We finally made it in to Java Dream. Our usual coffee spot was too busy so we passed on it and we're on our way to getting our vehicle washed at the car wash and that is when I remembered reading posts fr friends about Java Dream Coffee Roaster. We were greeted by Amanda who was kind and personable. Actually, she was amazing. We ordered our drinks and stayed and chatted with her for a bit. The other employee, a tall girl made our drinks and they tasted so good. She wasn't all too friendly but maybe she just doesn't interact with customers, so I get it. We will definitely be returning to this shop because we do not go to the "other" coffee shop, which is part of a huge chain. We prefer local shops where the employees are kind.
Stopped in with my dad yesterday for a quick bite, and couldn't be happier with the choice. We had a couple of Maui Mochas (soooooooo good), I had the chorizo breakfast burrito, and he had the avocado toast. WOW! Crispy, chewy, and flavorful in all the right ways. Food came out fast, the staff was helpful and attentive, and the atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. Will definitely be stopping by again next time I'm in town 👍
This place roasts their own coffee! It’s kinda neat to see the coffee roaster and the production area while enjoying my coffee and the best Avocado toast I’ve ever had. The staff is very friendly and eager to help. I really like the industrial vibe of the place with decor that shows where they get coffee beans from. Even better is finding out that the owner is a military veteran and she has been helping to support other small local businesses in the area for the past few years since retiring from the Air Force! I will definitely be back frequently!

Welcome to the neighborhood! I’m so excited for the second shop to be open! The coffee is delicious with smooth roasted flavor. The staff is super sweet, motivated and ready to serve. It is top notch air roasted coffee compared to the typical drum roasted coffee you get on the shelves. I highly recommend trying their coffee! Also, their Chico Chai with amaretto and caramel is AMAZING!!!! I love this coffee shop 💜 For those with lower ratings, I highly recommend giving them another chance. The staff is young and motivated to learn. The owner is always open to constructive feedback about a customer’s experience.
2x review…. Holy cow, the cozy amaretto chai was devine! I paired that with a blueberry muffin one morning and I was set for such a calming day. On my other visit I had a chorizo breaky burrito and about died and went to heaven. I appreciate the baristas, young but professional. Thank you! I’ll most definitely come back.
What a morning treat! Bought my bride a latte with avocado fancy toast and she loved it. I enjoyed lox with one of the best bagels I have had outside of New York. Coffee was well rounded and memorable. This is a great place, support local, support Auburn.
Just went this morning and split a chorizo burrito with my husband and I had a blueberry white mocha and he had a cinnamon white mocha. Super yummy. We will definitely be back!!

Want to like this place. The food is yummy. But we came in during non busy time and was addressed by an older woman and we were flatly told she would get to us in a minute. She was training the only other employee. However we sat there for almost 15mins and she never took our order. Her training the new employee step by step was her main priority not customers. We walked out. Never did get to order a coffee.

Umm, this place has been open for over a year and it still looks undone. Boxes and storage items out in the open, no art on the walls, and been like this since opening. Coffee was okay, food was good. Young teenagers working were playing explicit music with F bombs. Also asked for an itemized receipt because there was some odd charge added at my end of my transaction and they said they couldn’t, just a grand total. Kinda odd. This place feels like an after thought, could be much better
