I like Panda. The food is fresh and they corrected something I noticed was getting bad. Two things, long waits and the amount of cabbage in the noodle side. I think they got a handle on seeing something is low and refilling it timely. And the noodle/cabbage ration in the noodles. It was way to much cabbage. Both have been much better at this location. I stopped going after saying something and not seeing a change. I stopped by the other evening, and I'm glad I did. Keep up the good work.
Fast service. It was busy when we went in to order take out. It was late in the evening but got my big order with no mistakes. This was only my third time having dinner from panda Express and first time at this store. Five stars because eventhough it was busy, there were no mistakes on my order and was in and out in less than 20 minutes
Usually enjoy Panda Express. This time I ordered the Sizzling shrimp and they say to park it would be 8-10 min >25 min later I walk in and they said " he hadn't started the shrimp.....🤬 Why offer and sell food that not cooked or even planning to be cooked. I am tired and it's been a very long day. No more words.....
I enjoyed my meal, the price was decent, it was fast, and the dining room was fairly clean. If you compare the meal you would get at other fast food places with the meat, vegetables and rice for the "price" its a good deal. However, the chopsticks were a bit short and flimsy. This was, however, made up for by the specifically sent to me good fortune wrapped in a sweet treat. A good time was had by all.🎎
It's a pretty good Panda E, no real complaints. The app is very easy to use, but I do wish they offered more deals/coupons as a company. They are kind of pricey considering they don't cook food to order, and it kind of just sits there until you arrive. But other than that, it always tastes good and the portions are decent.
I placed an online order not knowing there wasn’t actually any curbside option. I had my two babies in the car & I was so embarrassed to call and ask if I could come through the drive thru to get my food. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was so kind. Sometimes people at fast food places are so rude when you call (I do a lot of food orders for my work). I’m from San Marcos but I’ll gladly continue to come to the Kyle location for excellence customer service ❤️
Love this place. Food is always hot and ready. Staff is friendly and smiles. My biggest complaint about the McDonalds two lots over is that they usually don't smile when they deal with you, almost like you're a burden. The people at Panda Express smile and that means a lot to me.
Great food, great service, fast, and probably the biggest bang for your buck. $10 for a plate that fills a 300+ lb guy up.

This is always a favorite, and we eat Panda at least a couple times a week. I know a few staff members by name, and I hope they get to see this. Donna and Annabell have the most outstanding customer service skills. They are friendly, helpful, and always ready to serve us. We have a Panda location close to our home but drive out of our ways to go to the Kyle location. The food is always fresh, the dining room always looks clean, they never run out of food, and the customer service Is on par.
Delicious food and wonderful service! 😋 My son loves the orange chicken and chicken spring rolls. The cookies are a lovely added touch. Donna is always so sweet and her smile brightens our day!
Panda Express hits the spot when other things don't. We like to order the Bigger Plates and split them. When you do that the price gets cut dramatically. So share as much as you can! I also love their soda because it's always sweet and fresh. Ask for hot sauce for some kick and get extra plates to make sharing easier.
I would like to give a quick shoutout to Nate who was working the drive-thru today. He was super friendly and made the whole experience really smooth, he reminded me of my grandson! You could tell he cared about getting the order right and keeping things moving, but he still took the time to be polite and kind… which honestly isn’t something you get everywhere. It’s small stuff, but it really made a difference after a long day. Appreciate the great attitude, Nate. Keep it up!
Really good food that they serve you! Always so tasty and always so fresh! Every time we come to dine in it’s such a wonderful experience, the staff always treats you nice, but especially Marisol, as her name tag says. Best Panda Express Ever.
This place was clean, the food was hot and fresh and the customer service from Belle, was A M A Z I N G! I appreciate the attention and care while putting my food together. A positive attitude, great service and friendly atmosphere really goes a long way. You never know what someone is going through, thanks for putting a smile on my face! :)
Panda Express is a good place to eat. I have been to several different ones. They are always clean and consistent. Food is wonderful, portions are big. If you don't get full here I would be shocked. Staff was friendly at this location. It was busy, but they got us through quickly.
Food is good. I went right when they were refilling with fresh food. The service was ok. There was 4 workers taking orders for the walk ins. They were reaching over each other trying to fill their orders. Smh. The cashier was super friendly.
I always like Panda Express. I had the steak and shrimp bowl with fried rice and it was flavorful and good. There were three pieces of steak that had very tough gristle in it that made chewing very difficult. It would not break down. Drive thru was quick and staff were personable.
I am gonna start by telling yall that I really don't like Panda Express food ever since I got sick eating it, but I decided to give them another try. So our plans were to eat there but that quickly changed when we walked in and seen how lobby was and you will understand after reading this. I'm glad I gave Panda Express another try cause the food was good and didn't get sick eating it this time so I will gladly eat there again. Now as to the whole experience was I will tell u. Employees were busy gettting people's food out to them like they should be so no other interaction until u were ordering your food but when it was your turn they were nice and friendly. We were in there for 30 to 45 minutes that's how busy they were and we order off of the line. Now as for how long people had and were still waiting for their food if they weren't getting it off the line was very sad and wrong when we left there were people who was there before us still waiting on their food and that is wrong on so many different levels it ain't funny. but now as for the atmosphere and yes I understand that it was the dinner rush time. And as a person who has only worked at places like Panda Express weather it was being the Manger, shift leader or crew there was no excuse for how long people were waiting for their food if not getting it off of the line and the lobby was nasty. I could kinda understand the trash over flowing but when Manger or person working front register seen how dirty the lobby had became that there were no places to sit down and eat or that the people waiting for their food had to wipe food off of chairs just to be able to sit down. They should have done something about it like gotten out in lobby and wiped all tables and chairs off and at least emptied one trash can if not both then they could have went back to helping their team with orders then when rush was over went back out to lobby and finished cleaning the lobby and restrooms. AND PLEASE REMEMBER that this review is coming from someone who has experienced both sides of the food places working there and being a customer.

The food was as to be expected always delicious! There were only a few people in love but it seemed all the attention was to the drive thru rather than both being equally worked. The lobby was fairly clean, only a couple of dirty tables. More attention to all guests could make this a better experience!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 8/6/2025 Good food, with room to improve on service We stopped by Panda Express in Kyle and had a pretty good experience overall. The food was fresh—my bowl with SweetFire Chicken and Fried Rice was delicious and well-balanced, and the Cheese Rangoons were crispy and flavorful. My wife’s bowl, however, had noticeably very little meat and lots of rice, which felt a bit off in comparison. The restaurant was clean, and the team in the kitchen was moving quickly, especially handling drive-thru orders. That said, there were a few employees standing near the register while we waited to be served. As shown in the photo, there was only one customer in front of us, yet three employees appeared unoccupied at the counter. It gave the impression that front-line service could have been a bit more efficient. When we got to the register, I said hello to the cashier (Janis), but didn’t receive a greeting back. While that’s a small thing, a friendly acknowledgment really sets the tone for good service. I still enjoy coming to this location and will continue to support it. I’m sharing this feedback in hopes that management sees it as an opportunity to strengthen customer service and improve the overall experience.
I would like to give Panda Express a higher rating because in the past I have dined in and got good service. However, one night when I was exhausted we went through the drive thru and got the slowest and worst service. The guy at the window did not seem to understand the menu himself. If we won’t so hungry and tired we would of left. I hope the employees get better training, but in the past we have received great service.
Food was good. Rarely a problem with that. However when we got home, half of my son's order was missing. We had to wait for the fresh teriyaki chicken and it was missed for his order. My own fault for not keeping track but takeout at the counter should always be checked. #125158
Lonnie review. Went to this location I have to say very disappointed me and my wife had a couple of different ones. The food tasted burnt was really tough to eat and also received an egg roll and it was burnt cooked way too long so the flavor was a very good, but I hope you get the act together, just saying
Went through the drive thru lane and had to orfer with a very rude, pushy AI voice( another job taken from a real person. The food was prep quickly but carelessly. 2 of the bowls popped open and spilled in the bag. We asked for lots of chili sauce but got 3 for 5 bowls..
Went in about 5:30pm, and there was not much of wait. However, they were short on certain items on the menu. Waiting to be cooked. You would think that they would be prepared for that kind of rush during dinner time but I guess not! Had plenty of employees to handle the rush but not enough food prepared. Know now not to go in during that time as the experience is not very pleasant.
Drive thru experience was terrible. There were 4 cars ahead of me, I waited 10 minutes to get to the speaker. Then another 15 at the window. I had only ordered a small box of orange chicken and some rangoons. Not sure what the hold up was but I know this wait time isn't up to Panda standards. Will skip this location in the future.
Took my kids and grandkids for dinner. The manager was Very rude. When I asked what chicken they had that was not spicy she pointed to the menu board, told me to read it. The noodles had burnt pieces. The fried rice had burnt black egg, some broccoli overcooked and a large piece that wasn't cooked at all. The cooking area was very loud, no crab Rangoons. When I asked the mng what the fruit was for the grandkids, she refused to answer 3 times. The 4th time I asked, an employee pointed out to the pkgs of dried apple pieces. It did take a long time to get the kids to make up their minds, I read out the kids meals as shown on the menu board and had to explain what was wanted a couple of times. Not like that at the Buda location...
Like most Panda locations, this one has a slow moving line. We waited in line for 10 minutes just to be told that they don't have many options left. They weren't scheduled to close for another 40 minutes. I can understand not wanting to waste food by making another batch within 1 hour of closing, but there needs to be a better system after having customers wait in line for so long. We ended up leaving without food and took our business elsewhere. Hopefully I have a better experience if I come back again.
I love Panda Express but I went in today around 6:10 pm, none of the employees were wearing gloves so I asked to speak to the manager to ask her why. She told me for back of house it was optional.. so I asked why isn't front of house wearing any then? And she didnt really have an answer. It was super off putting seeing them not wash their hands. Also seeing them drop food on the dirty line, just to pick it up and place it in someone's order was really messed up
I go here every so often and the food isn't very good compared to other pandas. I just ordered today and got orange chicken that is burnt and as hard as a ROCK. It's completely over cooked and you can tell it's been sitting out much longer than it should be. I love me some Panda but this specific location is pretty awful.
After having a bad experience in the Buda location, today I decided to check out the Kyle location. Ordered a bowl with noodles with beef and broccoli. The noodles were delicious but I only got 3 small pieces of beef and like 4 huge pieces of broccoli but what’s sucks is that the broccoli tasted so bad. Not sure if it was going bad or burned from the cooking process but I could not eat them. So yeah almost $9 for a small bowl of noodles and 3 small pieces of beef, yeah this place was awesome when it first started but is not worth it at all anymore.
The store in Kyle Texas has been struggling with getting the food ready! They don't have an employee that call out to the kitchen like an expedite need more rice . They just wait till there is no more and then expect the customer to wait 3-5 minutes for them to cook it!! No that's why they need some kind of structure!! This always happens around 4-5pm then there excuse is oh shift change! No excuses
This is for the Kyle TX location. So I came here plenty of times and while food is good, the service is horrible and questionable. The AI automated guess service they use never gets our order correct, and it can barely understand you. Then, when you get to the window to finally speak to a human to correct your order, they are confused and not well trained similarly to the AI. But I can't deny the food always tastes pretty amazing.
AI ordering is a pain to deal with and makes me repeat myselfmultiple times. Consistently miss a la carte food items in the Drive-Thru. Crab rangoons needed more time in the fryer, came out doughy.
I like the food. I just am super disappointed that they used to offer yummy chow mein noodles but I tried to order online via uber eats the other night and they no longer offer chow mein noodles only steamed rice, fried rice or broccoli and the broccoli has too much garlic and very few pieces. It’s just not the same. The noodles were the best part. I may not order here again. The noodles with either protein shrimp chicken or beef was the best! Not anymore!! So upset! It is just no good w/o noodles. Please bring them back!!! Also I don’t care for the type of wraps they use for the spring rolls. The egg rolls are good and so are their flavored refreshments.
I ordered a plate with string bean chicken X2. Four bites of chicken and two large mounds of green beans. I won't be back. This is a ripoff.
Raw food. I ordered the beef and shrimp and the beef was singed on the outside and completely raw on the inside. What a great way to get ecoli. Tried calling to make them aware but they never answer the phone. Hope nobody gets sick. I will not be eating at this place again. Follow up of Raw Beef: Took product back through drive thru and showed it to someone claiming they were the manager. No name tag and no name given. They told me that is was not their beef. I explained to them that I was wanting any money back or comps of any kind because I was not returning anyway and they still said it was not their beef. Why would I wait 20 minutes in line just to show the raw beef and not want anything in return except that they would be more careful and get accused of bringing in something that was not from there ? Be very careful here with the food. Corporate will hear about this. I wonder if they would even care since they don't seem to know how to vet their managers. The way this person acted I am betting that more than one customer has notified the home office. There is a way better place in Kyle close to the Whataburger. Excellent food there.
Terrible service, went in and waited at least 10 minutes to pay for food, I wasn't even acknowledged, I left and came back 5 minutes later to see if I could finally pay and they put my order 3 customers down, by that time my food is obviously getting cold, walked out second time and I was never acknowledged or apologized to, where is the manager throughout all this? SMH!
I give the food a 10, it's excellent, the cook is doing a good job, but this is the second time I've gone and the service is terrible, and unfortunately they are the same nopales that think they are bolillos, The first one was rushing me as if I were a child and yesterday I asked Paisa to please give me an extra order and he got angry, only the cashier smiled as if to excuse him, They need to change their attitudes or they will lose customers
This place needs better servers, there is a few of the girls that have bad customer service attitudes. The food is usually good and I usually don’t have any issues but it seems like these new girls have personal issues. They rush you and pack the food poorly and don’t ask for nothing extra ( it’s like your bothering them). I will be taking my business to Buda, they seem more friendlier.

The robot taking the orders now is terrible. 2 times going, 2 times I've received the wrong order, and each time received a smaller and cheaper order than the one I purchased. I paid $18 for a side of rice, a bowl with rice and 4 oz of chicken. Because I ordered a large plate. If you order from this place, double check your bag before leaving, make sure they got your order right, and order online instead of the drive through.
This panda has to be the worst panda! Waited 10 minutes on the drive thru pulled up to the window and nothing, had to get off and asked what time they opened the drive thru said 10am and I said no because I was waiting, it’s 10:12 and only like 3 food items are ready and you have 3 employees sitting down drinking Starbucks

Just passed by the drive thru and ordered the bowl with the honey walnut shrimp and I’m very disappointed. To be charged almost $2.00 extra for getting the shrimp and only getting 5 small shrimp is definitely not worth it. Why charge extra if you’re going to serve such a small amount? You’re stealing from the customer that’s what it is! Yes everything in the menu is delicious but 5 little shrimps in a bowl with noodles for $9, really?? Used to think this location was way better than Buda, now I don’t know. Very disappointing!
The food is good when you can actually get it. Multiple times I go to this location it seems like the priority of the employees is getting off on time, not serving customers. I arrived just before 9:30p to the drive thru (dining room closed). There was ONE car in front of me and it took 10 minutes for me to pull up and for them to have nothing left and for them with a closed kitchen. This is the second time recently this has happened.

Placed an order online at 4:37 with a pick up time of 4:47. Arrived right at the pickup time and my order wasn't being made. They finally started making my order 5 minutes after the pick up time. They made 75% of it and left the plates out waiting for one entree for one of the plates. Those plates sat on the counter for 15-20 minutes with multiple employees opening the containers throughout that time for some reason. They finally finished making the one entree and tried to plate the last entree into one of the containers and give it to me like nothing happened.... At this point I had been waiting 20-25 past my pick up time so I asked for refund and refused the food that had been sitting on the counter for 20+ minutes. It took the manager another 15 minutes to come out and do the refund. In all it took 45 minutes before I could leave the store with a refund in "3-5 business days". Huge waste of time. Save yourself the trouble, don't order things online. If they are missing an entree be ready to wait 20 minutes....
We went to the drive thru. There weren't too many people there. We were ready to order, but when I asked a question it was dead silence. No response. I waited...then said hello. The man said sorry what do you want to order. I blew off asking my question. When I ordered he said he was out of just about everything I wanted so I said,what do you have? So basically I ordered what he wanted to sell me.I should have left. When I got to the window the expressionless girl packed up my order and I got home without my drink. I hate when service industry people don't care at all about the customer. I won't go back. I called to ask for my large drink and they don't answer the phone either. It's a very poor reflection on the management. Lost me as a customer. Guess they don't care. Food was not worth the money and you know what I think about the service.
I’m a regular customer at this location. Earlier this week, I went through the drive thru. I didn’t check my food to make sure it was correct because I was driving. I noticed as soon as I got home that they’d given me the wrong order. I called several times, no one picked up. When someone finally answered, they just hung up on me. After calling again a couple of times, someone answered. They said they’d give me a replacement meal the next time I came. I went again last night, explained in person what had happened. The worker went to talk to the manager, and he returned saying he’d only replace one part of the order. I said no, I was told I’d get the whole meal replaced. He said oh, you’ll have to talk to the manager about that. So I ended up having to pay for the other part. I was not happy about that. Why would they say one thing, but then end up doing another?? I sure wish they’d ALL be honest and follow through on what they say! They need to care about their customers more!
Nothing worse than when management doesn't want to take any store to responsibility for their equipment. Went to go use the restroom had to go real bad and their toilet does not even work. They said you have to pull it up. I said I did and it does not work I tried both directions toilet is completely broken.
They messed up on my online order cause they can't simply read special requests, so I called and told them what happened and a lady told me that she would remake my whole order since they did mess up the whole thing up Just bring my Receipt and so the day comes I go to get my meal they now tell me that they are only fixing one plate! So your telling me because of yalls screw up I lose in a meal that ya'll told me you would fix SMH DO better so disappointed in ya'll costumer services.
My experience was unprofessional was only had 3 very simple orders. Brandie is the person at the window. She only said the total and we asked for teriyaki sauce and she did not put it in the bag. She was not communicating with us what so ever. Normally you say to your costumers have a good night or thank you but she also had rude expressions. Not to leave out she got our order wrong and did not give us forks or napkins. We were very nice from the start as well.
Absolute worst Panda Express I’ve ever been to! They close their lobby early, and we found hair in our food during our most recent experience. In general they are not good with the multiple times we have been here. They are always out of food before closing. Just terrible! They asked if I have the hair with me? Are you kidding me? My wife threw it up! Luckily I got a refund. But still… Do I have the hair with me? Yes, it’s with the finger that was “found” in the Wendy’s chili.
Stupid AI drive thru gets your order wrong every try time. No one likes it. Why keep using it?
my sister and i were having a lovely day, this is not typical as we normally can not get along. we decided to bond over orange chicken and chow mein until we were waiting 15 minutes in line just to get to the speaker. what we were met with was an AI attempting to take our order. It misunderstood and even stated a team member would be with us shortly. Only to be met with another AI w/ a different voice. Needless to say, me and my sister fought, did not to get food and we are no longer on speaking terms. Thanks Panda for ruining real human connections and interactions.
This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I ordered twice and the first time chalked it up for a bad night. I ordered last night and my order was incorrect, and cold. When I tried to call the store the first number on the receipt just gives you a message to wait for someone but then they hang up on you. I tried to call the store directly and it just rings and rings. I called again today and some young person picked up the phone and was talking and then hung up. They were weren’t Talking to me but some other employee. I called right back and asked to speak to the manager who was not helpful and when asking him how to look up my order on the app he just hangs up. I called back and the phone rang and rang and rang.. I had to call corporate to file a complaint because I was so angry. I would not waste my time going to this location because the food quality is subpar and the customer service is even worse. The drive-through people were really nice The manager is horrible. So any place with this location.
The AI at the drive through sucks! It doesn't get the orders correct, and takes forever to try to navigate! Definitely not coming back to this location, and I'm irritated enough to not want to go to any location again.
I went through the drive through and there were only 3 cars in front of me. It took forever to get to the speaker. I figured out why, they are using AI to take your order. Do you know how much trouble I had placing a simple meal? The AI was so dumb, and couldn't get my orange chicken correctly. I won't go to this location ever again just for that experience!

Sat in the Drive-Thru line so long my husband had time to walk next door, get his order, and come back so we just left once we got to the board and could pull around without even ordering. Who's got 45 minutes to sit in a drive-thru? It was 8:30 at night, and there was only a handful of cars in front of me.
They skim on the portions so much for the bigger plate, I can't believe they gave out so little food for the upgraded entrees - I ordered honey walnut shrimps and steak. It is simply not worth it.

went today to pick up food in the drive thru and paid for 4 meals and only received 3 I called about 21 times to the restaurant and no answer. my server was Nataly her shift was on 12/20 @6:55pm she failed to give me my panda bowl. it is a shame that employees do not know what the heck they are doing , I think that the manager should take measures in this issue because it’s not like I am going to get a refund I live 20 minutes away from that panda to be driving back for such an inconvenience. it not like that panda was full in the drive thru at that time that I went.
I’m sitting here eating in my car (don’t ask why) watching them clean up. I went into the bathroom when an employee was either in there cleaning or taking a dump. He came out and didn’t wash. He then went to throw out trash, probably from the bathrooms. Since sitting in my car I saw him come in from the dumpster, and start moving boxes around behind the counter. Ok I say, kinda gross but just boxes right? Well I felt compelled to actually write this now because I’m watching him empty the juices behind the counter into a bin he got himself from the back. Carried it by the rim too… All while the manager sat by the door. Manager said something to him when he came in. It obviously wasn’t “hey dude make sure you wash your hands.” I’m compelled to sit here and see what else this guy is going to touch 🫣 EDIT: ok he’s actually handling food now. Chopping and picking up meat with utensils TLDR: employee cleaned bathroom, didn’t wash hands and is now handling food/drinks/open containers
The store smelled absolutely disgusting inside. Beef and broccoli tasted like it got sprayed with chemicals right before they served it and made my mouth numb. Don't eat here, I'm 90% sure I got poisoned by cleaner in my food.
People treat you like shit here: I told them I was on a budget and they said right after I rejected the roll that cost $2. They laughed at me since I got the bigger plate that made them think I shouldn’t have been in a budget. Rude people don’t come here, and only come here if you have a different tone than me, maybe you will be lucky for them not to be rude at you.
They almost always forgot something on my order and when I ask for noodles is just cabbage barely noodles.... And if I called they never answer or don't believe if I called them asking for my recipe which lost it for a minute then found it... Make me go to the store for a refund or o pick up what they forgot...making me drive all the way being their fault... Which first time that I called after tons of times after something like that happened...

I am extremely concerned after finding a probe wipe packet inside my daughter's noodle bowl today. The packet was open, meaning the entire portion of food was contaminated with sanitizing chemicals. This is a major health and safety violation that is completely unacceptable. While I have already addressed this with the staff in person, the resolution offered did not match the severity of the situation. Management needs to investigate their food prep protocols immediately to ensure this doesn't happen to anyone else.
Went to order food and they have an AI voice, I asked for a real person and it called some IN A DIFFERENT COUNTRY. Wasn't in the country, much less the building. Unacceptable. Hire real human beings and pay them a living wage. I will not be back.
Very disappointed with my visit today. The manager, Belle, was extremely rude and unprofessional. She is very very rude. Not acceptable. . I politely asked about my bowl, she gave a dismissive attitude and didn’t even fill it with the proper amount of protein—it was noticeably less than what’s normally served. I expect better customer service and consistency, especially from a manager. Not planning to return to this location anytime soon.
The service was horrible and they messed up my order it was 59$ they forgot one of my items and messed up my other 2 items. The food was good just not the way the service was carried out by the people or the communication
My fried rice was blan, sweet fire chicken was greasy and mushy and the string bean chicken tasted like it had brown gravy.
To start off the manager was polite when I called unfortunately I was too far to turn back. My issue that I have is the serving in the bowl I purchased. I literally got a bowl of rice with maybe 4-5 broccoli and a few slivers of beef. As consumers we shouldn’t have to be paying SO much for a bowl of rice. I was extremely disappointed and will never return it’s not worth my money. It seems so unfair to pay almost $10 for a beef and broccoli bowl and get 90% rice. Go a la carte next time!! Unacceptable in my opinion
What a rip off, barely any sauce barely any meat and the broccoli is dry and nasty. This food taste like 3 day old leftovers. Not to mention the drive thur girl was rude we were treated like we were a big inconvenience and even asking for extra soy sauce was going to really put her out. We will never go back to Panda Express the food and the customer service left us with a bad taste in our mouth.
Started using ai to take orders 👎👎👎 I’d rather have a living breathing human ai slop. Won’t eat at this location again. Dear corporate, do better.
More concerned about delivery orders than people in the store, loud music and the workers can’t properly hear your order, seems like they are intentionally trying to push out in-store customers. Broccoli beef was like 90% broccoli too. Worst panda I’ve ever been to. Unacceptable
I prefer not to go here, me and my siblings along with my mom had to wait 35 minutes just to get 2 plates, but not just that, our food WAS IN THE COUNTER, and we asked them is that our food and they said no, but that’s when a lady grabbed the bag and gave it to us, so yeah, PLEASE DONT GO HERE, they were also disrespectful
horrible experience, one it’s my birthday, and it was terrible the app gave me a reward for a free la carte. I was waiting to pay and Monica was speaking Spanish to me, i don’t speak Spanish for one and i looked at my mom then Monica stated being rude like i couldn’t understand her i don’t speak Spanish, then the manger on shift marisol was being rude as well because the reward wasn’t working she said we had to purchase something else to get my birthday reward, when the reward said nothing like that. Horrible birthday experience.
They've got an AI on the drive through now. TOTALLY DISGUSTING! Not only is the AI too stupid to get orders right, every prompt it runs burns water that a living human could use, not like we don't have enough drought issues in Texas! I told my disapproval to the window attendant, and she CLEARLY wasn't going to pass on my comment and had terrible customer service. Won't be returning here even under threat of starvation. The food is mid anyways.
Good luck trying to order delivery here. I’ve ordered twice from them, and both times they left out an entire plate that we ordered. Everything we ordered is on the receipt, but only half the order is in the bag. Had to drive all the way there to get it fixed because they were trying to charge an extra delivery fee.
This is the second time I've been through the drive-thru line and had to wait 10 to 15 minutes to get my food. I'm not sure what the problem is. There is only one other person in the Drive-Thru at the time I came. I hope they can get it together soon
First of all I was ignored . I had a mobile order. No one bothered to help me . I was just supposed to go in and out . I even went to wait in line and was still ignored. I ordered for my family. My sons kid meal looked like this,I noticed when I was home. Extremely disappointed , had to cook something else for my son. He was not going to get full with these tiny pieces. Ridiculous.
