Clean, workers were friendly, it took about 15 minutes to get my pizza.

I think pizza hut changed it's recipe. The pizza is not as good as it used to be.

Delivery guy was nice service was fast but I am guessing when you have reward points and use them they burn half the pizza... at least the kids ate it and I had to re cut it again not fully cut.

I haven’t had any issues at this location for a while but the pizza I got today wasn’t that great and a little too done! Could use a little more cheese Pizza Hut.

Not the first time something was wrong, but the WORST time. Delivery was quick but the driver must have dropped it or something. The 2 large pizzas I ordered were both mashed to one side of the box. Giving it 2 stars for the fact that I know there's bad weather, accidents happen but don't drop it off and leave, let me know what happen and replace it. On top of that I called the store about 10 times no one answers. I drive to the store the guy that says he was the Manager said he would replace it but it would take about an hour and a half to make it. I said no I'll go somewhere else has says they no longer give refunds. So after I say no again he says he has to call his manager. Finally after 30 mins he finally gets the refund to go throw and said it would be 3-4 days before it would deposit back into my account. I love Pizza Hut but don't think I will do delivery if I ever go back.

They hired a door dasher that’s literally on the other side of Fort Worth (i ordered at 6:09pm the pizza got here at 7:25pm)

Everything is very good, but they do tend to stretch the truth a little bit when it comes to the time of the order they called us and said our pizza had been mistakenly sent somewhere else. This is not the first time, but my girls do love their pizza from Pizza Hut Ordered pizza. They said our order was mistakenly taken somewhere else. They called us and said if we wanted a free drink or a dessert, I said Either if it’s free, the gentleman said yes it’s free so we received our pizza late, which was still good free anything called back they were supposed to deliver it and the young lady apologize for their mistake. Two hours later nothing arrived. I guess they just didn’t want us to cancel our order so they’ve stretched the truth a little bit. Don’t say you’re gonna send something if you’re not a simple apology would’ve done it. Last time when our Our pizza was sent to the wrong address down the street we called back to see what was the hold up. The gentleman told my daughter you can walk down the street and get your pizza. They said it on a patio table. Are you serious? Why in the world would we go down the street pick up a pizza from a random house even if it has our name on it are y’all kidding me I don’t know if it’s the delivery people that they used to deliver or just that there’s no communication with each other on what should be done🤷🏼‍♀️

Called trying to place an order and the guy was totally rude and disrespectful and then hung up on me while I was trying to place an order. They still have an hour and 30 min before they close

They switched up our toppings. When I called the guy kept calling me a liar. Then started telling me to stop raising my voice lol your calling a customer a liar over a pizza you messed up! He then hung up on me. I'd avoid this location. When husband was picking up, the front desk lady didn't know what she was doing and it was chaotic cause they were understaffed. I get under staffed during this time, but they were not friendly at all or owning up to their mistakes!

Wings were completely raw. I was told the wings come precooked, so there's no way the wings could be raw, and that no one was available to give a refund, so only store credit could be issued.

Absolutely terrible. The pizzas and wings all looked like they had been dropped. All of the slices were all on top of each other. None of the toppings were correct on any of the 3 pizzas and there was bbq everywhere on all of the boxes that had spilled out from the wing box being crushed. And everything was cold ugh! When you spend 80 and it shows up like this that’s ridiculous.
