Went here for my dad's birthday on a whim last minute type of deal because they were heading on vacation and their flight was later on that night. Did a quick search on the web and found this gem of a place! Small to keep it comfortable and familiar. Felt like we were at home. The staff treated you like family and the food was fantastic! I would definitely come here again! They have more than just seafood! My entire family enjoyed their meal! I wish I would have taken photos but everyone just dug in to their food!

As a Mexican American, I have a higher standard for Mexican food. I ordered a 7 Mares soup. It was good and needed a little more flavor. Tons of seafood was in the soup and I liked that. Service was excellent and restaurant is quaint plus nicely maintained. Was my 1st here and will definitely come back. They have a full bar and happy hour plus other specials Mon-Fri.

Horshchata (sic) was amazing as was the service even though we were the only ones there. Sopa was amazing, steamed Catfish didn't have the flavor I wanted but couldn't complain too much

Usually happy with my burrito I get from here but today decided to try gorditas...they are more like a sweet pancake bread with the ingredients mixed into the batter. Eh..not what I was expecting but not horrible. But what is this? I ordered 3 gorditas. They each come with a side of a cabbage salad...and I was given a baggie of it??

Good, not great... The carne asada was chewy, and the shrimp was on its way out... I remember it being much better when they first opened. And I wouldn't call the dining area "dirty" but it was definitely messy. Like a party of children had been there, and no one bothered to clean up after them. No real reason to make a special trip if you're not already in the area.

I give this place 2 stars for allowing me to sit and wait for nothing. We were told to sit, and only one waitress was on shift with 2 tables, we waited and waited and never even saw a menu. I eventually got up and walked out.

Seafood was so terrible, taste like they literally took it out the ocean. Doo not recommend at all. Disgusting

Don't waste your money. My husband and I went on a Sunday around 2pm. The food was not good but the service was worse than the food. The server came to bring our food and she was coughing all over the food. After she brought the food we never saw her again until we asked for the check. Once we received the check there was an $11.00 tip already added which I don't think is fair. I am a great tipper if the service is decent. I don't think it's fair to have to tip someone who never came to the table to even ask if everything was okay. The food had absolutely no flavor. I thought the sea food soup was going to be amazing since it's a seafood restaurant but it was horrible. I couldn't even eat it. Very disappointing to leave a resturant still hungry because you didn't eat the food because you didnt like it.

Not a good experience at all. We, me and my wife had burritoes steak and chicken plus coffee the coffe was bad the chicken burritoe was the worst, red oil was dripping out of it made my wife sick she didn't finish it, the steak burritoe was fine... just that it had more lettuce than steak the chips and salsa not good at all. Corn chips; we can taste very old oil. Nasty corn chips 💩💩💩💩💩💩 My wife got sick after eating here 😵😵😵😵 We do not recommend this restaurant.💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩

Ordered red sauce enchiladas , they used chipotle sauce , chicken just tasted like tinga. We heard the waitress asked the kitchen if they used that sauce and she never came back to say anything about it . The fish was over cooked . We asked for bill and she never came back with bill or informed us to go up front for it. There are much better places to spend your time and enjoy well done food, just not here .

Please Beware Of Bad service and Terrible overpriced food that has absolutely no flavor, the food literally tastes like it was all boiled and water and given color from hot peppers!! They should close down or go out of business soon. Worst Experience at a marisco restaurant!! Save your time and money subway across the street would have been better. This was no where near fresh, tasted freezer burned and smelly

Explanation of the meal was not clear as she kept cutting me off when I was asking my questions to get a clear explanation. Carne Asada was chewy and NOT GOOD, AT ALL. When I got home and saw it was not what I wanted I called it was just a complete brush off with no offer of correction for the order. Customer service here sucks. Will not spend hard earned money at this place ever again. I don't recommend you do not as well, unless you like being unappreciated. I should have gone to Taco Tuesday or El Famous Burrito instead, now let me go brush this disgusting taste out of my mouth. Blah!

Went to Mariscos for dinner with my husband tonight! Food was very good, but service was terrible!!! The server never asked how our meal was, never asked my husband if he wanted another beverage!! She sat & ate herself, & turned around once. Got up when a gentleman she knew came in & never came by to give us our check or ask for doggie bags! Don’t know what happened with this server! We”ve had her before & she was very nice to us!! Won’t be going back!!
