Here And there

Was there on a Wednesday night around 8:00 it was hopping had to wait about 4-5 minutes. The Cashier Ashlynn B was so very nice and helpful with my fist time visiting Whataburger. Food came out in 5-minutes and it was hot l. Got the Double Meat with Cheese and FF. They bring it to your table with Condiments. It’s a great Burger and FF

Got me biscuit n gravy with sausage added extra biscuit then I added large sweet tea and large strawberry chocolate shake mixed. Gave my hashbrowns away. I always ask for ketchup and either i forget to check and or they forget to give me any so gave up on that so gave hashbrowns away.but thats their only flaw so if you want condiments check for them make sure you gottem in ur bag or ur coming back or going without. Goodluck n go fill that belly! 😜

Just pick an order today. Regular hamburger and a whataburger Jr. The Regular whataburger was order all the way. When I took it out of the bag it had no tomatos and no onions and was flat as a pancake. Lately the last couple of whataburgers I have ate at hate just plummeted in services. Don't know what is happening?

Come on Whataburger... I know your food is "Made Fresh", but sitting in a drive through line and not moving for almost 40 minutes is ridiculous. Stop cutting staffing, and run both of your checkout lines. Obviously people are willing to wait for your food, but you need to show that you care more about your customers. The wait times are getting out of control.

Whataburger, excuse me, whatawait lavernia has the same awful dry salty food as every other whataburger except in lavernia you get to wait for 30-40 minutes. No sorry, thats not rush hour, thats one car in front of you in the morning. I started driving off if i wait too long, but then i only got served half of the time, so i quit going. Now i find out how awful whataburger has treated the young christian man that worked in south carolina, and how they have stayed absolutely silent after he was ridiculed and fired by them. Sorry whataburger you slept too long for Lavernia and Byron in SC. My circle and family is cutting you off.

If you need more training, just say that, especially when you’re ordering or don’t just leave new hires upfront by themselves and then try to make the customer look stupid cause you got the order wrong and I had to drive all the way back up there

My daughter and I wanted to have dinner here last evening as we have enjoyed their meals for years. However, we had the worst meals ever! We ordered NO ONIONS on our orders. To our dismay onions were loaded on our orders that were delivered, dripping with too much sauce which made the sandwich soggy and the meat was very not warm, certainly had been cooked and sitting for quite a while. Fries were cold as well. We have never had a meal served to us at this location at this location. and we have enjoyed many meals here for years. Fries were replaced with an order again of slightly warmed up fries, not fresh. At 2am this meal left my body. Not sure how it was prepared or what was in it but became toxic and thankfully left me body. Hard to believe we received these meals in this condition.

Online ordering is a scam. Took my money, $50, and it self cancelled after 2 hours. Called this store and was told to get a refund. No dinner, and "refund" is to email customer care, get an answer for my "feedback" in 2-3 business days. They stole my money, this is a scam. "Some third party service" is responsible. Fraud.

Holy cow this place is slow! I’ve been here about 10 times and every time it takes forever. It doesn’t matter how many people are there. Everyone is nice and all but it’s just really slow and I ordered the large chili cheese fries and they totally short changed me on it. My son ordered a small yesterday and it was the same size. I bumped them down a star. Placed an order online then proceeded to wait 15min after the pickup time then to get to my destination with no ketchup or salt and pepper. Highly disappointed with this store.

They proceeded to hand me the wrong food, I should have checked it, that is my fault. I drove all the way home which is a 15 minute drive then realized it was the wrong order. Drove all the way back and told them that I received a wrong order. Then they handed me my order which was cold so I asked them to remake it because I would have devoured it about 10 minutes prior. I wait in the lobby for about 5 minutes then they hand me my order I check it and it’s the same cold burger they handed me………….. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. Manager Rose was on shift

To the GM and AM to this location… Please stop allowing this woman to conduct her Medicare/insurance business at your restaurant. (No they didn’t make a purchase) This is extremely distracting to your guests who are actually paying and who are trying to eat. This woman calls the social security office for her “clients” on speaker and no one wants to hear that. Talking about people’s finances, health insurance and other personal information should not be taking place here. FYI her name is Rebecca and she is from Adkins Texas. This is the woman in Yellow. Woman across from her is one of the people she was helping today.

Usually either go here or McDonald's since it's the only thing open during the drive back from work & this place is usually ok. 6/27/23 4am-5am hours I got 2 chicken biscuits & HB's, the biscuits were hard (lighter thanks to the flash) & the HB's weren't warm at all.
