Avis sur Taco Bell Kyle
Taco Bell in Kyle, TX coming in clutch! I visit this restaurant a lot as it’s on my way home from work and they’re open late. The staff are always super friendly, but tonight took the cake. I had just gotten off a rough shift at work having been placed with one of the department’s two problem workers (having been stuck with the other one the day before, cementing a three day streak of terrible shifts), and had mentioned it to the Taco Bell employee taking my order when I asked for suggestions. The dude was super cool and suggested a chicken chipotle melt, which was delicious. I know they’re paid to take my order and I guess by extension listen to me, but it makes me feel good to just know I’ve been heard. These guys are truly the best.
I didn't get his name, younger Mexican guy a little big . He was working thedrive thru window, he was so welcoming! Went outta his way to do what he could to help!! We left with a smile! And food was good
Giving a taco bell 5 stars might seem like something to scoff at, but this review is for this location in comparison to a ton of other locations I’ve been to. This team working here has, for the past half year, been absolutely phenomenal at not only perfecting large, complicated customizations on items but also at filling out each menu item to the fullness it should be and not what taco bell is usually known to provide. Here’s to hoping this continues into the far future because the current team working here is incredible.
Food has gotten better. Bean cheese and rice burrito, no mayonnaise like jalapeno sauce,, sub red sauce and grilled or toasted Dark to get rid of the raw flour tortilla taste. Excellent!! Plus, this one has 4. 3 prong plugs with 2 USB ports . Nice
Never thought I'd see the day where I would feel inclined to leave a 5 star Taco Bell review but here we are. As far as Taco Bells are concerned, you get what you get but at this location they've never messed up my order, they're always fast, and the food is good. Nice job, Kyle Taco Bell.
Good food, fast service. Professional staff. This restaurant pride itself on being very clean all the time. Which as a customer appreciate.
Service is exceptional. I came in on Aug 20 and made a mistake in my order. The shift lead made me a new one at no charge. On Sept 5 I had fantastic service in drive through. The service is at 5 star level.
Updated review: this location used to be awful but lately it’s been fantastic. Thank you for turning things around! Further updated review: I’m not sure where the negative reviews are coming from, but I pick up from here ordering through the app at least once a week and they haven’t messed up any of my orders in over a month. So either I’m really lucky (that’s not really me) or people are here complaining over petty nonsense. This location is worth going to, don’t let salty people influence your decision. Fast food places nearly always only get the negative reviews and never positive ones. Just sayin. Keep up the good work 👍
Went here today November 1st 2024. Only person in dinning room got held hostage 20 min for my food as they passed out 13 orders in drive thru. When I got there 2 cars in the drive thru. On top of that I PAID 75 cents for sourcream that was non existence on my food. On top of waisting my time they stole from me since I paid for something I did not receive. Definitely the worse TB known too man. I use to go there 3 times a week for 7years but never again. I must have spent 8k in 7 years at this dump
Taco Bell is the best fast food restaurant and its not even close. With their rotating limited time menu and app perks, it's a winner. This one here gets high marks for service. Food quality can be a little inconsistent but overall this place is fire.
I love taco bell I've been going alot since I was little diffrent location all around texas almost weekly this location is amazing they always have everything perfect and fast with ease its awesome I've never had any problem since I started coming to this location thanks!
Overall I had a great experience with this Taco Bell all the staffs were friendly and helpful and not one mistake made. I am one happy customer.
Manager or whoever runs this place please give the guys holding it down Thursday night props and keep setting them up for success. I placed an online order and everything was perfect and delicious. Literally the best Taco Bell I’ve ever had. Yall are way better than the location on Veterans drive lol.
I have to give credit where it’s due. I came here for my order on 27 June and was impressed by the night time staff. These guys had a huge line wrapping around to the frontage road and were keeping the line moving with just the small staff they had. I really hope they get some kind of recognition for their hard work. I know you see some negative comments on here and it’s understandable that some days are better than others, but I appreciate so much how things have been improving at this restaurant and it makes me want to come back more often.
I was very impressed with this Taco Bell location. The entire staff is so professional and very respectful and polite. The lady that took my order was in her way out the door when she saw me waiting and she took my order and again, so polite and helpful. I heard all customers being called sir and ma’am. I’ll be back again.
This location is really a gamble depending on what team you get working. Half of the time it's fantastic, quick, and fresh. The other half of the time the order is completely wrong, soggy and most of the vegetarian options my wife orders end up with meat in them. Not accidentally a piece or somethin either, chicken quesadillas instead of cheese is a frequent problem. Vegetarian burritos wind up with beef throughout. I've gone in and gotten replacements to get home and find out that they too contained meat. When it's good it's good. But it's always a coin toss. The team members who actually give a sh*t are wonderful. Hopefully management recognizes their efforts.
This place, like all others right now, are struggling with staffing. So an extra wait is completely acceptable. For a couple months, they were pretty bad, I wouldn't even stop if there were cars in the drive-thru line. And I struggle with open hour changes, again understandable though right now. BUT I've been twice over the past couple weeks and each time has been much better! Last week I went on the middle of a week day with several cars in front of me. I got taken care of very quick, my order was correct, and the staff were polite. It appears they're taking the right measures to get back on track. Thanks Kelly for my good experience!
The taco bell here has gotten WAY BETTER recently. It's hard to comment in service for a food chain that has such a quick turnover for workers but in the past weeks I've seen a lot of new people here who seem kind and helpful and always light up my day when I go through the drive through. I haven't had a mistake with my order in a few months (whereas a year ago it wasn't guaranteed I'd get what I ordered) and am very happy about that. Thank you!
Tacos never feel full. I've come here several times and every time I feel like they just don't put enough food in the tacos. I used live in Oregon, I never had this problem. So maybe there's a different standard down here. But I would think they all need to be the same size via corporate.
The level of accuracy, freshness, & friendliness has gone up and down over time, but one thing remains the same: There is ALWAYS a long wait at this location. I will say that the current evening staff (as of 09/15/22) seems to care about the quality of the food and the satisfaction of the customers. If I'm going to wait for over 30 min, I'm glad that it's at least made well and served with care.
I only do drive thru, but they haven't gotten my order wrong yet. I don't order straight items from the menu. I do things like no sour cream, no lettuce, etc. So I'm happy about that. The current staff will get you the correct and fresh food. As of the time of my post. Oh, and I go there about once a week
I have enjoyed the fact they brought back some of the old school classics.
Food delivery time inside the restaurant is getting a lot better. Maybe it has to do with the second Taco Bell has opened in town. I don't blame staff at all since having a drive through line around the store is not their fault. But staffing still seems low which impacts service and the atmosphere (restaurant is not as clean as it should be).
Wonderful location. The atmosphere is nicer than most Taco Bells and this one even has an outdoor seating area with a covered awning over it. The staff is friendly and fairly quick at getting your food out, as well.
My first experience with Taco Bell was many years ago and it was horrible, but I decided to give it a second chance. I'm glad I did. The burrito was delicious. Unfortunately the ice cube machine didn't work, but the employee have me a heads-up about it and filled my cup with ice cubes.
The crunchy tacos were great. The lettuce was fresh. I was excited for a Taco Bell nearby. I’ve called and called to complain but no one answers the phone at the Kyle location. What’s up with Kyle!? No one answers the phone at the Walmart or Target either!
Please add paper towels to the restrooms. The era of hand dryers is over. Thank you.
I ordered online and showed up 15 minutes later. I walked in and there's a girl fastidiously cleaning the ac vents, but didn't so much as say hi to anyone. The other employees were in the drive thru area and make line. They only came out when they had food ready. I waited almost 20 minutes for my food to be made. It was in a sealed bag. When I got to a table and opened it, my Gordita Supreme was cold. I was on lunch and didn't want to wait for another one. The bread was so cold that it broke and all the meat fell out. Then I had the bean burrito. I got 3 bites into it and it shot all it's contents onto my work shirt. I had to go to the restroom and wash and dry my shirt. I couldn't believe my luck. You can do better guys. You have a great product, but the staff needs to understand that just because it's almost automated up front doesn't mean that there aren't ACTUAL people waiting for the food or ACTUAL people eating it.
Taco Bell is always a good choice. If you come to this location, drive thru is the best option. Came inside when there were two people in the drive thru and one waiting order ahead of us. We have been here 30 minutes and still haven’t received our order. Drive thru seems to be moving quickly though. Food isn’t usually bad, just save time and go through the drive thru.
22 minute wait for dine in. Ordered at the kiosk and order was still wrong on two of the three items ordered. Btw the dining room was almost empty when I dined. Out of four quesadilla slices, care to guess where they placed the steak? Lol. I get it, it’s fast food. But accuracy should be a priority.
Nobody in line and made me wait five minutes to order, no condiments out, no napkins out, and it smells weird in there, not like food. They have a kiosk for ordering, as if they don't want any interaction with anyone. And the menu options keep deteriorating. They won't make a double decker taco supreme, even though they exactly what that is. Gone are the days that made Taco Bell a mainstay. They may as well hang it up. It's still okay in a pinch, but not what one expects anymore.
Mobile order took over 20 minutes. Food was good, but was a little irked that the manager saw me standing at the area with a sign that says "mobile order pickup" and proceeds to shift the blame that customers need to tell them they are there so they can make the Food. Makes some sense, but I wanted to avoid interacting with lines and cashiers and not yell into the kitchen either. I was compensated for my time with some free cinnamon churro things that were probably the cheapest thing on the menu
I go here and try and give it more chances but they continue to always not make me food wrong and continue put stuff on it I specifically ask not to be not only that this is a reoccurrence and y’all need to work on that Yallls Job is to make our food the way it’s supposed to be we ask for sum to not be on it then we should get that not the exact opposite we don’t ask just to hear our self speak and complain we ask bc we can’t eat it and so on many other reasons that could simply be resolved if the whole crew work together and make sure things are right
We waited 40min for 8 tacos but saw about 25 cars go through the drive thru…. This Taco Bell didn’t acknowledge the people in the lobby at all. Very disappointed
I usually don't have issues with this place, but as of the past month or so they're constantly out of sauces and other miscellaneous items. For some reason this seems to be every time we go here. I suppose the manager isn't making sure the store is ordering enough supplies, so I can't blame it on the employees. This is very disappointing because we used to frequent going here for a quick bite to eat.
As other people had mentioned, customer service is horrible depending of the shift. Usually the nice ones are Latinos and the kitchen staff. However, I believe the manager at this location has no customer service skills. Don’t take me wrong but they need to improve customer service. I had a horrible experience with the person in charged of the night 12/18/22. I felt mistreated and the manager in charged didn’t want to take my order. I ended up placing my order on the self checkout machines.
I only have so much time for lunch every day, and when I eat out, I need to be quick. Most of the time, this Taco Bell does fine with that, especially in the drive-through. However, I like to sit down and eat when I can, and this location very much neglects their dining room customers. Today, I had an online order, didn't even need to order at the register, and I saw my food get made, put together, and placed by the drive-through window, where it sat for 5 minutes before I could get someone's attention to grab it. Why was it placed there? Why was it not called out when finished? Thank you for wasting my precious little lunch time.
The last several times I've been there has been an outrageous wait time, employees didn't acknowledge your presence, and they have no respect for anyone else's time.
Ordered 3 supreme tacos with extra meat. No extra meat on two of my tacos and very skimpy with the lettuce. The shell tasted stale and was soggy. I've never been to this Taco Bell before but will definitely think twice before I order from there. Follow up: I called the store and they offered to remake them but I'm not comfortable with the same crew "remaking" my order. They did not offer any other option. Definitely not going back to this location!
I placed an order for about $44 and one of the items was a Mexican Pizza Combo. The staff told me everything was in the bag, but when I got home, the Mexican Pizza was missing — only the drink was included. It’s really disappointing to pay for something and not receive it. I hope the restaurant improves their order accuracy and double-checks bags before handing them to customers.
Sadly I ordered food today and when I was asked what size drink I had after waiting for nearly 10 minutes they grabbed my cup with the same gloves they were emptying the trash cans with. They did correct the issue when I brought it up but I do feel like that was not sanitary. Normally I don't have many issues with this location and I frequent it regularly, but this was definitely not what I would hope for.
Always a disappointment. When I first moved to the area they used to close around 10-11pm. The area has grown tremendously over the past year and now the hours have changed. I can tell how much the employees don’t like it just by the condescending attitude the drive thru cashier had. Today they had a non working menu when you drove up. And the cashier said they had to put up paper menus because the heat fried their electronics outside. LOL!!!! Nope they thought no one would order. Really heat fried the menu board? Yet evey other place around you was okay? Here’s a menu item I ordered. Bean burrito extra red sauce and jalapeño sauce. There’s barely anything in this.
Date of visit was 07/08/23. A drive thru experience can sometimes be a hit or miss and this time Taco Bell's was a total miss. Sure they were fast today, but at the expense of my food. I ordered 2 Mexican pizzas and a couple of other items. We got our order super fast and we carefully set the bag on the vehicle floor. We got home (no we didn't jostle the bag around) and opened our pizza boxes (see pics) They were all bunched up to one side, way too much sauce (didn't help). They were generally a mess. It seemed like the boxes were thrown around after the items were prepared. Not good. I’ve had these many times before in much better shape (fyi, purposely ordered one without tomatoes on top).
Been here multiple times in the last few weeks, or rather attempted to. Despite a sign saying the dining room is open the doors are always locked. Just placed an order on the app, time day they close at midnight. My roommate gets there to pick up and they leave him sitting for a half hour before just telling him they're closed. And I still had to cancel the order through the app. Very poorly run. Will not try to eat here again.
I ordered 2 deluxe rolled chicken taco boxes. Got home, opened them up, and there are only 2 taquitos in each box - no cinnamon twists, no burrito, no taco. How do you forget SIX items? Yea it's partially my fault for not checking, but it doesn't take anything more than a toddlers logic to check what you give to the customer. I've worked fast food before, it really isn't hard. I understand one or two things being left out by mistake, but when you only get 2 of the eight things you order that's blatant negligence.
Absolute garbage location DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, 15 car lines for an app order and not open on the inside. Cancelled my 7/23 order. If Taco Bell corporate is listening it’s time to replace the management from this place it’s been awful since before the pandemic absolute garbage quality service. At least a 20 minute wait every order (20+) since the pandemic started, so don’t buy in that this is a recent issue but has continually gotten worse to the point we have finally given up on this location.
If you have an hour to kill, and want your order to be incorrect and not made until you arrive, order online for this location! I ordered online for in-store pickup, only for them to rudely gesture that I needed to get in line at the drive thru. Waited a full hour and it was only at the window that they realized they hadn't made my order. Waited another 10 minutes and both items and ingredients were missing. The staff was rude and condescending to my wife and I throughout the entire process, even though it was their fault. Avoid this location at all costs!
Very slow service, took 15 min to get food in drive thru. They also didn't give napkins or any of the hot sauce I told them I would like with my order. Very typical service from kids still attending high school or first year of college. No care in the world about customer satisfaction, all they wait for is closing time and what they plan to blow all of their paycheck on before they even get it. It would be pleasing if their were actual managers that were attempting to help build some of these youngsters up to be more well rounded, hard working, reliable, trustworthy individuals. But most companies can't afford to hire these types of leaders, especially those in the fast food industry.
If I could give it a zero star I would. My return to Mexican pizza was just like the last three times I’ve visited this location of the last 10 months. No sauce on the top and no meat inside. I waited 43 minutes to get to the cashier with only three people in front of me. They all had single orders. I have literally had a zero*experience the last three times in 11 months time spread out. This place can’t get any worse
Certified Taco Bell fanatic and this WAS the best Taco Bell I have been to. Now in the last two weeks orders were completely wrong and we went twice this last week, the first time they were out of all meats, the second (days later) they were out of tortillas. My husband asked what was going on and they said they were changing management. Hope they figure it out soon because a fast food Mexican restaurant with no meat and no tortillas in less than 5 days is ridiculous. Not to mention the long wait in line we spent both times even with people taking off as soon as they hit the order sign...
Literally the WORST Taco Bell. They ALWAYS forget an item and then the times that I do go back, they just act like it’s not a big deal. If I pay for something, I expect it to be in my bag. I know this is just fast food but come on. Today I had to get back in line for the drive thru because they forgot an item AGAIN. When I got to the box to tell them, they just said “oh okay, sorry.” They made me wait in line AGAIN instead of saying to come drive around and have someone bring it out. Then once they gave it to us, there was no “sorry for your troubles” or anything. I’ve worked in customer service and food service before and that’s not how you treat customers. I’ve had other people tell me how bad this location is as well. They should just shut it down. Never coming to this location again.
I have been to this location a few times, and every single time I’ve been here they have either messed my whole order up or have not had great customer service. On this occasion, we forgot our debit card at home and we’re told we would be able to come back and pay inside as long as we made it back by 10:00pm. We parked at 9:55, walked up to the door and was told we we’re not able to come inside and pay but instead go through the drive through again. The first time we came through today we sat in the drive through for 30 minutes from the time we arrived to the time we left. I’m not going to be giving any more money to this business unless they’re customer service becomes better. Also, as a former food industry chain employee you should NEVER lock your doors before you’re posted time to close.
Made an online order for pickup at 11:30pm. Cool, site says they close at midnight, and I’m able to place the order. It’s paid for. I get there about 11:20, and find that they have changed the hours of the store to close at 9pm “or later.” Their website does not reflect this, nor does their listing on Google Maps, nor any other listing I’ve found. Meanwhile, my order has already been paid for. Cost me a 20 minute drive and $12. Best bet I’m getting my order tomorrow morning.
Consistently hates their customers - the last time I went to this location, I ordered online and paid online, then went directly over to the store, only to find out they close three hours earlier than it shows online. When I asked about my order, they only shrugged their shoulders and walked off. Two months later, I try again. Ordered and paid online, requesting to pick up order inside the restaurant. Walk up to the door only to have them lock it in my face. Waited 25 minutes in the drive-through line and asked why that had happened. The guy looked at me, closed the window, put my bag together (without part of the order), thrust it out at me without saying a word, then walked off. Could not get his attention about the incomplete order, and certainly could not go inside to ask about it.
Can not believe this Taco Bell gets more than 2 stars. It's not the food it's customer service. They still have only the drive through open....and it's not quick. Stop with the short staff excuse....pay a decent wage period. How much business are they losing vs raising the hourly rate. I was in line well over 5 minutes, finally decided to leave like several vehicles before. Government should not dictate a wage, a successful business will.
Dude handing my order out at the drive-thru really said "you can check it if you want it's all there" and I drove away like an idiot without half my meal. Management won't even pick up the phone to talk. Embarrassing.
I've avoided coming to this taco bell location for years. Tonight I reaffirmed the reason I don't visit this location. Ordered online for drive thru pickup just to have to wait for 30 minutes in the drive thru. It's always been this bad, even pre-covid. This is just poor management. Can't wait till they're replaced. I would like to have gone in but their dining room is closed a 9pm. Supposed to be open till 11.
Always horrible, never ther right food. Always 50 to 50 mins in line or indoors. Sodas don't work in doors. Parking is horrible bc the line NEVER moves. Can't wait for the new location to open bc this one is ALWAYS !!!one time me and my daughter were here inside it took and hr before we got our food, which was bad, then when we were don't it took 15 mins bc the dang line didn't move. This has been a year now all the time. I pray the next location in kyle is better never had this bad experience for as long as we have had. They don't care here..
I went to this Taco Bell location for a power menu burrito. The cashier rung it up. I asked him to add a drink or make it a combo, whichever is the cheapest. I also asked him to add beans and rice since the burrito did not come with it. He said that there are already beans and rice in there. I was a bit confused, because just before going there I was looking at the online order in that restaurant and it clearly stated that beans and rice are an up-charge. I asked him if he rung up the correct burrito, and he said yes. I also added 2 grillers to my order. The total came out to be $12.20. It seemed a bit high, but I still paid it and started to review the receipt. The cashier had rung up the wrong burrito, some XXL burrito. I waited until I got my order. I saw there was a crunchy taco, which I did not order, so I questioned it to the employee who brought it out. They finally figured out that I wanted a power menu burrito with a drink only after I told them. They took the XXL burrito and started making my power menu burrito. Meanwhile, the two employees, started to ring up the power menu burrito with a drink to see if I overpaid or underpaid. I had overpaid. I told them it is okay that I do not want my money back as long as my order is correct. Before leaving I confirmed with them that it was the power menu burrito with rice and beans. I got to work and started eating my burrito to find out that it did not have the guacamole or the avocado ranch. I was very upset, because I overpaid and still did not get my order right. They need better employees or trained employees who know the menu and the ingredients in each item.
You job was to make 3 crunchwrap Supreme tacos and make sure 3 were handed out. But no. You can't even count. And we got 2. Enjoy that terrible pay having a machine have to tell you what to do and you can't even do that.
The time it takes is insane, and with so many employees I can't imagine what it would be like if they only had a few.
I placed a mobile order today and two of our burritos were nothing of what we ordered, and they forgot to put the cinnamon twists in the bag from the $5 cravings box we ordered. I put specific # of sauce packets on there to ensure we get plenty and there's none. Try calling to see if they might be able to help so we can at least get our cinnamon twists they forgot and no one will answer the phone after multiple times of calling. Sigh. Not to mention there was lettuce where there should be none. My order wasn't that hard. Just want the correct food we ordered or at least have the option to have it corrected so we can eat. Shouldn't have to drive all the way back for this kind of thing.
This store has been going downhill for the last seven years, since I moved here. Tonight was my last visit to this location. I like to give a place the benefit of the doubt, but enough is enough. I got the meal box #12. It had the new chicken burrito, which had next to no filling, and shows on my receipt as a double chicken burrito. Not exactly. The beef taco was the only good part of the meal. It also came with chips and nacho cheese and a drink. The chips were inedible, super stale. And for a taco and a drink, in the end, I paid $11.36. That was a huge waste of money. Never again.
Bad customer service. Frowns everywhere, No one behind the counter to take cash payment. Order is not made until order is paid. We ordered on the screen pad that we were told to use. We waited and waited for someone to take our cash payment. The employees saw us and just frowned but did not approach the register. An elderly couple behind us also wanted to place an order with a live person because they couldn't read or understand how the screen pad worked. After About 5 minutes waiting we all left and went to Sonic instead. Poor Customer Service at this location.
Very rude employees. I ordered a cantina chicken burrito, which comes with Verde salsa. Wasn't in the bag. Asked for it. Was told I had to pay 20 cents. Girl came back and I stuck out my hand, and from 2 feet away she literally THREW it in my bag in a very aggressive manor. I asked to speak to manager. Manager never came yet looked at me from the office window. Tried to call 3 times after and got hung up on 3 times. Horrible service. All because THEY forgot to put salsa in the bag. As if this is my fault!? I'll take it up with the GM and corporate.
I ordered my order of the Taco Bell mobile app locations. A few miles from my house went there had to wait over 30 minutes for my order went to my vehicle checked my order was missing a few items went back into the restaurant. Ask them for my missing food then they started to argue with me because they said they said they put all the food in there with your order. Do you have the bag went and got the bag out of the vehicle came back into the restaurant showed them that day was missingasked for a refund they said you have to go through the mobile app. There’s no one 800 number to get a hold of anybody to get a refund on the food like the Taco Bell doesn’t have their stuff together even had people coming in there while I was waiting and instead of helping them at the counter, they suggested to them to use the touchscreen.
ordered online to pick up inside the store. all the signs around the store say that dine in is open. i waited for 20 minutes for my order, going up to the door multiple times only to find it locked. no one bothered to come to the door. i finally saw an employee leaving and tried to explain that i ordered online to pick up in the building and he said that their doors were closed and i would have to go through the drive through. the least they could do is take the signs down that day dine in open because that clearly isn’t true.
If you haven't been able to tell from all the other reviews, DO NOT GO HERE. I placed a mobile order, & after 35 minutes I got my money back. The store wasn't very busy at the time, but the manager woman & another employee both took their breaks at the same time. The kids in the back were just laughing, cursing loudly, & taking their sweet time. I heard one employee tell another hurry up, and he responding that it didn't matter how long I was waiting. However, once the kid saw who was waiting for the order his demeanor changed. After asking the Manger what was taking so long, she walked to the back and came back seconds later to continue eating & conversating with the other employee on break. That was my breaking point. The manager was hesitant to give me a refund, & refused to give me any phone numbers to call proper management to tell them. I will never go there again, & I suggest getting something else where the customer is taken care of. Year later, update. Nothing has changed. The place is a joke. The guy that is always at the front with glasses doesn't know what he is doing. This place is an embarrassment.
Taco Bell in Kyle is probably one of the worst fast food restaurants in kyle, if you can call it a restaurant. When ordering be sure to ask if they have everything, we ordered several slushes and some food and not only did we get cups for soft drinks, rather than what we ordered, we weren’t informed and had to ask. The employees did not make the situation right. I have lived in kyle for over 8 years and this establishment has only gotten worse.
How in the world can you mess up a mobile order? I'm not a front line food worker, but isn't a basic requirement is to know how to read? If you are getting a print out or an image on screen of an order, you would think, make the items listed, place in a bag or container and hand to the customer. That simple. And to make it easier, the dining room is closed. This would make it really easy to prep, pack and deliver to the drivers because everyone is in order. There shouldn't be any pressure. But here I am, back in line because someone forgot to pack something. You can't call the restaurant either to let them know that there was a mistake. So, another 30 to 50 minutes to wait for food that should have been checked by the Taco Bell team. Yes, I should have checked my order before I drove all the way home. But putting together an order and making sure it is right should be the responsibility of said front line food worker. I started this journey at 7:50pm and it is now 8:51pm with 6 cars in front of me... I could understand if this was the beginning of the pandemic or some freak snow storm that shuts down the whole state. But it's not. We have all lived through this together. Taco Bell Kyle, you need to do better.
I am very upset with tacobell. normally i'm not the kind of person to leave reviews, this is my first review ever. I'm the kind of person who wont complain if they got something wrong once or twice. I've had multiple bad experiences here. Don't get me wrong, when they get it right the food is good. But the people who here just seem not to care at all. First off I'm very polite and smile and thank the people any time someone serves me. The people who are working the drive thru just dont care, I dont get a "Hi" or even a smile. They dont want to be there and that makes the experience horrible. They can't even remember to give me a straw for my drink. The last two time's i've been there they got my order wrong, back to back. two times in a row they got my order wrong. first time they gave me the wrong item, I didn't say anything, I can see how that can happen, but for it to happen back to back on my visits there just shows me they dont care. I've tried calling them to express my complaint but no one wants to pick up the phone I guess. This second time they forgot to put one of the items i order in the bag. That is very frustrating, the cashier didn't even give me a receipt, so who knows if i'm even gonna get my money back for the item i didn't even get. Stay away from here. if you want taco bell just go to a different location. Its not worth your time to deal with long lines and all these mistakes and rude customer service.
Damn it. There was no cars in drive thru and no customers in the restaurant. How is it possible you screw up my order twice. You inconvenience me. If I have to check my food before leaving I can't go to a fast food restaurant at that certain location. She saw my receipt and still got the order wrong. Now I'm going to the texican restaurant next door to me and spend the extra money. Taco bell employees wonder why they don't get $15 an hour. All restaurants in the Kyle location always mess up people's orders. I'll make my own tacos since I was an inconvenience and I'm the one putting money in your pay check
I would never go there again. There was no receipt even though I paid by credit card. Had to pull around front to wait for food. I was going to overlook things at first because I figured that it would just be given to me when the food was brought out to me. I open the back to check the receipt (I get nervous giving my card to anyone without proof of what I paid), that's when I got pissed. Taco was not wrapped up, and half of the ingredients were dumped all inside the bag. The quesadilla was wadded the wrapper, then folded in half and stuffed in the bottom of a small bag. I went inside to get my receipt and tell them about the condition of my food. It only got worse. There was no one at the front, so the guy running drive thru comes over to ask what I need. I ask for my receipt. He walks over to the register, looks at the long tape of receipts he obviously has not been giving anyone. Just then someone from the back yells at him to get the drive thru order out. He takes the next two cars, leaving me standing there waiting for him. When he sees that I'm still there. He comes over and lies saying that the tape gotten jammed and they threw away all the receipts before that. I was so irritated I left not even bothering to discuss the state of the food. I get home and try to fix the mess that was inside the bag back into the taco. That's when I notice there is less than a teaspoon of meat, but a whole wad of cheese. It was a gordita, it was cold and soggy. Like it had been sitting. Awful. I don't expect much from taco bell but d^mn.
Laziest crew I have ever seen. This makes the 2nd time I've been there and haven't been served. One couple in the restaurant who were already served but their order was wrong, and 2 in the drive-through. They made eye contact and purposefully avoided saying anything, then turned and walked back to the prep area. I was in the restaurant a total of 10 mins and no recognition, even though they saw me. It has to be the worst TB I've ever been to. Terribly unprofessional people working there.
Horrible. People work there is very slowwwwww and not speed up. I have see people here waiting for the foods. This need to be change !!!!
Went last night at 11:15pm. There were 8 cars in line. Got to the order menu and no one ever came on. Drove up to the window to see employees inside but no one would look at me to even tell me they were closed. Waited for about 15 minutes and finally a guy motions that they are closed. Terrible experience especially that there were another 6 cars still in line
When you have three employees working who are way more interested in talking with each other and cursing like sailors at each other, it's easy that orders get mixed up, or worse, get delivered to the wrong person. Which is what happened to me. After standing and waiting for 30 minutes on my food, with 5 or 6 other people waiting to pick up order behind me, they realized they handed my order to someone in the drive thru. Do yourselves a favor and head a bit further north to the one in Buda, they know how to do it right. For this location? Lost a customer forever. Which I understand is no big deal to them, as it showed last night.
The Baja Blast tasted like Baja a**. Like straight up club soda bro. I thought they replaced it with Sprite but it was worse. Needless to say, it went down the drain along with all my hopes and dreams of enjoying the crisp taste of an epic Mountain Dew. If you go here make sure you check your drink before leaving the window this happens to me most times. They can’t keep getting away with it.
I order two 10 piece chicken nuggets and they asked what sauce I wanted. I said 1 Bell sauce and 1 Jalapeno honey. Then I was asked if I wanted to round up .80 cents for education and I said yes that would be great. I get my food and then ask could I get the ranch sauce too. She goes to the side and a guy with glasses told her something. She then told me that would be .25 cents. I said I just rounded up .80 cents for education, should I have not done that?! She just shrugged her shoulders. What a joke. McDonald’s once in a while gives you a free whatever if you round up to the Ronald McDonald house and they can’t give me a dipping sauce?! When I get home I have jalapeno sauce, just Bell sauce 🤦♂️…oh my goodness. They Taco Bell is stingy and don’t know how to fulfill and order. Bad experience.
I don’t understand why they take so long to deliver an order, for God’s sake😡🤬
ONCE AGAIN they got our order wrong. They do this almost every single time.
The good old saying, disappointed but not surprised. Got shorted my chalupa & nacho fries, called to ask for a refund & was told I’d have to come back. Unfortunately for me I don’t live close to this location & am already too far to be worth “turning around” for. Overall disappointed was told I’d need to keep the receipt with me for the next time I come in.
Hey! Do you like Taco Bell? We'll dont worry, you won't after you visit this one! Guaranteed 30 minute waits to get your sloppy crappy "fast" food! Let's send many accolades to management here!
The worst place to order food! Absolutely the worst customer service you will ever have. Do not wish this on my enemies! They argue about food you order to make it right. The wait time is horrible! If I could leave a no star I would.
I don’t understand how a fast food chain with so many employees and so few customers can be this slow. The wait time is ridiculous — it’s always the same with this location 🙃
Start checking your cameras at this location I believe the employees are pocketing change from orders. Employee tried to hand me only my change quarters & penny’s but didn’t hand me my $15 back I had to tell him I gave you $40 where’s my $15 back he looked like he was up to something by his body langauge. I just knew and I have a husband who was a GM at a fast food place.kids at drive through always were trying to do this . This was today 1-19-2025 around 9:00-9:30 at night
If you want your order on time. Then dont come to this store. They always test your patience.
Management needs to visit this restaurant at night. The time spent in the drive thru lane is freaking insane. To top it off, food was cold and the order was wrong. Did I mention the length of time one spends in the drive thru lane is insane.
Food is fine, could look better when put together but what sucks and is horrible is the service of speed and customer service. They are human but there lack of skills to cut a line down or help a customer that has been waiting 45 plus minutes is what gets me so upset. Saying there is nothing you can do when others are coming and going a lot faster is ridiculous. When asked about out food we get "it will be done soon". And if we want to leave we get no help on a refund.
Worst Taco Bell experience EVER. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION! They didn't even have taco meat ready and it was gonna take 25 min till it was even ready and this was on a Friday evening so no reason it shouldn't have been ready other than poor planning and management not paying attention.
Placed an online order and waited in the restaurant for 41 minutes before the order was fulfilled. Every single person that walked through the door had the same thing where they were waiting and the staff seemingly forgot the order. Restaurant was hardly busy, but multiple people coming in and ordering on a Kiosk get their order first. Whoever the general manager is needs to get someone on staff that pushes for everyone knowing what’s going on and getting things moving quickly. 0 leadership between the 6+ staff working at 9pm tonight. General manager should be ashamed.
