The staff is amazing. Every one of them are very courteous and friendly. I love going just for the welcome I receive when I arrive but I stay for the quality food and extremely fair prices. In this area, finding good food at a reasonable price is hard but they manage to stay the same great quality and freshness. I've been coming here for 2 years and it hasn't changed at all, which is great. I would recommend to go during lunch when it's usually less busy plus there's a great lunch special for around $10 depending on the size you want but it's only a dollar difference for large or small which includes a soft drink, choice of egg or spring roll and a bowl of pho. Can't beat that. I got my mom and my brother to go here and now they go more than I do, ha.
My absolute favourite Pho place!! I love the BBQ rolls and the veggie soup! And the service is great!!!
Good flavor, restroms clean. Special $10.51. Will come back for sure.
Always love their pho. The serving size is just right for regular. Quiet and good service.

Super Vietnamese coffee, maybe best in this area
Best Vietnamese in South County. Super friendly.
Food was good! I'll go back!
Very good food! Delicious 😋
Great Vietnamese fried egg rolls.
Soup delicious!!! Service excellent!!!
Good pho for good price
Good food
Service. ., Quality and honesty!!
I like the beef with rice
LOVE the beef salad! Holy moly exploding flavors with tender beef, peanuts, cilantro and jalapeños!
One of my favorite restaurants. Great food and staff is so friendly and helpful.
Fresh food, great flavors, good portions, reasonable prices & good friendly service!
This place is consistently very good for both the food quality, service and how clean it is.
the portion is big and the quality is very good authentic vietnamese food!!!
If you like Vietnamese food, you should check out this restaurant.
Top notch and cheap pho. The iced coffee is really good too.
Very friendly people here, delicious dishes, and great service.
Fresh food, great taste, vibrant menu with plenty of options.
Awesome Pho. Rich and Flavorful. Love this place.
One of my go-to pho places, I love this place!
Great pho. Quickly served. Vegeterian broth also.
Food was delicious will come back with the family 👍👍👍
Came in for lunch. Was craving rice and for me, Pho places have great rice. I ordered #59 (I think), which is beef filet with salad and their special coconut rice. Dish was cooked to perfection with just enough sauce to balance out flavor of meat with onions.
Went here for the first time two months ago, and loved it. Since then, in this past two months I went 6 times. It's really worth it. Portion is big, price is very reasonable. I always get menu no. 21.
Best pho in the area. Great size of portions and good value. Friendly staff. Yes they have the menus by the door. This is not Chez Fancee so you're not gonna be greeted by a maitre d(spelling?). You are also paying low price for good food in a convenient location.
Their pho is one of the best in Irvine . Obviously there are many better in Westminister and Fountain Valley, but you have a 20 minute drive.
Good vegan pho! Tasty veg broth which is fairly unusual. Worth noting that although this place has Hanoi in the name, they make Saigon style pho.
Best taro tea ever! Nice people. Yummy food. Menu is in English and Vietnamese so its easy to order.
Excellent food and good prices. I enjoy their bun bo hue soup. Delicious. I'm there again right now!!
Great customer service! The pho here is better than the ones in Garden Grove!! And everything I have order tasted great!
Great place to get some pho. The staff is great and the meat quality is very good. The egg rolls are the best.
Been going here for years. Always good food!
Great pho place! The taste was on point and very generous with the meat as well! Highly recommended!
My favorite Vietnamese place, nice people and really good soup.We also eat the spring rolls regularly, never a bad experience.
Best Vietnamese food in the area and has more authentic selections than other Viet places in the area. Service is fast and good.
We've been going for years and it is delicious 😋
Still my favorite pho spot in south county after years of trying so many others. No one has beat their broth, nor their value!
I previously posted a review for the WRONG Pho Ha Noi. I meant to post this review for the one on El Toro Road! They are wonderful! This is the best Pho in South Orange County. Excellent service too. They smart pack your delivery so it's hot/crispy on arrival. I recommend a weekly visit!
the pho from here is the perfect remedy for when you're under the weather.
First time here. Love pho in general. Been looking for a good spot in south OC and i think i found it. Impressed with the pho taste here.
The food here is excellent. If I'm being honest their rice dishes are better than their pho but that is not to say the pho is not good. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. I frequently get the Phở Đặc Biệt but if you are trying tis place for the first time I would highly recommend the tofu wrapped shrimp cakes and the Vietnamese chicken salad is extremely good as well.
Love the Pho here. The broth doesn't taste watered down like some other places and service is quick. Well worth the price.
I love the food here. I usually order from Door Dash. Very authentic and you get more for less compared to some other pho places. This is by far my favorite Pho restaurant in south OC.
Great service, pho and springrolls. I love the thai tea But the floors are always sticky and they need to clean a bit better.

Great place. foods great, service with todays economy she does a great job running the show. Pho dac biet with a side of hanh nuoc beo and some fried eggrolls are my typical order and they’re always good
Great lunch spot. Delicious pho. Love the outdoor sitting.
The food taste good and the price is ok.
Very good food, I had the pork and meatball vermicelli. Service was also good.

Food at Pho Ha Noi is awesome. Try it
A good backup for when Pho Sapa is closed.
Good place for pho
Pho here are excellent, my favorite it bun cha hanoi, meat are tender and tasty
Bowls are pretty good but they leave a lot of fat on the meat.
Try their luncheon special Pho....good value and very tasty!
genuine good food; quick service. Won't be disappointed!
I have eaten there quite a few times and the food is almost as any restuarant in G.G.
Good Pho. Served fast. Good price. Service passable.
Their Phò is great, friendly fast service...could be a bit cleaner.
Really good food. Fast service. Quaint atmosphere.
Wonton soup is amazing!! I should have taken a picture
Came for pho on a rainy day and it was perfect 🤌
Pho (beef) broth is well balanced in flavor and thickness. Beef and vegetables are standard quality compared with other pho restaurants. Noodles sometimes comes served clumped, but usually standard. Service is good overall... the staff is kind. Sometimes they go missing... but I understand, because business is slow (pandemic times). They have a daily combo special of pho w/ 1 eggroll or springroll and soft drink at a good price.
Best tasting pho in the South OC area. I've tried Thanh Binh II, Simply Pho, Pho Majestic, and Pho Bo Vang. Pho Ha Noi is higher quality and a notch above the rest. And friendly service too!
This is currently my favorite Vietnamese restaurant. The fare is about what you'd expect from a Pho place. The food is good, as is the service.
Pho hera are excellent it is northern Vietnamese soup, also many others Vietnamese dishes here and they all excellent
Bún Chả Hà Nội was pretty decent. Will definetely come back to try more dishes. They seem to have very big menu and I am curious what will be their best one. Cafe sữa đá could use some improvement.

Ordered Bún bò Huế to go and it was decent. The soup was hearty, flavor could be spicier, there were no blood cubes and the beef in it was a bit tough to chew. For what it is, it's a quick fix if I don't want to drive down to westminster.

Just ok not great.
Food is good for the price, service could use some work.
Average food , average service , average cost Average interior & exterior Excellent location
Best oxtail around, but everything else is average.
Food was good and tasty and price is reasonable. However, the noodles were chopped up and not long. Portions were small and took a while to get the bills.
This was my experience. First, the cashier got upset that I was reading the many even though no one else was waiting. I asked for a vegan option and finally realized that she was having a bad day. I love ox tail, and I also ordered one for myself. It should be very soft and delicious, but so far, it was the worst I have ever tried. Everything else was good. But if you like ox tail, this is not the right place for it.
Food was good. Big problem was getting charged $3.95 for a fried egg on top of my dish. Waitress didn't tell us that upon ordering. When asked later she said it was due to inflation. Management should fix this.

Smokey restaurant. Very dry grilled chicken. One lady runs the whole floor. Not clean. I got added items I did not order to the bill. There are no paper bill, I had to look at the pay monitor carefully to catch the extra items. I am glad there are other pho place nearby.
The only difference between the large and small size is the bowl. U can count five to six pieces of meat. Smoky place and no service.

Expensive and mediocre. Lots of better places in the area.
Rude service and mediocre food. The "charred pork" looks suspiciously like bacon and I had fatty pieces of meet floating in my soup.
Food is ok but service was terrible, they want to serve my sister food contaminated with cilantro when she is allergic, even after I told them they just took off the cilantro and put the box in a new bag, will not be eating here again
Great food, so so service, reasonable prices (sort of). My kids love this place for the tofu, rice and beef broth. My wife and I will order occasionally as well. The pho is actually great, no complaints there. Where they lost me was when they decided to charge $3.75 for soda water from the soda fountain. Shame on all the restaurants charging for this. It has zero capital impact to the business and is just down right theft. We will most likely be back because of our kids but I will abstain from ordering for myself again.
This place is nasty! They have that big row of menus sitting at the back of the restaurant. Not exactly what I'd want to be greeted by. When I entered the restaurant, I wasn't greeted and had to look for someone to be seated. I'm not trying to be bias nor am I a Pho expert, but I feel like I've definitely had better pho elsewhere. The only positive thing that I can say about this restaurant is that you can eat comfortably for two for under twenty dollars. Also one of the staff members there doesn't speak English well (or at all I suspect) so it can be a bit awkward to order food with that particular employee.

Wow this place is a total disgusting dump i do not know how it has 4.1 stars. Went got some take out as I was waiting and sitting at the table that is when I realized I just had forked up. The table was dirty the salt shaker was disgusting I thought wow I guess these fools think they back in the mother land. Look at the photos. How do mess up fried ride they gave me fried soup it was full of grease. Didn't realize it at first we started to eat and noticed it was supper soggy and then we looked and it was just full of oil it is disgusting do not go there is bet you they have roaches rats and rotten food

Said open, but they closed
No smile, no thank you. They're acting like their doing me a favor. Food was okay. I won't be back.
It was a restaurant I would never want to go back to. Service and food were all below standard.
For $14 you get 2 pieces of meat and 2 pieces of shrimp. The end.
My wife and I have been here twice. The first time, they had next to no flavors of the boba that were listed on the menu, but otherwise no complaints. This second, most recent time, they told us they had no boba but we saw customers come in, order it, and leave with it. The spring rolls were unimpressive, they were bitter, soggy, and had next to no flavour, even with the sauce. My wife had decided to place an online order for boba thinking maybe they were only offering it to online orders. After waiting 20 minutes, my wife asked for the status of her online order. They asked what was in the order, she told the man “two bobas,” and he said in a very rude tone “I told you we don’t have that.” She asked for a refund, which was when they suddenly had the boba we had wanted from the start. We won’t be coming back here.
Came to Pho Ha Noi in Lake Forest tonight with my wife who is 7 months pregnant. When we sat down we noticed that all of the fans in the restaurant were on high and it smelt like a fire. It was cold outside so we asked the server why they were on and she said that their oven fan went out. By the time our food had arrived the whole restaurant was filled with smoke until people all around started caughing including myself. There were kids in there who had to step out. I couldn’t help but think that they should have just shut the restaurant down instead of allow all the patrons to suffer through the smoke inhalation. One of the servers apologized to another table when he went to drop the check. Our server did not apologize. This level of negligence was putting all of the restaurant patrons in harm. Inhaling the heavy smoke gave me a headache from caughing so hard and made my clothes reek of smoke. Furthermore, my my pregnant wife was also caughing on the smoke and I don’t know what kind of harm that could cause our unborn child. This restaurant needs to shutdown while they take car of their smoke problem. If they don’t then they honestly deserve to be sued. Also, the Pho here is very average.
I ate pho today it was not good meat too hard soup has no tast
So their food is decent, i been here multiple times but probably never gonna go back. Their chicken pho soup is good except the chicken which taste like rubber. The most important thing is the restaurant is never clean, as soon as you walk in you feel stickiness under your shoes, they never mop and clean the store and when they cooking in back all the smoke of grease and oven get full in restaurants. Dont recommend this place
