first time here and I'll definitely be back!

The espresso drinks...hot and cold...are delightful!!! They have some delicious breakfast food options: seasonal danish & other pastries, bagels, egg bites. The employees at this location are friendly, helpful and super quick preparing your drink. Great coffee spot! 🤩☕️👍🏽

Came here having a bad day and the staff were all so kind and helpful it completely turned my mood around. They didn’t have what I ordered but the cashier recommended a solution and it tasted even better than what I came there for. So knowledgeable on their menu and really try to make sure guests get what they want, definitely the best black rock location i’ve been to.

I just felt compelled to right a review today because the young lady around 6am this morning, I have to brag on her. She was so kind and sweet. I was having a very bad morning and her kindness made it so much better. I truly appreciated it and all the kindness I’ve experienced from this location!

The folks are extremely friendly and the coffee is great. The music is wayyyy too loud. Hard to take any work calls here without the background noise being an issue. Would recommend turning down the music.

How does a coffee bar run out of drip coffee? I went there for a coffee and out of drip coffee. Annoying.

I can give it 3 stars only because they were so busy... Needed more people helping... Only two during a busy rush. They didn't welcome me if it wasn't for the other gentleman that came in idk if I would have gotten service... I waited for 10 mins before they got to me. They were definitely working hard on the drive thru.

I don’t mind a moderate noise level but the employees are extremely loud and won’t stop laughing obnoxiously to a point that’s unprofessional. They should be working. I get having fun in the workplace is important, but it’s equally important to be considerate of the people around you. They were laughing extremely loud, every two minutes and super high pitch for whatever reason. Mind you, I am wearing noise cancelling headphones with white noice on full volume AND I STILL HEAR THEIR LAUGHTER. Let’s not ignore the fact that the their voices echo considering it’s a small space with high ceilings. Please management, handle your employees. Discuss professionalism in the workplace. This isn’t a high school cafeteria.

Tried to sit outside but the tables and chairs are extremely dirty. Dried bird poop on every chair at every table. The inside isn’t kept up either. My family and I left and went to another restaurant that had clean tables.

Waited nearly 15 minutes for our drink order for drinks that were okay. The shake we got was incredibly sweet. Drank less than a fourth of it and threw it away. Won’t be coming here again.

Obnoxious, loud music playing inside and outside that does NOT fit the vibe of a coffee shop. Will not be returning.
