I walked in and ordered to go, service was quick, and staff was friendly and helpful. I didn't go all the way in, but all the patrons coming out seemed pleased with the atmosphere 😀

I will start by saying, I am not a fan of IHOP. I was convinced to try the food. I must say, the food was well seasoned and delicious. Served right off the grill. Nice and hot. Service was quick and was checked by our server more than once even though it was very busy. Looking forward to returning.

This location is great. I haven't had such great experiences at other locations. This place has ample parking, and friendly staff. The food is fresh, tasty, and made quickly. Someone in my party had a medical problem and they were very helpful. Another time I went with a picky eater and they were very patient with us. I look forward to another visit.

Yeah iHOP usually has good service. This was my first time at this location and it was very good. Even on a busy day. The service was very fluid.

It's iHOP and you know exactly what you are getting: Rich syrupy pancakes, big packed omelettes, and the carafe of coffee that never runs out. Everybody speaks Spanish here, which is also nice. It's a little cramped, which is why I gave it three stars on atmosphere. But I love the hearty, tasty meals at this classic American restaurant.

Had a fantastic experience at IHOP in Larchmont! Despite it being a busy Sunday, our party of five was seated in less than 15 minutes. Our server was incredibly attentive, the food was fresh and delicious, and the prices were very reasonable. The restaurant was spotless, including the bathroom (even with just one stall). My grandma is already asking when we’re coming back, and I’m just as excited! Highly recommend for great food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Love this location and the convenience of being able to eat outdoors as well, the pics are the poblano breakfast burrito and the 2x2x2 breakfast, there is wifi as well! Service is excellent!!!

Well managed location. It was full when we went on a Sunday morning but we got a table faster than anticipated. Despite how busy it was, our server (I forgot her name), took her time checking in with us and it never felt rushed. I rarely review but this was worth it!

As usual the best breakfast and snacks in a home like environment

The food was great; service was adequate-- not long wait times to be greeted and served with food. I did have to remind our server about items requested and waive her down to pay the check but she was polite and friendly. This is a small IHOP, so the space can feel cracked if crowded. Our food was hot, and the new turkey melt sandwich (not the official name) was more delicious than I expected... and filling. The lemonade is delicious-- and even if not freshly squeezed, it was hard to tell. Awesome-ness

While heading home my son proclaimed he was "starving". We arrived an hour before closing and I was pleased that the staff did not rush us through ordering or the meal. Another LARGE party came in really close to closing and although they did announce the kitchen would be closing soon they were friendly and attentive. Mamaroneck IHOP has a great staff and they should be commended. Food was good, restaurant was clean and we will be back.

We just love IHop. Stuff is very friendly and welcoming. We ordered a pancake combo with scrambled eggs, bacon and hashbrowns. Eggs were a little dry but the rest was great. Would come again.

We absolutely love this IHOP location! Mainly because of an amazing waiter by the name of Junior. We are true IHOP fans and have been to several locations in various states, but Junior's attentiveness and hospitality is what keeps us coming back to this particular one. The other staff members are very nice and courteous as well. The feel of the restaurant is very family friendly and comfortable. Most of the time we come is during the weekend, and even with it being busy: the food is always fresh and the bathrooms, floors and tables are always kept clean.

Great service and food. Miguel was and is always an excellent server. Professional and friendly. Food was hot and tasty. I didn’t give a 5 star because mens bathroom is always dirty. Toilet needs constant check.

Went to the one in Larchmont. I think it's family owned, and from my experience: they treat their patrons as such. I have to caution you though: there is one male and female bathroom in there. If you someone ahead of you takes forever in that one bathroom and you have to go: oh boy.

Group of 10 grabbing an early morning breakfast w/o reservations... even though the place was already packed, our wait wasn't long, and they were able to seat us all together. Ultra casual, laid back, dining with an average breakfast menu that includes some specialties... like lump crab omelets and mimosas served in pineapple. Pricing was fair for the average breakfast items. However, some of the specialties were quite pricey... crab omlet and mimosa in pineapple - $30+ each. The food and service exceeded expectations. Everyone left pleased and well fed.

They were very nice, extremely attentive, quick service, good prices but the outside is deceiving. It’s very small inside and personally the seats were slightly uncomfortable because of how short they ended where the seat is. But they had amazing service, just thought it was bigger inside!

The food was good, nothing special though. Service was fine and (mostly) quick. No special decorations though but it didn’t really affect the experience.

It's an IHOP. If you have been to one, you should know what to expect. The wait is usually long on saturday/Sundays for breakfast/lunch.

Nice IHOP. Good area easy to park. Breakfast all day long is fantastic. Food was a bit off last visit. The standard buttermilk pancakes were lacking flavor. For some time most IHOPs only put out one flavor of syrup. The fun thing about IHOP was mixing the flavors. I think you can ask for the others but at 62 you get a side eye LOL. Well I hope they do better next time I don't go that often and I was disappointed with this last visit. Consistency should be a goal with food, service and environment.

Easy one: go for the pancakes. Menu is big and varied, but the pancakes remain the star of the show. Delicious, fluffy and yummy. If you're feeling sleepy they have the never-ending coffee to pick you up. Staff is super friendly and attentive. Recommended for a good hearty breakfast on a cold day! (We went Christmas eve!)

I hadn't had pancakes or french toast for a while..also over easy eggs...Yummy! I HOP was very quick about taking the order. Our breakfast at 800PM. Lol was ready in about 5-6 minutes. Nice staff.

Pancakes were fine, nothing special. Typical chain fare. Service was lacking. Had to track down waiter to check out, was MIA for at least ten minutes. Finally found him seating down in another section chatting with another employee.

Waitstaff was great. Friendly, efficient and professional. You can dine outside and bring your dog. Big plus. I hadn't been to IHOP in years. I didn't miss much in the way of food. Zero taste. Sausage raw in the middle. I wish I could transport their staff to a place with better food.

Staff and establishment was nice. Clean and good service from the staff. I'm from Texas, and as far as the food was concerned this has got to be one of the worst Ihops. Bacon was over cooked at a low temp because it was not burned but just hard like brittle. I had the strawberry /banana protein pancakes and it taste like I was eating toasted dry white bread

I must have went at the time that all the employees were on break. They were all sitting at the tables near the restroom and eating. Except for the cooking staff and one waiter. The order took a long time but the chocolate mousse pancakes were worth the wait. Luckily I had no plans so I was able to enjoy each bite.

This location has the strangest layout I have ever seen. Walking in you view the entire kitchen with seating to the right and left. There is barely any room for a hostess station. I was craving pancakes and got my fix. Restaurant needs updating... duck tape on holes in banquets is a turn off. All staff were great and pancakes were perfect.

I've come to this IHOP few times over the last couple of years. It's pretty much what you expect. Great breakfast and fast. It has that old school IHOP field, but I'm sure you're not really there for the ambiance of the place. The staff is friendly enough. They're attentive enough. I would probably give it more stars if it was a little bit cleaner overall. But it is a smaller IHOP, and so things are going to be really crowded. I'd like it this one to what you'd expect if you were in the south and went to a waffle House. You just kind of know what you're expecting when you get there. But I'd still visit again.

Don't know ow what it is, but IHOP has really lost their touch with quality, or it could just be the IHOPS I've been going to. The service was OK, but the pancakes I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. I feel i dont even want to go to IHOP ANYMORE. The past 4 different IHOPS I've been to was bad ,FOOD WISE. Don't know if they're being cheap, but IHOPE will not be around much longer if things don't change in quality

place was definitely crowded, aisle are to narrow, I was scared every-time they would pass by, because it's so narrow & crowded. Servers definitely did the best they could tho, I give them props, but they have to much seating available for the lack of space they have. Overall uncomfortable

Decent location servers aren't very sociable or welcoming but I'm personally ok with that. Food comes out pretty quick and usually without errors. My issue when you pay they ask if u want change rather than just giving back the change.....plz don't hold my money hostage let me tip how I feel fit for the service. 🗽

Stopped by for the haunted Halloween menu. The items we ordered were delicious. Especially the mummy burrito. Lucy our server was awesome.

The food was pretty okay and we were seated pretty quickly despite it being busy but this was not the same IHOP that it used to be. I'm not sure if it was the way it was because of Mother's Day weekend but it just seemed so unkept. I wish I had seen some of the things I saw before we ordered and ate. The waiter was ok but it was starting to get too crowded which meant the waiter had more tables and it also meant I needed to leave. I'll stick to the other IHOP locations. I prefer remembering this one for what it used to be.

This IHOP used to be my favorite back in my college days (late 90's). But my latest visit was horrible. Long waits. Waiters allowing friends to cut the line. Pancakes tasted like chlorine. Quality has taken a dramatic drop. The only redeeming thing was my waiter was very attentive. Now I go to the IHOP in the Bronx on Allerton ave. Much friendlier staff and the pancakes taste like how they ought to. I will never go back to this IHOP.

Definitely not up to the standards of the iHop franchise. The food was okay and usually ihop never fails in delivering quality food. This location felt cramped and my food was subpar at best. I ordered the bacon temptation with avacado and my avacado was not sliced, and was smashed basically on top of my omelet. Bad presentation. Salt shakers were wet on the top so the salt inside was pasty and wet and couldn't come out the top of the shaker. All of them were like that. For this place to be so empty when I arrived I didnt understand why it took 12 minutes for me to be seated. Poor experience this time.

Will definitely not be ordering take out from here again. I would however eat at the restaurant itself. Take out portions for the milkshakes were definitely subpar. Ordered an additional order of fries for my burger and it looked like they simply took the fries that originally came with the order and split it between two containers. Not crazy about this experience.

The seating was extremely cramped and uncomfortable, the table was dirty and when a staff came over to clean it there was still food on the chairs and table top after. I waited At least 15 minutes for my server to come over and introduce herself to me as well as take my drink orders. When the food arrived it looked nothing like what was on the menu. I requested that my pancakes come without whipped cream or powdered sugar and yet it came with both and my server was hesitant to take it back. This experience was disappointing and exhausting, I will not be returning to this location again because I’ve received much better service at other IHOP’s.

This Ihop looks great. New look inside. How ever. The food was not great. Ihop changed their menu a little. I typically go the Ihop for their omelettes. They were the best. Now it has as the menu word it, ( a splash of buttermilk.) Well not everyone can have dairy. People are either lactose intolerant or allergic to Dairy. So when someone like me who is both intolerant and allergic walks into your establishment, and you tell your waitress. The waitress tells you they can't even pull some eggs together and scramble them for you because everything is pre-made. That is SAD. VERY Unfortunate.

Food does not taste well compared to yonkers or bronx location This is my third spot when visiting ihop so not great. The quality is bad and honestly IHOP needs to audit their locations to ensure quality. But Larchmont has been bad for awhile. I could see this spot going out soon if it does not boost their quality standards. Room for competitor would likely do well in this area. Forgot to mention their room temperature was uncomfortable. Set ur temperature ~70. I complained and fixed then put back. So feedback to this place cares less what its customers think. A recipe for failure.

I’m a big fan of the IHOP chain. Unfortunately, because of the work schedule, I only once/twice a month visitor of IHOP. I know their menu and I’ve tried almost everything from it. This morning, I arrived to my client earlier and wanted to have as usually great breakfast because I’m all day breakfast person. Omelette came half a size of the regular omelette I usually have in IHOP. From bacon temptation omelette there was almost no bacon, only imaginary temptation lol. Also, instead of pancakes, I saw the picture of two crêpes in the menu with strawberry and cinnamon icing and cheesecake cream inside. Let me repeat it twice -TWO crêpes not ONE. They must be beautifully set on the plate or otherwise I can make them at home. And also I asked the waiter if I can get the crêpes instead of pancakes and he said yes for a little extra charge which was I think 2.99. I was fine with that extra charge. Note: the price goes up and quality should at least stay the same or become better. What I received it was ONE crêpe half a size with three or 4 quarters of a strawberry. It was so disappointing that I’m ready to not recommend this location at all. I was ready to enjoy my once a month visit to IHOP and I remained fully disappointed of the visit and the food. Never come to this location anymore

don’t know where to begin. from the moment we walked in it was a bad costumer service they didn’t assist us seating although I had elder and children with. They didn’t give us menu, utensils, water until we actually requested. Now the food, it was cold, no flavor and tasteless. Order strawberry pancakes and only had one strawberry. Order the breakfast sample and the sausage and bacon where burned. I gave them 1 start because the program needed one but i could do ZERO. Really bad experience

Customer service was really bad at this location. Especially when I had an error on the app they just made it that much more difficult to help and solve most likely won't be returning back to this specific location.

Free pancakes were made with old batter or cheaper. They were disgusting. the pancakes w mandated entree were completely different. The management should be fired I am writing long letters t o corporate head quarters regarding the Mexican three card monte scam. Sad, I loved IHOP

What a disaster! Horrible horrendous service the waiter was a complete bafoon. Not only did he mess up our order he was so incompetent he could not even figure out the right change to give us. Overly priced for FAST FOOD!

It was horrible. Both food was cold and it came with bacon and I requested well done sausage. We requested another menu and we were advised we can use the menu from 2 to 5pm. It seem like he did not understand. We just ate what we could and said we will not be back to this ihop.

I’ve been in several ihop’s and this is the only one that disappointed me my t bone taste it look like a pork chop plus they charged extra $ for the happy birthday singing and cake for my kiddo,at least they shoud let us choose the desert he likes not just to bring a chocolate desert that looked like a moose,never been charged for this service in any restaurant.

This place is ridiculous, ordered strawberry and banana pancakes for my son and all they did was put strawberry and bananas on the side and regular pancakes. What kind of ihop does this. No I did not put on the side on the notes. Clearly clicked strawberry and bananas pancakes. I am very disappointed

My Fiance and I waited over 20 minutes to be served and no one came to the table to see if we even wanted something to drink. They were busy sitting people more customers than actually helping the customers who were already there. There were also employees sitting around on their phones.

Horrible… Horrible service… we waited over an hour and 15mins for a simple breakfast for two adults and a child. Never coming here again.. I’m a resident of the village as well. Totally disappointed- the Manager was not helpful either.

Worst service! Waiter takes your order and is gone only to come back evently with the wrong food after the cooks were yelling for 6 minutes continuously for him to come and get the order. The food was wrong. Then it goes back to only get partly corrected in 10 minutes of waiting. To top it off its now cold. Then waiter again goes off to the table in the back room to playing on there labtop with the other waiting staff. Instead of doing there job while other customers foods await. I had wrong food before there but mostly a great experience. But never such disregard for the customers. The tables were left dirty and uncleaned. Over 30 years of patronage. No manager available! What has happened to our wonderful pancake house?? I will be in the future going to the diner instead, just sad, very sad!

The food there is disgusting. No one wears hair net that works, they’re handling the food. I had a hair in my pancakes, and then the manager was notified and he still made me pay full price and told me he’ll bring me a different pancakes that doesn’t have hair in it. Can you believe this?

The waitress, her name starts with an X Maybe Xioma something like that. HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM HER! Nonetheless, she gives me the check before I could even order anything else and going to say you have to order a full meal in order to receive the kids eat free … I couldn’t even get a chance to order a full meal because she came back with the check. then wants to make a comment when I’m telling her I don’t want the fries because it looks nasty .. she’s going to say I don’t want to fight. lol I will be sending my review official to the regional district manager. “She don’t want to fight” a customer smh. NEVER ONCE DID SHE CHECK IN to ask if everything was ok. Very horrible service.

I've eaten here several times but Sunday night...the food was awful!! Onion rings completely overcooked, kids burger served completely red in the middle, kids pancake served cold, turkey sandwich dry as heck and it never usually is. Very disappointing.
