Really clean inside. Food is great considering that it's fast food. Superb staff and manager!

It's a Burger King... all you can really hope for is a clean restaurant, quick service and hot food - this location checks all of these boxes.

OK. Yes this is ANOTHER Burger King. So why would I bother to write a review on this one?? Because not all Burger Kings are alike. The team here keeps the place very clean and inviting. Not just in the dining room but they take pride in the parking lot as well. I can only speak for myself but I have never had a poor experience here. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. A Whopper with bacon and cheese here can compete with higher end burger places and they make a darn good shake as well!

Great Customer Service. Food is very presentable and appetizing. Meals are well done and great fast food. Definitely looked forward to Burger King for lunchtime.

It's OK. Nothing special, but it's BK, so it meets expectations. Service was good and quick. Tables were clean.

Good service. Lines were short. Our order was always correct and we ate here about five times while at Lackland AFB.

The employees were nice there was interior cleanliness. The food was out in an efficient manner and hot like it was supposed to be.

Decent service that day, new trainee. Food is always hit so that's a plus.

I ordered the Eggnormous Burrito with coffee and hash Browns. The burrito was surprisingly good and lived up to the description. I actually prefer the Burger King Hash Browns to other fast food places. My son and I enjoyed our meal. The dining area was spacious and comfortable.

Well it's a burger king.... It may not be the king of all burgers, but the food was on par quality wise with other Burger Kings. The restaurant was clean and the food was cooked quickly. It's what you would hope for in a "Burger King". Overall, they were not too busy, but I imagine during peak times things probably back up a bit. Good location on base if you'd rather not eat in the Exchange food court.

Always a better choice than the food court! Staff is always friendly, I have yet to have any issues with my order. Lobby is always clean even when there is a big graduation. On graduation weekends there may be limited seating, but usually it's easy to find a spot. It is however always freezing in the lobby.. wear a jacket!!! Lol

🍔 was room temperature , no heating elements in the staging area apparently. But the double 🍔 was made to order hot and juicy. Better than McD's value 🍔.

Service is as expected. Place tends to run out of certain menu items, and last time the broiler was broken of upwards of 2 weeks.

Didn’t plan to eat there, but we were close to it. Their bathroom STINKS. Both do, cause I’ve asked Dad. It’s not as good as it was at one time.

Cold food. I would just pay more and eat at a place off post. Coffee is strong and hot though, so there's that.

Order was completely wrong, and this was what we got for cinnamon rolls. Gross!

The most horrible hamburgers you can imagine raw inside flipped over maybe 10 seconds on each side cold lettuce Brown and withered might as well go to the other Burger King on base but this place was terrible

My wife and stop to eat at the Whataburger located at lackland air Force base in san Antonio tx. Our burgers were cold meaning the meat and onions rings. They were like being there already precooked. We brought this up to the attention of the people there but nothing was done about it. So we left hungry. JAMG

Rude staff at this location. I was the only person in line, 3 of the staff members looked at me, did not greet me, then proceeded to talk amongst themselves. Older man had an attitude while taking my order. My burger was not hot.

Do you like cold burgers and raw this is the place to go. Been there 3 times hoping that they'll change but every time I get a raw Burger got sick with diarrhea the lettuce was nasty Brown

The service is incredibly slow! They need either more employees working or faster ones to keep the line moving.

Came here for lunch today, asked for a whopper with everything except ketchup. They even repeated it back to me, "no ketchup". They instead gave me a whopper with only ketchup. I have a short break and don't have time to go back and correct. Guess im going hungry today. That's not okay, some people have allergies.

She was rude to me as the customer and she was rude to her fellow employee who was trying to be kind and helpful. If I was the manager here, she would be written up for sure. I will be coming in to file a written complaint since they won't list their phone number so I can speak with a manager. She was so ridiculously snotty that it's worth my time to make sure she knows it's not okay to behave this way.
