Food is always good they fill their hashbrowns boxes to the top and there is always a nice person to greet you and take your order. I’m from Atlanta and was a little hesitant to do west coast Chick-fil-A but they have been on point and I go often.

I decided to order a chicken salad lunch and had it delivered through a service. The salad has cheese, corn, cherry tomatoes, and beans. The pieces of chicken were fried and crispy. What I didn’t enjoy were that large pieces of lettuce that weren’t too enjoyable trying to eat the larger pieces. The dressing is in small containers which is easy to add to my liking; however, I made the mistake of trying to mix by placing the lid back on to shake….. it opened and I had a small spill.

Clearly says extra tomato no pickles on the bag. Got no tomato and pickles on the order. Line was crazy long so I sort of get it but I've never had chick FIL a mess up an order for me before. Usually this location has a pretty short line. Guess times have changed. Disappointed at the no tomatoes as they are essential to why I get a deluxe in the first place. Sucks that I paid for it. I had no time to get it fixed because I had to head back from my lunch break.

We place a large order. Every single salad we ordered was with extra strawberry, extra blueberry, extra apple and bacon , unfortunately every single one was fill with only lettuce. They charge for the extra but no added the extra items. Extremely disappointed 😞

What a crock about supporting the military here in So OC. No military discount at all. No toys in the kids meals like other Chick’s. Your kid gets some stickers that are not even educational. You as a customer are an afterthought by the money worshiping franchise. Chick nuggets were soggy and lukewarm. If you dine in you have to cross the drive thru traffic line and we know how in-attentive some drivers are. This location is at the bottom of the pile by a wide margin.

Terrible experience! I went in on Friday around 1 PM and was shocked at how rude and unwelcoming the girl at the register was. She actually charged us for two ketchup packets as if they were sauces! Seriously? On top of that, the fries I received were a complete joke — barely five pieces in the entire order. I wish I had taken a picture to show how ridiculous it was. What made it worse is that the manager a big guy was there and witnessed all of this. If he actually cares, he should find out who was working at that time. Extremely inconsiderate service. I’ll be leaving reviews everywhere to warn others — this place clearly doesn’t value its customers.

I am thoroughly disappointed with Chicfila for selling rotten chicken salads without regard. My family ate here approx 1x week for years because of the perceived "high" quality food. I purchased a southwest chicken salad for lunch. When I got to the office, I noticed a weird brownish/greenish slime in the sealed plastic salad container. The foul smell and sight of rotting juices made me nauseous. I kept my receipt, the bag, and sealed condiments to return. The next day, I returned for a credit and to show the manager the pictures of what I had sold. I was treated horribly by the night shift manager, who refused to make accommodations or even acknowledge that they sold me food that could result in salmonella poisoning. One of the young cashiers was appalled by how I was treated and what was sold. I am so disappointed by this whole experience and will never refer this fast food establishment to anyone. They don't care if they sell you packaged salmonella. Eat at your own risk!!

This place has gone way down hill that drink you see right there is pure pulp clearly not cleaning there drink machines which is pretty disgusting considering it's breakfast not only that but they forgot my sauce. I own a general contracting company and usually always grab chick fila for my guys because of there good christian values but these guys are only about cutting corners to make a quick buck
