We usually order online, they were on time and the food was still hot as well really good.

Drinks stayed full and a variety of fresh, hot pizza was available. Choices and options were given before we chose and accepted the buffet.

Ordered my pizza and it was delivered about 20/25 mins later. So impressed with the speed and quality of the pizza i had. I ordered a medium supreme pizza it was nice and hot and sooooo good!

Pizza Hut is our go to here in town and has been for years. We never get bad pizza. Only a few times has a delivery been missing something but they always go get it and bring it back.

Tried to take survey but it wouldn't work. The pizza was hot and wonderful. I have not liked other pizza huts, but this one was great!

My wife Sandi and I went to Pizza Hut when we dated many years ago. We would stay until the employees placed the chairs on the tables and prepared to close. We talked for hours on those dates. We still go to the Pizza Hut and sit at the tables to talk. We still have lots to say to each other. And I still see Sandi the way I did when we dated. The Pizza Hut is my favorite pizza. I’m glad they’ve kept some of their restaurants.

I'm not big on pizza. We were going through town from Austin & my son wanted pizza. I usually find Pizza Hut's pies too salty & greasy. These were the best pizzas I've had in a long time. I'm still thinking about them 3 days later! This store was clean & the waitress was fantastic. We had the pepperoni, Hawaiian & Alfredo buffalo chicken. They were perfect.

The interior at this location was recently completley remodeled. Looks fantastic! The staff there are on the ball, professional, friendly and they put effort into their work. It is always busy which says to me, everyone in town feels the same way. Great place..

We had ordered 3 large pizzas and a 16 piece honey bbq wings order. It was fabulous! The pizzas were stuffed crust meat lovers, stuffed crust Super supreme, and thin crust build your own: ham, pineapple, mushrooms and black olives. All 3 pizzas were requested with light sauce, which was done perfectly. The toppings were generous, the crusts were done just right, and the wings were perfect! Excellent job all around as usual Lampasas Pizza Hut <3 =)

We got there and the pizzas were hot and fresh. Tried to order wings online but the online ordering system said all was out of stock, so I asked in person and they said they did have a very large order of wings just prior to my order but they did have more they could make for us, so I ordered 24 honey bbq wings. The wait was minimal, they kept the pizzas on warmers and it was absolutely worth the wait! We also ordered 2 large original stuffed crust pizzas using their online coupon; a meat lovers and a supreme. The whole family enjoyed it very much and we were pleased with the quality and amount of toppings used. They adhered to my requests for light sauce and smaller slice sizes. I especially loved the coupons to save money on the pizzas online. Pizza Hut has been our favorite pizza go-to place for 25+ years in Houston and it looks like it'll stay that way here in Lampasas!

The employee who helped us w/ our order mix-up was super professional & took accountability for what happened. He did not try to give excuses, which is an admirable trait. I believe his name is Caleb.

We used to eat Dominos Pizza and someone told us we should try Pizza Hut. I'm sure glad we did because we like it much better. Everyone we have encountered in our local Pizza Hut has been super friendly and very accommodating. Pizza is excellent.

Great food, great staff. The building could stand to have some repairs, but otherwise, it's a great option for pizza. There's dine in, carryout and delivery at this location. They have daily lunch buffet, and Tuesday nights, kids eat free.

1 pizza was cooked perfectly, the other was a bit under cooked. My order was ready when I got there and customer service was great.

Pretty decent meal deal. $21.99 for 2 medium 1-topping pan pizzas, 8 boneless wings and 5(6?) Breadsticks. Ready in 14mins, bring it out to your car

So far everything has been good. Although the thin and crispy pizza seemed like it was cooked a little to long. All in all it was good

Pizza is good but they need to bring back the salad bar.

Dining in experience wasn't too good. No physical menus. Food was good.

Me and the family love going and dining in. But they still havent opened up the dine in. It's all delivery or pick up. I understand because of covid. But we miss eating inside.

Went for the $5 personal pan with drink. Got charge over $8. The was a total of 4 PC of pepperoni and about 6 small pieces of olive, more like chips of an olive. Won't be back.

Stopped for the buffet, only 4 tables and the buffet was empty. Ordered a pizza and the got it wrong. Everytime a pizza was put in the buffet people charged it and it was gone.

After nearly 30.minutes sitting waiting for our pizza, we decided to leave.

Didn’t get any of the sauces that I paid extra for. Pizza guy dropped pizza and ran before we had the time to realize.

Pizza was pan and it was like it had no sauce on it , very bland , did not live up to expectation at all , really not much more than bread .

Every time we ordered, they out of pan crust, they said, they didn't make enough for that day.

Ordered my pizza online, ordering a pepperoni pizza and some other items. I came to pick them up got them and when I got home 12 Miles away seen I didn't get pepperoni pizza but just a plan cheese pizza.

Worst customer service I have ever received from management in my life. . I dont even want to waste my energy on explaining why but there are people working as assistants managers here who are deceitful and need to lose their job.

DO NOT order BUFFET.....HORRIBLE. They do not know the definition of Buffet:a meal consisting of several dishes from which guests serve themselves. This buffet was ONLY pizza. Everything else cost extra....even a side of ranch.

I will not be ordering pizza from this establishment ever again. I called to order pizza and as I was giving the information the lady hung up on me and when I called a second time they said they were closed when it's past the time they are open. If this kinda of rudeness is allowed then the owners should be ashamed of themselves.

Pizza is mediocre doughy and crust is not done. Toppings are meager and not really good quality. Boneless wings have terrible sauce and are over fried. They are basically elongated chicken nuggets. The dipping sauces do not taste good. All this is tolerable you know what you are getting. However, their absolutely abominably late deliveries are just a deal killer we have waited over an hour for deliveries, and some do not come at all. We are now keeping frozen pizza on hand to avoid doing business with this horrible place.

Waited 15 mins for someone to come ask what we wanted and get drinks... that's only after I walked up to the counter and asked for some service for my family of at the moment 9. They said they didnt even see us.. 7 kids and 2 adults and they didn't see us walk in ?? Then we got burned cheeses bread after they brought us regular burned garlic bread then hanked it out of my husbamds hands when he questioned it. It was just a terrible experience all to geather. And we got charged for the regular burnt bread sticks that we never ordered.

They started pulling some cash out of the register and I thought it was to refund the pizza but they took it somewhere else. When I asked for a refund they said only the manager could do that and the manager wasn't there. When I asked what could be done to fix it they just shrugged and went back to work. I've never seen anything like this but just be careful if you decide to come here and have an idea of what kind of service you'll receive. Based on some of the other reviews here it looks like this is just how this place operates. I wish I had read reviews before giving my money to this business but hopefully others will read this review before making the same mistake I did.

I waited for over 30 minutes with a 2 year old and five year old to be told it would be another 30 minutes until our pizza was ready. She then said I can just charge you for the cinnamon sticks and drinks… ummmmm yeaaah wasn’t planning on paying for a pizza I never received. Face palm. (We left because I wasn’t about to wait another 30 minutes with my two tired and hungry kids).. Kind of surprised I was even charged for the drinks and cinnamon sticks after that but fine. This was also our first and last time dining here. :)
