Very poor customer service on the drive through. Gentleman w the lashes seemed confused or upset because we asked for a straw, napkins and a spoon for our baked potato. Items that should automatically be n the bag since drink was ordered and so was baked potato. Some retraining would highly be recommended.

UNSANITARY, SLOW AND RUDE! I ordered online and they wouldn’t serve me in the drive thru saying I had to pick it up inside. Well despite enough time when I went inside it still wasn’t ready despite the restaurant literally being empty. So I decided I’d go to the restroom while I waited. When I went in the restroom there was a take out bag full of plastic ware on the counter. Maybe 15-20 forks and spoons. Gross but I thought since it was obviously trash I should take them and wash them to donate to an organization I work with that delivers meals to homeless people. I waited another 10 minutes and got my food. After I was in my car and about to drive away a young white male (maybe 20) chased me down and said I needed give back the plastic ware. I calmly explained the circumstances of it being in the bathroom and my plan to recoup the situation to help others. Unphased, he said said a worker accidentally left them in there on their cleaning duty and I needed to give them back as they only had so many per day they were allowed to stock. (Note to add this was an interesting explanation since the bathroom did not look freshly attended to). I explained they were in the bathroom and they shouldn’t be used without cleaning and it didn’t seem to matter. I handed him the bag and watched thru the window as he literally stocked them after 1.) being in bathroom 2.) being taken out of the restaurant 3.) in a persons car! If that’s how they feel about disposable plastic ware imagine how they might feel about spoiling food or things dropped on the floor etc…. Needless to say I did not eat my order but I did give it away to a guy at the racetrac gas station in the same parking lot after telling him I could eat it cuz the restaurant was dirty. He didn’t care and was happy to have it. Not only will I not eat at this Wendy’s again I won’t eat at any since they have rules about how many things each shift gets etc… you know this is happening elsewhere. I don’t expect any fast food joint to be completely clean etc but using plastic ware that’s been chased down seems way too gross to risk.

I came here at number 3052. Wendy's in lake Worth, TX. I ordered a biggie bag that supposed to be crispy chicken BLT. What does a BLT consist of? Bacon, lettuce and tomato right? Yeah, well, look below at my pictures. I didn't get that on this chicken. Anywho. Got a small blueberry pomegranate lemonade. The nuggets barbecue sauce. Here at 6348 Lake Worth boulevard. The host was Nicole and the cashier was Ja'korian. I went back. They gave me again a bacon double stack instead of the chicken and still time to run and give me the wrong chicken. Becuse this is a regular chicken crispy Chicken Sandwich, that's overcooked. I suggest I'll find another Wendy's or just ask for everything fresh. Not someone who don't know how to hear what you say to fix what you say and give you what you say and give you what you said.

I wish I would have read the reviews before coming here. Waited 15 minutes in Drive through before getting to the window. I ordered the $5 Biggie bag with a Jr Bacon Cheeseburger. I haven’t had Wendy’s in years and that is my favorite burger. The burger was cold, the bun looked like it was microwaved, the tomato was frozen, the cheese was cold and in pieces and the lettuce was old and soggy. I was in a hurry to pick up my kids from school so I couldn’t go inside, but this place needs a change of management or something. Do not come here!!!!!

Worst experience I've ever had at any Wendy's. Coffee was cold. I asked for it to be microwaved. Then they tried to actually tell me that they just made it. Yeah, well it's not hot, at all. Eventually said they would microwave it. Handed it back the same Luke warm temp. Then told us to pull up. My two croissants took over ten minutes after that even. So I tried to go on to see what in the world was going so wrong with no customers even. Place is completely locked up. Not surprising at this point. When I finally open my sandwich the first thing I see is some glob of red junk on my eggs. So disgusting. Ruins my desire to go to any Wendy's at this point. This place will prolly be shut down soon. Can't stay in operation like this, just read the other reviews, it's true. Indifferent bad staff with attitude.

Girl at the window was super rude, I asked what my total was she said 5 dollars and took my card I told her there was no way because I had ordered food for an entire family and so she turned around and shut the window still taking my card she opens the window I asked what the total was AGAIN she still did not tell me and continued to charge my card without telling me the total and handed it back and gave me the receipt. When I asked for a drink carrier the girl gets loud with me and says “FOR ONE DRINK?!” (I had ordered 4) so I told her yes because I ordered 4 meals and another girl behind her asks what’s wrong I told her what I ordered and said I am supposed to get 4 drinks she says yes so the original girl steps in front of her and says THANK YOU rude and loud and slams the window, after they had me pull up and wait they gave me the food I stayed parked to check it and the SAME rude girl proceeds to come back outside and yells at my car “DO YOU NEED TO COME IN??” But my window was up so I ignored her and she went back in. They gave us 3 wrong drinks and our food was horrible and cold. I tried to call so I could come back to get the correct drinks but no one will answer, this Wendy’s needs to learn some customer service.

This location is sketchy and I will not be returning. At first I thought they were closed at 9pm because all the lights were off, including the menu signs in the drive thru. Website shows they are open until 11pm. Turns out they we’re open, but turned off all the lights in the lobby, the drive thru lights, etc. Not really sure how they expect to stay open or have jobs if they pretend to be closed…? The lobby is also closed for some reason. I gave them one star because someone actually took my order and gave me food. They gave me the wrong food and charged me $24 for two meals, but it’s something. Don’t waste your time or money.

This is the worst Wendy's EVER! They NEVER have baked potatoes, and when I do order something else on the menu, it's ALWAYS burnt like the photo attached. Didn't get my lettuce in my sandwich and anytime anything is reported to a manager (no matter day or night) still get careless customer service. Therefore, it's pointless even trying to report anything to a manager. This place really needs to be shopped by their corporate office to see how terrible the customer service is & act immediately on their behavior.

I picked up an order of 2 large chilis. The employee had an attitude when I asked if they were out of onions when I noticed they were missing from my order. Also there is no meat in the chili and it is not even hot enough to melt the cheese. I noticed the problem after I left and didn't have time to go back to get it corrected. So my money was wasted. This is not the first time I have had problems with this location. Last time I was charged for cheese and didn't get it.

Always bad here, sadly I keep returning hoping the new daily change of staff might be better. Today I got 8 chicken BLTs without bacon or cheese and the fries were so raw they were cold. Once again the Wendy's name is run through the mud at this location. Oh, those aren't even Wendy's fries. Obviously borrower from some other restaurant.
