Delicious!!! 😋 Cashier has a little attitude but other then that everything was good!

The food serving was good and filling, got the Shrimp and Veggies plate. The atmosphere could be better but at the price point of what I got it was worth another visit.

A great spot for good Asian/Japanese food at the mall. They also have a separate Halal chicken menu with very good chicken teriyaki that’s a few dollars more but comes in huge portions with veggies and everything

Very attentive to customer. I was offered FREE samples which I like free stuff. I waited giving toppings with my lunch special with delight. Chef very friendly as well as staff.

I have never had a bad experience at Suki Hanna, all their staff is amazing and very welcoming and their meals are always so delicious! I recently tried their Teriyaki chicken fries and they were Incredible, I 100% recommend that to everyone looking for something with big portions for a great price!

The food here is so delicious and the customer service is top tier! I'm so glad that there was a man outside giving out samples because I would have definitely missed out walking past this place. I got the shrimp and chicken combo and the portion size was so great everything was cooked to Perfection and was very tasty I didn't even need any additional sauces to go with the food and the customer service was so amazing and I can't wait to come back here and I think you should try it too!

I truly believe this place is a hidden gem. The employees are so kind and welcoming. I have tried the chicken, jalapeño chicken and the beef bowl. All of these choices are great but the beef is in league of its own. It’s healthy, tasty, and well cooked. They managed to make quick and delicious food without the cheap way of covering the food in sugar. I would strongly recommend coming here and giving their food a try!

I was walking in the Outlets of Orange and then a worker at the restraunt gave me teryaki chicken to try. Once I tried that chicken I KNEW I had to eat here. I have never tried teryaki chicken that good. One of the best! And also my daughter LOVED the Noodles! I really reccomend eating here if you come to "The Outlets of Orange" !!

Guys here are super chill and when the food is hot and tasty you could spend an hour here at least.

Unfortunately, the food was a bit too sweet and oily. More importantly, I’ve never felt so unwelcome at any establishment recently. The restaurant really needs to train the people inside on how to act in front of customers. I’m never coming here again.

I visited Suki Hana at 20 City Blvd W in Orange with my wife, two kids, and my brother, and the overall experience was mixed. The staff member offering teriyaki samples was very friendly, and the sample tasted great. However, the shrimp noodle dish I ordered didn’t match the flavor or quality of the sample, which was disappointing. The restaurant also wasn’t ventilated well, making the dining area feel uncomfortable. In addition, the cashier with the tattoo on his arm seemed high-strung and impatient. His reactions toward the customer next to us—and even toward my brother—came off as rude. At one point, he was even yelling at someone outside who appeared to be adjusting the umbrellas for the outdoor seating area, which created an unprofessional atmosphere. There were some positives, but the customer service needs improvement. Training the cashier to communicate more respectfully and professionally with customers would make a big difference in the overall dining experience.

虽然牌子上写着Japan，但里面只有一些东南亚人在做饭，菜单上只有牛肉和冷冻虾。环境很差，地上都是垃圾。厨房很脏，能看到恶心的油腻，味道很糟糕，冷冻食品而且只有甜味，甚至炒糊了。 服务态度很差，当我要求米饭和菜分开装的时候。老板说要加1.08美元。永远也不会再去第二次了。其他餐厅是你最好的选择。

Customer service is really really bad. I came inside to see the menu and the person incharge said Welcome so I said Thank you. Later in a few minutes he said again Welcome and I said I'm checking the menu so he answered in a really bad mood I'm just said Welcome.

It use to be good 5 months ago but now there some guy there seems to be like the owner and now they give us the shrimp uncooked and gets bothered that we ask for sauce

I would not recommend going to this place. The manager aka the cashier aka the guy with the terrible haircut has a foreign attitude & starts yelling at you whenever you ask a basic question about the restaurant.
