They should knock this one down. Their chance of getting an online order out on time is 0% especially early in the day. Ive shown up 10 to 15 minutes after they reportedly open only to find the doors locked and no one inside. Then a worker shows up on her cellphone and opens the front door. Needless to say no one got their food on time.

Laughable. The portions were so small that the guy in front of me had to ask for more of everything — rice, beans, peppers, everything. I was given half a spoonful of rice, a quarter of a spoon of beans and approximately 6 insanely thin sliced peppers and onions on my bowl and that must have been excessive. The girl went back and took two off and put them back. All I could do is laugh. Please don’t go here.

This is quite seriously the WORST chipotle I have ever been to. I asked them to put their featured red chimichurri on the burrito, which they did without issue yesterday. However, the general manager who wears glasses told me they can’t do that despite me more than willing to pay extra for it. If you can’t be bothered to open a plastic container and dump it in a burrito you shouldn’t work in the service industry. Disgraceful.

Lancaster Chipotle‘s are the worst I’ve been to in the nation. Whoever is managing these places deserves to be fired and never be hired as a manager again. Everything is sloppy, dirty, disgusting, long lines, pathetic people that don’t look at you or make eye contact. Drink stations always messy. It’s pretty much a joke. I go out of my way to make sure I never visit Lancaster chipotle‘s again.

This place never has anything ready when they open, they are slow, quiet and rude. Cashier called me "bro" when I asked for vinaigrette. Chipotle has gone way down hill, seems like they just hire anyone off the street. I also witnessed them once "clean" the inner glass with chemicals while the food was exposed.

Working as a truck driver and eating at Chipotle in every state, I can confidently say this is the stingiest Chipotle I’ve ever seen. Good products, but they measure every piece of beef and every scoop of guacamole like it’s gold.

Ordered online with the app around 6:20pm to pick up at 7:00pm. I did not get my food till 8:23pm. Couldn’t cancel my order on the app. I was able to order an appetizer, receive it, and eat it from the Buffalo Wild Wings next door in the time it took to get my order. Man behind the counter said they were understaffed and had no manager. Seems like an issue with ownership and management. About 10-15 people waiting in the mobile pickup section the entire time I was waiting. Will not return.

Extremely poor service. Portions are unacceptable for $15 — only 6 pieces of meat and 5 bites of rice. The box wasn’t even 1/3 full. Worst value I’ve ever received. Very disappointing experience.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had in a fast food restaurant! The place was a mess! All of the drink dispensers were empty, food and garbage everywhere and not a clean table in sight. Mind you, this was at 8:30pm, so not the dinner rush. With at least 6 people visibly working, only one person was filling orders. My order was complete (minus 2 sides because they were out...really? They are going to be open for another 3 hours...they just couldn't be bothered.) and I waited over 6 minutes for someone to ring me up! Why? Because she was on her personal cell, making plans with a friend! Where was management?! I will NEVER go back!

This has got to be the worst restaurant I’ve ever experienced. No matter what time of day you go, they are out of steak. They should just take it off the menu. The people behind the counter are extremely inexperienced, are obviously not trained, and very few speak English. It’s hard to tell them what you want. If you do manage to communicate, you get very little of what you ordered, and they almost always get it wrong in one way or another. I can’t remember ever having a positive experience here and we’ve been here many times. It’s time to give up. Don’t recommend it all.

Fool me once… Another disappointing meal from this Fruitville Pike Chipotle tonight. Embarrassing, honestly. My husband and I each ordered a rice bowls. They were both less than HALF full — despite paying extra for queso ($1.70) and guacamole ($2.95) in my bowl. The portions were shockingly small, and the attached photos show just how little food was provided. To be honest, I’ve been disappointed in this particular Chipotle location before and didn’t even want to order from here again (vs. the Rohrerstown Rd), but I succumbed to pressure from my husband to give it another try. Unfortunately, it only confirmed my frustration. We decided to order online because every single time we visit in person, they’re out of grilled veggies (you have to time it right). Ironically, it seems online orders take precedence (regarding inventory of veggies) over in-house customers, yet this online order was so poorly prepared and severely under-portioned. To give perspective, it took me less than ten minutes to finish my meal and I’m a slow eater. For the price, this was far below the standard I’ve come to expect from Chipotle or any establishment these days.. I understand mistakes happen, this was not a mistake. You can’t mistakenly only fill half the bowl, and call it a day? Does the extra inventory get put in the pockets of the folks making the bowl? It’s beyond frustrating trying to “eat” this level of inconsistency and lack of care in preparation. I probably sound dramatic but when you’re hungry, and realize you’ve got an appetizer and not a meal, it gets old. Fool me twice…. I’m honestly not sure what it will take for me to return to this store. We live close to Good Burrito, I think I’ve got my husband convinced to never go here again.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my delivery order and this will be the last time I order from chipotle. My salad came with little to no lettuce, the salad was so light when I picked it up, I thought it was empty. The bowl was barely even half full. My salad dressing wasn’t even half the container they gave, and wasn’t enough to even cover the little amount of salad I received. My husbands bowl was also HALF EMPTY. Paying $61 for half filled bowls is absolutely disgraceful. I will not be paying this sort of price when you do not even get the amount you should, if I had gone in the store this wouldn’t have been an issue as I would have seen the literal skimping in action. If I could return this I freaking would. Total rip off. And worse - the salad I did receive was wilted, and the guacamole didn’t taste fresh, it tasted like not ripen avocados…. I will never purchase chipotle if this is a regular occurrence. Waste of my money.

Kept dasher waiting 20+ minutes for the order, which soaked through the entire bag & likely got all over his car. 5 bowls arrived all under filled, small meat portions, smashed from being stacked on top of each other rather than just putting them in 2 bags. The bowl in the picture arrived as pictured. Not even halfway filled, none was eaten before that photo was taken. I enjoy chipotle but this location is wildly inconsistent, particularly for DoorDash customers, it's incredibly disappointing.

Almost every single time here is a bad experience. Rude workers, online orders always done way past scheduled time, AND the one time I uber eats food I am given the wrong item. I spent EXTRA money to get steak in my bowl and when I receive my order I’m given some kind of beef. Beyond annoyed. In return I am refunded $1.33. One dollar and thirty three cents. So moral of the story, don’t waste your time here. Go to the Ephrata chipotle, food is better and the workers are actually nice. I will drive the extra time to avoid this place.

I am typically reluctant to give poor reviews. However, it’s important to share how steeply this chipotle location has declined so that other customers can be warned. Each time I’ve visited over the past few months there have been several employees scattered around the store doing nothing, one or two employees frantically caring for the customers, and an overall uncleanliness that was not typical of Chipotle even 1-2 years ago. There’s a huge difference in quality between a fresh pan of chicken and the dry crust at the bottom of an old pan. You will likely get the latter if you eat here. This decline is not the fault of the one overworked person actually working, but rather the impact of 3-4 other employees doing nothing while seemingly being on the clock. If this only happened once I’d say it was a fluke or bad visit timing on my end. However, now that it’s happened multiple times, I infer that it’s just “business as usual” at this location. It’s sad to see a once innovative brand become an overpriced fast food experience and this store is leading the decline. To take your family to Chipotle means spending at least $50 and with that spend level should be higher standards and quality.

On 11/3/2024, I ordered a bowl from chipotle. I waited 25 minutes for my food to be prepared. When I got home and began to eat, I found a dead fly in my food. The lettuce that it was made with was brown like it has been sitting out for awhile. My boyfriend’s lettuce was brown as well. This is totally unacceptable. I hope everyone that looks at the reviews before they eat at this location take caution. You might find some dead insects inside of the food you order.

This Chipotle location is without a doubt the most disappointing one I have ever visited. The tables are consistently messy, and the staff on the line have difficulty communicating in English. When I ordered a burrito, I was given a bowl instead. Requesting extra rice proved challenging as the staff member didn't understand me and had to seek assistance. The chicken served was dry and cold, clearly being the last of the batch. The soda machine lacked carbonation and ice, yet sodas were still being sold. The young male "manager" provided exceptionally poor customer service. He would not give me a burrito like I asked for. He wanted to give me a tortilla on the side or put my previous bowl in a tortilla. . I said, I asked for a burrito why is it so hard to make me one with new ingredients and fresh chicken that’s being cut? My chicken I had was very old. After I sat down, Another customer who was in line before me also expressed dissatisfaction with the quality of the chicken. We both discussed we will not be back!

This place is disgusting. They have insects in their food, Behind the building they have buildup of trash, avocados all over the parking lot, they even have animals being attracted to the trash. I saw a raccoon eating out of their trash this morning when i pulled into overlook. This chipotle is disgusting! Please be weary of eating here.

Literally the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. No matter how many time I go, it is filthy. They’re almost ALWAYS out of certain sides like fajitas and beans. Trash cans are always overflowing… there’s trash all over the soda station … forks are always empty… no napkins… out of lids… Behind the counter where they make food is a mess. I’ve been here multiple times sporadically over the last two years in hopes that each time I go and time that has passed that it maybe has changed…. But it hasn’t. Not clean or appetizing. Needs better store management.
