I work from this Starbucks most of my mornings. Met Ron today for the first time. Ron is amazing! Such a great personality and helpful . Thank you for suggesting me something new. I love the Sltd caramel!
I don't drink coffee but my wife does and she loves to stop at a Starbucks. I like the pastries and maybe a Frapachino. We stopped here for a coffee for my wife and I got a pastry. The pastry was still warm and was excellent. I bought a gift card for my Sister. She also loves to stop at Starbucks. The girl behind the counter was friendly and cracked a few jokes about the weather. She was funny and made me laugh. I enjoyed the stop and thanked my wife for suggesting a Starbucks stop.
Honestly this is probably the best quality pumpkin spice latte I've had from any Starbucks before (I did go early when there was no line)
Today we held a Christmas toy giveaway for the needy at my church and ordered three Cambros, two hot water and one coffee along with several travelers. We ended up having over 900 people come to the toy giveaway, and needed more water and coffee. Mason and his team were fantastic in accommodating our needs last minute. Their positive attitude and willingness to help went above and beyond. I highly recommend this Starbucks, and the example set by Mason. He radiates joy, and is an amazing example of exemplary customer service.
I was at the Starbucks yesterday and had a great experience. It was a great place for me to work. The drinks were amazing. I had a decaf mocha and later on green tea, strawberry açai it was amazing. People were very friendly and kind. This one lady especially was just super sweet. At one point I totally forgot that I ordered a drink and she walked the drink over to my table because she remembered my name from my order earlier in the morning. She was very kind and wonderful. Feels amazing when you have good people working at your favorite café.
What makes this location stand out from all the other Starbucks, is the staff. The line moves quickly, so they are super efficient, but more importantly they are so kind. Always friendly, recognize regulars saying its nice to see you again, and just their overall demeanor makes you want to come back. There is another location on my route, so this one is slightly out of the way to my office, but I go here because it is just so welcoming and brings a little joy to my morning routine. Thank you!
I flew Dec (22nd?) Spent a chunk of change on a Venti Americano with cream in DFW airport. When I finally took a sip in the terminal after rushing to wait, it was clear; not only was there no cream, it was just dirty hot water weaker than tea. A generous holiday tip and airport price for undrinkable blather. And, American Airlines did not even have service on the flight. On the way to my Mom's from SNA, we stopped at this store. Clearly, they owed me nothing. But the young lady with short brightly colored hair made it right, and with a gracious attitude. Very belated but grateful thank you. Bless you!
Good location and on my way to work. Recently enjoyed flavored Latte. This location is a bit on the small side, and usually a crowd in the 8 o'clock morning hour, so be prepared to know that there may be no indoor seating. Friendly and attentive baristas.
Nice newish location located just off the five. Looks purpose built for Starbucks with a highly reserve influenced design in terms of the large window, flooring material and long bad design elements.
Went here to order a simple scone for breakfast. Sold me the scone and we sat there for over 5 minutes. Then was told they had no scone left because they probably gave it to someone else in the drive thru. Absolutely ridiculously poor customer service. I asked for it to be warmed up so they put in the warmer and then gave it to someone else. I do not recommend this Starbucks go to a different one.
Waited 25 mins for my order because you guys severely understaff. I ended up cancelling it. I will not be returning to this location.
Really bad wors customer service i had to wIait more than 20 minutes for a coffe by the time i got my coffe my pastryt was gone :( no sence of urgency at all from the Girls working there they had a really sad face not happy at all no thank you at the end 😞
I had the worst caramel frappuccino here — it wasn’t sweet at all, just tasted like milk and ice! I wish I could’ve returned it, but I had appointments and was in a hurry.
My Work is very close to the Starbucks so I go to the Starbucks. I’ve been having really bad service there three times I’ve gone and they have given me the wrong drinks the wrong size and they seem really too busy and impatient. I told him that it was the wrong drink. They grabbed it and threw it down the sink Very rudely and again I went today and I wanted to scan for my points and she said oh sorry I already did it. You have to come in and bring your receipt and get your points through there. I can’t give them to you now. I told her that was not right that she needed to wait and not be so impatient And Let me scan my points. Then she told me that well you can bring in your receipt and then she threw away my receipt and I told her can I please have my receipt and she said OK and then she gave me my receipt which I was. I was not happy because now I have to go come back and go into the store just to get my points that I wanted
I Oder a pumpkin spice latte and got a blonde vanilla latte last week.. I thought I would give them a second chance and Oder uber eats from this store and I Oder a pumpkin spice latte once again and got a strawberry blend lemonade with a whole different name.
Incredibly rude and unwelcoming employee did not get her name but she was a tall brunette with curly hair and she looked pretty young but she just had a really mean attitude and seemed pretty annoyed even though we only ordered a sandwich.
Bro I was the only one in the drive through and there was nobody inside and it took them 12mins to complete my order while I was just watching them stand around (I just ordered an iced matcha and a refresher😐)
I always buy coffee from here, but one day I just needed a cup of ice, the cashier said I have to buy something in order they give me the cup of ice. I make sure to never buy anything from this place again. It was just a cup of ice…
I had a very disappointing experience at the drive-thru of this Starbucks, where I was helped by an employee named Jonas. From the start, he was incredibly rude and unwelcoming. Not only did he get my order wrong, but when I politely asked for it to be corrected, he responded with a visibly angry and emotionally frustrated attitude. It made the whole interaction very uncomfortable. Mistakes happen, but there's no excuse for treating customers with such hostility. I hope management addresses this behavior, as it really affected my impression of this location.
I ordered an espresso via mobile order, and used the drive through. I strongly feel my drink was tampered with in an unsanitary way. The drink smelled horrible, it smelled fishy. I threw it away immediately. Please use caution at this location. I have already submitted a comment on the Starbucks website but again I strongly recommend watching the baristas at this location make your order.
