This Checkers is a little bit away from my town, but I enjoy with my Family when I go to get my crispy wings..... So delicious.

Checkers is my favorite fast food restaurant. It has a lot of great food and drinks. The fries of course are the best. And the burgers are always amazing. Basically if you want good fast food go to checkers.

I have been coming to this restaurant for a long time and I always have loved their food. I usually stop there late at night after work and the service is really good. They get your order together very quickly and the staff is very friendly. I will always keep coming back to them for a late night meal

One of the more convenient burger joints. Open late, even during the pandemic, never too crowded, no long lines. The specials are usually a great price for enjoyable flavor combinations. This goes without saying but the food is best when eaten freshly made. The fries and probably much of the menu are perhaps an acquired taste, but if you like it you love it. This location is just as compact as many of their other stores, parking and entry/exit are not terrible for the layout. Walkup is hit or miss with availability of trash cans, bathroom, seating, but this is generally a grab and go restaurant anyway. Overall a boon to the neighborhood and a welcome option for the area.

They closed the checkers that are close to us so we traveled a few miles away from home to get to this one. Food was great. Service was decent. My daughter loves the monsterella stix… it’s always her pick with the fries OF COURSE

The staff is very sweet and cooked it up real well. I got the boneless chicken wings; They are more like really big nuggets, BUT tasted great. I wolfed down 10, 5 of the sweet BBQ and 5 of the Garlic parmesan. Both very good, better than I expected. They have a few different flavors and all of the other stuff Checkers is known for. Thank you, Ladies!

I recently visited Checkers to get a hot dog along with a friend of mine. We asked if we could have sauerkraut and relish. We were told they do not carry sauerkraut and relish, just mustard. The hot dogs for good, but the rolls were actually rolled and flat. They were pretty cheap, but would have been better with toppings even if they were prepackaged.

The girl gives me a price while I am at the drive up where you order. So I get exact change together. When I get to the pick up window she tells me a different higher price. So I tell her that's not what you told me at the ordering station. She responded oh well you have to add tax. So there I am taking off my seat belt and digging in my pocket again. Feeling like I am holding everyone up when it is someone else's stupidity. I wonder how many times a day that happens?

The food is good but the drive through is ridiculously slow. I was 4th in line and only one car went through in 15 minutes. After watching customers walk in and leave with food ahead of me I worked my way out of the line and left. Other cars did the same after me.

My visit was okay the food is great but I had a long wait and was on my 30 minute lunch and I ended up going to work 12 minutes late from lunch and they only let me use 1 coupon and it was mossarella sticks so I was still hungry and I was on a budget didn't have enough money unless I used all 3 coupons

My recent experience at Checkers fast food left me underwhelmed. Despite the promise of quick service, the wait time was longer than expected, with only a few customers ahead of me. Upon receiving my order, I found the presentation lacking, with the food appearing hastily assembled. The burger lacked the advertised toppings, and the fries were limp and lukewarm. The overall quality of the ingredients seemed subpar, with the burger patty lacking flavor and moisture. Despite the disappointment with the main course, the redeeming factor was the milkshake, which was thick, creamy, and packed with flavor. It provided a much-needed reprieve from the lackluster meal. The ambiance of the restaurant was typical of a fast-food chain, with minimal decor and a bustling atmosphere. While the staff were courteous, they seemed overwhelmed by the number of orders, leading to delays and confusion. Overall, my experience at Checkers was mediocre at best. While the milkshake stood out as a highlight, the lack of attention to detail and the mediocre quality of the main course left much to be desired.

Rally's/ Checkers is one of the better fast food burger joints there is. This one in particular is easy to see right off of New York Ave in Huntington Station. There should be two lanes for the drive through, but this place only has one. Actually this place has 2 lanes, but only 1 is open. They have blocked one of the lanes with a Planter. Outdoor seating is available. Usually long lines and long waits at this one. Always looks under staffed.

This place almost never gets the order right, but on the off chance that they get it right, it is tasty. If you speak Spanish, you might get your order right as English is not well understood here

I never post, but I was fustrated. Whoever worked on 6/19/19 around 5pm gave poor service. Forgot part of my order and had to drive back to get it. No apology, just an "oh yeah I forgot." Then I came home to find out my chicken wings order was wrong. I ordered wings, #5 combo, not the boneless. At this point, it was a waste of my time to turn back a 2nd time and my food was cold. The order taker was not the regular person we always see. Worst experience ever out of all the numerous times I've been there. It was not the usual lady working.

This location needs HQ to send somone here to speed things up I live in the neighborhood so I stop here pretty often and in the last year or so this place is just going down hill no joke everytime I go its a 10 to 15 min wait minimum I have no idea what they are doing inside this place but generally ppl go to fast food for it to be fast this establishment will fail you everytime. Dont come here if you have somewhere to be.

Ordered 20 piece chicken bites through Uber Eats. Instead, I got 20 chicken nuggets from Checkers. I ordered chicken bites specifically, not breaded nuggets that I can get from McDonald's. I looked online - nuggets don't even seem to be on the menu at any store

The WORST customer service you could even imagine. The woman working the drive thru window Jan 1st (going into Jan 2) around midnight was extremely rude. I work for DoorDash and pick up orders late night. Every single restaurant has you use the drive thru after 10pm... Sometimes 11. This restaurant is in a bad neighborhood and as a woman it is not always safe and convienent for me to come inside the building when it is full of men in the middle of the night. These employees insist I come inside regardless of what I say. They tell me to move out of their drive thru line and come inside. Well i called DoorDash and they DON'T require me to go inside any restaurant where i dont feel safe, ESPECIALLY in the middle of the night. If I ask for the order at the drive thru because that's where i feel safe then they NEED to give me the order there. So tonight i got the window slammed in my face multiple times and i was cursed out in Spanish. This woman should be fired. She should not be in any position where she's providing "customer service" because she knows nothing about courtesy. The employees blame the owner "Josef" for creating the "must come inside at all hours of the night" rule. Someone please relay this message to the restaurant owner that he's causing problems in the middle of the night for the delivery drivers who don't feel safe. After so many complaints they will take away your right to use Doordash, so make it easier. Let them use the drive thru. I don't need to hear about "being on a timer" while on the drive thru bc it would take just as long if i ordered at the window. I shouldn't have to wait extra long for 1 burger bc it was placed ahead of time on an app. That makes no sense. Switch it up or don't do business with Doordash. Get better employees. Point blank.

Literally i have tried again and again to give this checkers a chance honestly i have. It seriously is just not worth it. Most if not ALL employees seem to not understand English little to NONE! They also seem to not understand what the heck is on there own menu! Its a disgrace! It is so frustrating going to this place and having to return because of the simple fact THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! BUT as always i try to give them a chance time and time again..Today 12.30.17 my fiance had went to checkers to get some food for the both of us but ONCE AGAIN to return with the wrong food she had requested! NOT to mention that she had been waiting 20 minutes in line at the drive-thru then ANOTHER 15 minutes or so AFTER she had paid. She claims it seemed they were taking their "sweet time". I went back with her and when we told them what had happen ALL of them looked completely LOST! Even the male worker which looked like a manager looked just as lost as the female workers!! I SWEAR they barely understand English! Huntington Station Checkers MUST get new employees ASAP THAT FULLY UNDERSTAND ENGLISH. WORST EVER!!! NEVER AGAIN!!

This review is for purchases made at drive thru between 11pm and 3am. Acts nasty if you try to use a coupon sometimes the drive thru attendant will stare at you for 30 seconds awkward silence while you have your hand hanging out the window trying to hand her the coupon she just stood there like a statue. One time I showed them the coupon and the hispanic attendant cursed at me under her breath and made a sound with her mouth that one would make when very annoyed. She basically snapped at me. I asked her what the problem was and she said rudely, "YOU DIDNT TELL ME ABOUT THE COUPON, now I have to.." turned away and did her job, unwillingly. Two minutes later she was laughing with her coworkers as if she didn't curse at me under her breath and snap at me afterward. Mostly only speak spanish. Almost impossible to communicate in a timely manner due to language barrier. Even after midnight the wait from start to finish is as low as 5 minutes and high as 20 minutes. At most 2 cars in front of me. You'd think maybe they can make up for their rude behavior with fast service, but no. One good review I want to mention is I only got food poisoning once, where as other fast food places is a hit or a miss.

Horrible experience, I ordered Uber eats . Asked for a WELL done burger and when I opened then bit into the burger it was PINK ! I called checkers themselves to tell the manager & ANA was very improper speaking in Spanish to the next person as If I wasn’t going to understand talking about “ja vienen a joder” as if I’m not already upset and sick . I told her about herself that’s very unprofessional let alone whoever cooked the burger didn’t follow instructions therefore I can have the health department come in there since they want to be funny. I had the worst time ever, I was treated like trash by the Cashier Marisela she was so rude to me and even call me a lier when I came back inside the store to ask for a missing item she can not be attending customers with such bad attitude I’ve been customer at this location from a long time and I never been treated like this it’s unbelievable.

They always screw up the order. Every time I ordered wings I get either a drop of sauce on them or none at all. Worst service EVER. I’m unsure as to why it is so difficult to fill an order correctly.

I love checkers, but the last time that I went there they gave me the wrong order, and also we try to be nice but the employees were so rude a young lady that I think she’s still in school, don’t be rude with the clients you get paid to do your job. So disappointed.

First time having checkers today and let me say it was genuinely the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. You sit in this tiny box and order food. I ordered a triple bacon cheese burger, bacon cheese and ranch fries, mozzarella sticks, and a bonus fry I didn't order but still paid for. First the burger had absolutely no flavor whatsoever to the point that you know you were eating anything if you weren't chewing. It's so bad that if you ordered this for the homeless, I would genuinely judge you. The bun was falling apart the second i picked up the burger as well. Now the cheese fries tasted horrible, im not sure if it was the ranch or the cheese flavor, but something just wasn't right. The mozzarella sticks were the highlight of the meal for just being mediocre compared to the terrible atrocities. Now I ordered the cheese fries as a replacement for the fries, the cashier misunderstood that and I was charged for an extra fry. The soda came in such a small size for a large, you would think it's a medium and to top it off they pack it to the brim with ice. Before leaving i tried to get a refill since I was done with my soda a bit after starting my meal and they said they dont do refills. I genuinely could not believe they had the gual to tell me no refills when my soda was more ice than liquid and after spending top dollar for tastless trash. My bag was also greesy from the fries that spilled in the bag so before I left i went to ask if they could give me another bag... there was no one there... it was like they all had just vanished. The small box atmosphere, terrible food, and atrocious service is what makes this place truly deserving of an all around 1 star across the board. I will not be returning

Had the manager personally. Serve me and mess up my meal in multiple ways. Ask for a fry lovers x. L and Montebello sticks and somehow that became 2 mozzarella sticks. And she forgot about the fries And realized she messed it up after receiving. My order went back in for her to do nothing about it and say that that's not what's on Her POS system.

Literally only one thing on the order was correct, the three piece chicken tenders (though I did have to ask for honey mustard). Baconzilla combo ordered with nothing but cheese slices, ketchup, and bacon on the sandwich comes out slathered in mayo and cheese sauce. Mothercruncher with no pickles had pickles and was a medium combo instead of the large I'd requested. Monsterella sticks showed up with no marinara sauce (receipt even listed 1 Marinara Cup but was clearly ignored).

I never have a good experience with ANY checkers I've went to so far but this one is definitely the worst. I've ordered food here a few times and each time it was just extremely greasy and salty. I also doordash and whenever I dash here they take FOREVER to come assist me. And when they do the food isn't even ready yet even after waiting around 15 minutes. The workers are slow, I could repeat a name 10 times and they still don't understand. There was one time where i was waiting a long time for an order and they just completely forgot to give it to me, and just when they were finally gonna give it to me, the manager spent 5 minutes yelling at the employee in Spanish. Like at least give me the order before you yell at your employee. I td myself I'd never eat or dash here ever again but I am right now only because I have a big order. I already regret it because I currently have been waiting 10 minutes.

Unless you like greasy and tasteless food, do NOT eat here. Their loaded fries are so greasy and super salty, I couldn't even take 3 bites. I got a chicken sandwhich that was as dry as sand and had almost zero flavor. The bag was literally dripping with grease, I wish I was exaggerating. The one and only thing I like from this place is their banana milkshakes. That's it. Also the service is terrible. I also doordash and one day, I picked up an order from here and I was waiting for 25 minutes just to find out that it has been ready but they just forgot to give it to me, so I waited another 5 minutes while the manager yelled at the employee in Spanish then finally got the food. I dont wanna be that guy but I didnt even get an apology, at LEAST that.
