Wow! A must go … it has it all! The service was impeccable. Elena is the best bartender I’ve had! She took great care of us with fabulous drinks and suggestions. The scallop crudo was amazing! I wanted another order. Also, we enjoyed the scallop appetizer, lobster pot pie and Brussels. Just delish. I want to try the Dover sole next time. This easily takes the cake for my favorite restaurant in Vegas. Domingo, the GM, also made sure we had an excellent time and is just lovely to talk to!! I see why the service is so amazing with him taking care of everything. Do yourself a big favor - SKIP Carbone and come here…Michael Mina is light years better!!!

Fantastic meal here if you can find it. It’s hidden behind the flower conservatory in the Bellagio. We walked past it at least twice and never noticed it. Reservations are recommended during peak hours. Restaurant was very quiet and peaceful. No DJ playing I’m not food was fantastic. He started with the scallops and the tuna. The scallops were some of the best scallops I’ve ever had. The two meal was OK, next time I would just get the scallops. With the entrée we had the mahi-mahi. It was great as well. We got a side of mashed potatoes, which were excellent. The service was exceptionally good and attentive. We ran out of time for a dessert.

★★★★★ Michael Mina already knows this, but just in case it hasn't been said loudly enough, Marcio is a national treasure. His knowledge of the menu is encyclopedic, but what sets him apart is the warmth he brings to every interaction and the genuine, unhurried desire to connect with you as a human being, not just seat you and take your order. He makes you feel like his only table in the room, even when you aren't. I hope Marcio always has a great parking spot, a cold pillow at the end of his shift, and every good thing the universe has to offer. Now, the food. You order the Miso Black Cod and it quietly rearranges your expectations. Buttery, perfectly caramelized, with a depth of umami you'll keep thinking about days later. Then comes "The Lemon" for dessert. Citrus curd, white chocolate custard, candied lemon peel. Precise, layered, and somehow both delicate and completely unforgettable. The kind of thing where you scrape the plate and then stare at the empty plate for a moment. This is what fine dining is supposed to feel like. Go. Take someone you love. Ask for Marcio.

Had an amazing dinner experience for my birthday at Michael Mina Restaurant! Thank you Chef Raj for the warm welcome. The food was absolutely incredible, and the service was outstanding. The whole team was so helpful and attentive, Truly a memorable evening! Served by karla!

One of the best food experiences I have had in my life. The chef is incredible. A genius! The flavors in all the dishes we were serviced were perfect. The highlight was the tartar. Ahi tartar with quail egg, pine nuts, mint & various spices. It was unreal. The price was also unreal… but we came to celebrate, and celebrate we did!!! Pictured is dessert, I wish I had taken a picture of the main.

Amazing place. Great ambiance and service. Food was superb. Great drinks. We had a little bit of everything on the menu. And everything was cooked and seasoned perfectly and was fresh!

We were so fortunate to book the table in the conservatory, and had an absolutely wonderful experience with the food, service and wine pairings. Their sommelier is knowledgeable, as well as personable, and we plan to go back on our next trip. Highly recommend!!

Our server Marcio was wonderful and the food was amazing. The charcoal-grilled hot seafood platter/tower is a must! For our entrees, we enjoyed the Phyllo crusted sole and Bolinas black cod. Last but not least, the Peach Melba souffle and white chocolate lemon desserts were just the perfect ending to a fabulous dinner....

Absolutely spectacular. They do not miss, every single part of the experience was perfect and the lobster pot pie is a must try bucket list tier dish. My server Danielle was amazing.

My favorite restaurant in Las Vegas! The food and service are exceptional, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. The cod dish really stood out — one of the best I’ve ever had! They’re also happy to split a dish for sharing, which is a nice touch. Lobster pot pie is very unique as well. Highly recommend!

Excellent fine dining with last minute reservation. Glad we stumbled upon this place. Everything was on point. Very attentive service, each little dip, bread, sides are made to perfection. Bonus they have fois gras and seafood towel on top of superb steak. Funny thing, I actually liked the New York strip more than the dry aged ribeyes. Could have done without the Brussels sprout I think. Will definitely come back for date night. Thank you Paul for the excellent service.

This dinner was for my husband's birthday. We could of not asked for a more wonderful celebration. The food was delicious, as was the wine pairings. The staff provided superb service. The ambiance of the Bellagio Conservatory is the icing on the cake. We did the Garden Table in the Conservatory.

5 Stars – Michelin-Rated Excellence and Unforgettable Hospitality Michael Mina is a true culinary treasure, and its Michelin rating is absolutely deserved. From the moment we stepped in, the entire evening was flawless. Paul went above and beyond—gracious, thoughtful, and even offered reading glasses to my date, a small gesture that made a big impression. Zoren and Ricardo provided impeccable service, ensuring every detail was taken care of with professionalism and warmth. The Lobster Pot Pie was an absolute showstopper—an extravaganza of spices, tender vegetables, and over 2 pounds of rich, succulent lobster all wrapped in a golden, buttery, croissant-like crust. It was indulgent, flavorful, and worth every bite. My taste buds were in 7th Heaven. The Tuna Tartare was a revelation—fresh, vibrant, and bursting with deep, enchanting layers of flavor that danced across the palate like a well-composed sonata. Each bite felt like a secret worth savoring. Then came the Steak—juicy, rich, and perfectly seasoned. Every mouthful was indulgent and satisfying, yet somehow still left me wanting more. I’m not saying I’d do it… but lock me up in the culinary ward with the chef and throw away the key. David, the bartender extraordinario from Hungary, showcased his international experience (Hungary, UK, USA) in every cocktail. Every drink was bursting with flavors that made my tongue dance. His Hennessy Espresso Martini was the perfect after-dinner drink—smooth, bold, and unforgettable. We looked forward to every recommendation. Eric, the sommelier, masterfully paired a stunning white wine with our meal that elevated the flavors to a whole new level. Justin, the manager, brought it all together with genuine hospitality, making sure everything flowed perfectly. This was more than just dinner—it was an experience we’ll remember for a long time. We’ll absolutely be back!

Located inside the beautiful conservatory of the Bellagio, Michael Mina offers a refined and memorable dining experience. From the moment you step in, the ambiance captivates—understated elegance with rich wood accents, plush velvet booths, and an inviting bar showcasing the fresh catch of the day in an open kitchen setting. It’s a space that feels both luxurious and welcoming. The service is truly exceptional—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm. The experience begins with a delightful amuse-bouche: a mini soup designed to cleanse the palate, followed by house-made flatbreads paired with a trio of flavorful dips—olive tapenade, tzatziki, and chickpea hummus. Each bite sets the tone for what’s to come. The cocktails were equally impressive. I ordered the Golden Hour, a tall and refreshing mix of Hendrick’s Gin, peach, lemon dill-infused honey, and champagne. It was absolutely delicious—bright, balanced, and beautifully presented. To start, we shared the winter salad, which featured a perfect blend of fresh greens and roasted butternut squash. The flavors were nuanced and well-composed—a simple dish elevated by thoughtful preparation. For our main courses, we chose the Branzino and the King Salmon, accompanied by a side of potato purée. Both dishes were flawlessly executed—the fish was delicately seasoned and cooked to perfection, and the purée was incredibly smooth, creamy, and flavorful. From start to finish, our meal was outstanding. The atmosphere, service, and cuisine all came together for an unforgettable night. Michael Mina at the Bellagio is a must-visit for anyone looking for an elegant and delicious dining experience in Las Vegas. Highly recommended

It's definitely a unique dining experience and one we will not soon forget. What could be more amazing than eating at a private table, in a magical gazebo, in a fairy forest? Well, the food that was served took the experience over the top. This table only has 2 seatings at night. 5:30 and 8:30 and seats up to 4 people. It's a set tasting menu that's designed only for the Garden Table. While it's a tasting menu, the portions are quite good sized, and when the steak was served it was a good sized filet and the sides were massive. We had a hard time finishing, as it was followed by two desserts, plus one for my husband's birthday. Although located in the corner of the Bellagio Conservatory, the table itself, this time, is quite secluded, but be prepared for curious folks at the entrance and having your picture taken while eating! Service was on point. We were sat a little late, but we're well taken care of. No complaints at all. Just one fantastic experience.

We dined at Michael Mina in the Bellagio several years ago, and after recently returning—and having visited other Michael Mina properties in Vegas—we're still amazed. I’m not sure what the secret is, but this place is persistently perfect. The food just hits the spot every single time. We also recently visited Carbone, which was a fantastic experience with top-notch service and atmosphere. Still, when it comes to food quality and overall execution, Michael Mina stands a level above. The sauces, the ingredients, and the chef’s precise understanding of how each final dish should taste—it all comes together flawlessly. If you’re looking for elegance and a truly classic, elevated meal in Vegas, I’m not sure you can do much better than Michael Mina.

Service is top tier, had a good listing for cocktails. We got the bugey berry (seasonal) and the ninth island (interesting combo of banana and pineapple that works well), both were really good. The appetizer of the grilled octopus is well-seasoned with the right balance. The duck breast is really fantastic with the softness and when served together with the foie gras, is complex and satisfying. The black cod got its justice- nothing can really beat the fish’s sweetness and texture when cooked right in my opinion. Coconut soufflé is very airy with mainly egg whites, but goes along with the coconut and chocolate ice cream nicely.

Absolutely delicious and stunning! Dining at Michael Mina was the most relaxed we felt during our entire trip to Las Vegas. The service was on-point from the moment we walked in and we were well taken care of. We had the Halibut and Crusted Sole and both were absolutely delicious. Our favorite appetizer was the gnocchi and king crab which was absolutely the best bites we had of the night. We were highly impressed and will definitely be back to try the tasting menu next time.

A wonderful experience. They mixed up one dessert but caught the mistake and didn't charge us, then later brought out the original dessert anyway. They also accommodated us on our tight time before a show.

Where do I even begin... a truly beautiful evening from start to finish. We almost didn't order the Tartar until our server so kindly reminded us it's a must have. He was so incredibly correct and on point (the entire evening). The tartar was amongst the most amazing dishes I've ever had. When it came time for entrees, the lobster pot pie was nice but truly the salmon and duck stole the show. If you're caught between any entrees let the Salmon be the winner. A beautiful evening and we will be back xx

This is “hidden” behind the Bellagio conservatory but that’s what makes this a “hidden gem”. The decor is simple, the lighting is muted and the conversation is mellow. The menu stresses quality over quantity, with a handful of dishes rather than 100s. The food is exquisite, the presentation superb and the thought that probably went into designing each dish is evident. I could eat here every day if I lived in Vegas. But then I’d probably go broke

Two words: just wow. The tasting menu at Michael Mina is a culinary experience everyone needs to try. My husband and I were celebrating passing my RE exam this weekend and surely we are never disappointed with Chef Raj’s tasting menu and the exceptional service. My favorite was the A5 wagyu and my husband loved the Sole and the Lobster pot pie. We went for my birthday last year and had amazing time with the wine pairings but this time we were tight on time so we just had the tasting menu since we had a show to catch and the whole staff made sure the courses were timed perfectly and we left on time for our show. We will be definitely be back for our next celebration!

Wednesday last we had the best dining experience of our life's. From the moment we walked in Justin and his staff made us feel like the most important VIPs to dine there. I'm a big water drinker. My pet peeve is a server or bus person going by my table or even worse putting something on our table and not noticing my empty glass. I watched our servers assistant casually check out my glass every time he was walking by. I joked with him about being so on top of it and he said that my job- exactly. If someone is that well prepared for that job, imagine how well the rest of the staff is (the polo lounge at the Beverly hills hotel where we had lunch the previous day needs to learn that lesson). I did get the tasting menu and it is a great choice. The prawns, hamachi so tasty and refreshing. the black truffle dashi is so good with the cod. The upgrade for the caviar parfait is all everyone else here raved about, me too Donna got the lobster pot pie again and this time loved it as last time she was sick when we were there. Desserts and the root beer float was the perfect way to end the evening. If you want a great evening and to be taken care of like you're a regular Justin and his staff couldn't have made us feel any more welcome.

If you ever have the opportunity to visit Michael Mina, I highly recommend asking for Marcio as your server. From the moment we sat down, it was clear that Marcio’s extensive knowledge of the menu and his years of experience truly set him apart. He wasn’t just there to take our order; he made the whole dining experience feel special. This was especially meaningful as we were celebrating my husband’s birthday, and Marcio went above and beyond to make it unforgettable. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and suggested some amazing entrees that we never would have thought to try. His thoughtful recommendations added so much to the evening, and the food was absolutely perfect. What really stood out, though, was Marcio’s genuine kindness and warmth. He took extra care to make sure we were comfortable and that everything went smoothly, creating an atmosphere of genuine hospitality that made the night even more memorable. At one point, my husband and I mentioned wanting to try a variety of dishes, and Marcio took the time to separate everything out for us, making it a fun and unique experience—one we’ll never forget. I truly wish I could give Marcio 10 stars for his outstanding service, because he made our evening feel so much more than just a meal—it was an experience. We can’t thank him enough for his kindness and attentiveness. We’ll absolutely be back to visit again soon, and we’re already looking forward to another incredible experience with Marcio!

One of my fave experiences eating a tasting menu. The food was superb. The service was impeccable. The environment was enjoyable. This is definitely something you would want to save up for because it is a once in a lifetime joyous occasion. Highly recommend for a date nice where you can dress to the T.

Did the tasting menu twice! Served vodka with their caviar dish, delicious. The phyllo crusted solewas my favorite, but it was All delicious. Staff was very good, indulged my large and funny group then my parents anniversary when I went back again. The A5 wagyu was very fatty so I liked the regular fillet better. So many great restaurants in Vegas but would definitely come back here. Great location right by the Bellagio conservatory.

A part of the Bellagio since opening, first as Aqua but since reborn twice as MICHAEL MINA Restaurant, it is under the direction of Chef Raj Dixit that the space secluded behind the Conservatory remains remarkable to this day. Always a special place, and picking up pace in early-Winter, it was at a windowside table that four guests were situated just past to 7:30pm, Carte Blanche once again deferred to the kitchen who can always be trusted to prepare a menu of pure opulence. Designed as an eight-course tasting, with white glove treatment afforded to all in attendance, it was following a Champagne toast that the night started with Michael Mina’s timeless Caviar Parfait commanding attention from black Eggs to crispy Potato Cake with palates cleansed between bites by Belvedere Vodka. Delivering Crudo and housemade Laffa next, the first of two baskets complimented by a trio of Spreads, Tagliatelle arrives with French Butter ready to be lavished with freshly shaved Italian White Truffles from Tuscany. Always seasonal, two of Mina’s famous Pot Pie served tableside with a generous amount of Lobster, Friday’s Fish course consisted of gently cooked Turbot bathed in aromatic Dashi fortified by Truffles and freshly shucked Peas. Not holding back with Muscovy Duck and its Liver plated with Mushrooms, the Sorghum-Pistachio Streusel tying into a palate cleansing Float, Dessert is always an all-in affair on this evening finding elegant Apple Tart Tatin alongside Pecan-Praline Shortcake and an upgraded Espresso Martini.

The server was absolutely amazing, kind, and attentive. Everything was amazing from start to finish. Definitely worth a splurge meal out. I had the scallops, which were some of the best I have had, just feel there should have been 3 instead of 2 for the price/size. I had the lobster pot pie as my entree. Wow is all I can say. Don't let the price scare you away, it was one of the best entrees I have had.

Every aspect of Michael Mina was close to perfection. Dover sole, my favorite fish, was the best I ever had. Staff were knowledgeable, helpful but not overbearing. The level of service was unlike any restaurant I have been to in the last 15 years+. We have been there twice and the experience was equally as good. Will go back soon as we are going to make it an annual tradition.

What a perfect way to cap off a Saturday night after seeing "O" at the Bellagio. With our reservation, we were welcomed and seated instantly. From the moment we walked in, the service was impeccable—our waiter was a master of presence, checking in just often enough without ever interrupting the flow of our meal. Our water glasses were never empty, and a fresh supply of their incredible bread appeared as soon as we requested it. The food was a true highlight. My partner's signature Phyllo and my Black Cod were both exceptional. The flavor profiles were deep and complex, yet they never overshadowed the delicate essence of the main ingredients. Every aspect of the experience—from the food to the service and the overall ambiance—was world-class. The only minor challenge was navigating the packed crowds in the beautiful Botanical Gardens to get to the restaurant. While this is certainly outside of the restaurant's control, it's something to be aware of during peak times.

Whether or not you’ve come to Micheal Mina for a special occasion, long before your experience ends, you’ll feel like your time there has lived up to any special occasion you could imagine. The tasting menu is smart and simple in the best possible way. Flavors sing, textures dance, the main ingredient on every plate is the star so freshness is not an option, it’s a requirement and never disappoints. Add to that a team of professionals who seem to be on a mission to treat you to the finest meal experience possible, and now you’ve found something rare. Choose anything on the menu that appeals to you, I promise, it will be wonderful.

As a frequent visitor to Las Vegas this restaurant is the one we never miss! To me the space is relaxing and familiar after so many visits. When you visit you are never rushed and the staff is beyond attentive. I absolutely love fish and normally will order the salad of the season and the special fish if there is one available. I have a tomato allergy and they are exceptional at changing a dish to account for this. The service is over the top outstanding, I feel so welcomed and they always remember us. The wines they pair are always delicious and I love that they always have those tiny root beer floats and little chocolate martinis for dessert. Chef Raj is so kind and welcoming and the entire staff is so welcoming each and every time. I am headed there soon for my birthday and I'm positive it will be another amazing night! Thank you to Michael Mina and all of the amazing team that make this our very favorite inside of Las Vegas!

Simply OUTSTANDING! By far the best restaurant in Bellagio, if not all of Vegas. We spent way more for a wildly disappointing meal at the new Carbone yesterday and came here today to be blown away. Both the bay and ocean scallops were amazing along with the lobster pot pie which was fantastic, which is Like an amazing lobster bisque with a full 2.5lb lobster and of course the incredible pie shell. Super creative cocktails and great wine list. But the best part was the people - true down to earth amazing service from people who really care about the details and your experience. Elena is an amazing bartender and Domingo, the GM is extraordinarily engaging and attentive. This is a MUST GO if you’re in Vegas. We will be back, many times!

Michael Mina was easily beyond five stars, the best meal I had during my stay in Vegas. The food was absolutely exceptional, with every dish prepared to perfection. The service was just as impressive; attentive, professional, and thoughtful throughout the entire experience. The atmosphere was elegant and welcoming, creating the perfect setting for a fine dining experience. I would highly recommend Michael Mina to anyone looking for a top-tier meal in Las Vegas. It truly stands out as a must-visit for food lovers.

Every bite was fantastic! We did the tasting menu. Amazing depth and balance of flavors. My husband and I are locals and have been to a lot of restaurants on the Strip, and Michael Mina was definitely in our top favorites. Also not too loud, which was nice. Excellent service.

Have loved this spot for years. My wife and I love to sit at the bar and enjoy the atmosphere and wines with very creative and interesting cuisine. One word of warning from this trip, however. The tasting menu at $195 is a rip off and overpriced. The portions are half sized from the normal portions but the pricing is more expensive than if you ordered the full portions separately off the menu. So, you end up spending 20% more than if you ordered the full portions of the same dishes off the menu. Whomever decided the pricing did not think this through. I ended up with 3 small portions of fish (maybe 1oz of yellow tail and 2.5oz of black bass) and a dessert for $200. I was still hungry. But what they did serve was delicious and beautifully presented. Bottom line - order off the menu and avoid the tasting menu.

A most sincere thank you to Chef Raj, Marcio, Domingo, Benito and everyone behind the scene at Micheal Mina who helped to create the most beautiful and thoughtful dining experience. We were graced with warmth and kindness which made the evening truly memorable. Chef’s tasting menu was artful with melt in your mouth comfort food that makes you want to close your eyes just to savor every bite. Well done everyone. To top off this unforgettable evening, I was blown away with my stunning birthday cake, complete with a Happy Birthday song that was simply delightful!! Again, thank you all from the bottom of my heart and I hope to see you all again soon!

First of all, the staff here is superb. We came to the gingerbread house experience at the bellagio conservatory and it was adorable. Our kids had such an amazing time. That is until my daughter dropped her stuffy in an unreachable location. Like, literally into a pit. Her tears started flowing and I ran to the nearest gift shop to try and salvage our trip. Cut to 4 staff members, brooms and sticks in hand, they saved the night! They rescued little "sleepy" and brought the joy back into my daughter's night. Thank you so much. Second, they were able to accommodate our last minute dining change and gave us a chance to create a magical holiday memory. Thank you, Mr. Lopez! Third, the food was amazing. Get the ice wine. Always get the ice wine.

We got the tasting menu and really enjoyed the majority of the food. However, the lobster pot pie was disappointing as the lobster was chewy, and liquid component was just blah. We also ordered the upcharge wagyu, which was overcooked. I wish we had not selected the uncharged items as these were the most disappointing. Service was great overall. If I had been asked about the wagyu I would have sent it back, but the server was busy elsewhere after this course came out. Highlights were the Tuna tartar and the sole! Both excellent. Dessert was enjoyable without any spectacular aspect. Lovely presentation.

We started with a trio of flavorful spreads and warm flatbread. I had the foie gras (the highlight of the night), ribeye, and A5 wagyu - all cooked to perfection. My wife enjoyed the scallops and black cod, both beautifully presented and delicious. A refined amuse-bouche was served between the apps and entrées, which added a thoughtful touch. Incredible service, elegant vibe

It was very good, especially the presentation of dishes. We had both the seasonal and standard tasting menus and everything looked lovely. Service was efficient, especially for a Saturday night. We enjoyed the food, but it wasn't spectacular. We eat at a lot of Michelin star chefs restaurants and expected a little more. The fish was slightly overcooked from sitting in broth, and I had just one small piece of lobster in the lobster gnocchi.

This was my first meal in Las Vegas, so it has some significance to it. However, I came away feeling largely disappointed and confused. First, the good: The service was impeccable and well-choreographed. My waiter was attentive and very professional. He accommodated my odd request for a half glass of port which I greatly appreciated. My reservation was at 9:15 and I dined until 10:15, so the fact that the waitstaff had maintained energy to spare to the end of their shift to deliver a really solid dining experience was a winner in my book. Also in the good was the chocolate mousse I had for dessert. It was phenomenal, with contrasts in texture and temperature that bloom in your mouth. The chocolate was balanced and smooth. A simple dish executed with absolute excellence and it honestly saved this meal. In a world where restaurants, even upscale, are just ordering their desserts and making nothing in house, this was an absolute treat and a delight. My final good point is the alcohol: the Riesling I ordered was really really pleasant, one of the best I’ve had. Now the “ok, fine”: I ordered the hamachi crudo. It was good. It was spicy, the individual pieces of fish were generous, and the flavors were relatively well balanced if simple and a bit passé. I suppose I was expecting more from a Michelin-starred restaurant, as I’ve had better and well-developed hamachi crudo dishes at non-Michelin starred restaurants - Girl and the Goat in Chicago, for example. The saving grace but also condemnation of this dish is its portion size. Generous, yes, but demands to be cut with a knife, so you’re left struggling to get all the dish elements on the fork with each bite so you can have it as intended without absolutely stuffing your mouth beyond the point of chewing. The bad: I ordered the duck, chanterelles, and foie gras. I have many problems with this dish but chief amongst them was the quality of the duck. When I got to the point of cutting my duck breast and my table actually started shaking, I started questioning myself mid-slice “So is Michael Mina’s Seafood’s Michelin Star up to date, or have they not been reviewed in a while?” It was TOUGH. Tough to cut and tough to eat. The flavor was good but overpowered by how tough it was. The dish was also just a mess. The foie gras was sort of over on the side in its own little separate world, and the duck, sauces, wilted mini radish greens, and chanterelles looked a muddy mess. At this point it really was my fault for not requesting a new or different entree but one of my faults is I don’t want to be a bother especially on a literal “end-of-shift” reservation, so I’ll take the responsibility on not requesting a replacement. However, the dish should’ve been right at the outset for the cost and prestige of this establishment. I was really disappointed with this dish and it left a bad taste in my mouth, figuratively speaking. Anyways. I’ve dined in enough Michelin star establishments (and even more very excellent non-started restaurants) to have two thoughts prevailing as I left this place: “how does it still have a star” and “oh my god there are so many other American restaurants that deserve such an award if this is the threshold”. I can’t help that I had these thoughts and I wish that I’d come away with a much better feeling. I will also say that I dined alone, and that probably had some psychological effect that made me more critical of my experience. Maybe if I’d been distracted by conversation I wouldn’t have noticed the table shaking as I cut my duck. Anyways, I would probably come back for another meal, but with substantially tempered expectations, and likely only if I had no alternatives. I would also order a different entree. I would absolutely come here only for the dessert.

It’s was our second trip and the food has certainly gone down in taste and quality. This was one of the most tasty seafood we had in the past but now a pale comparison to its own past. There are many other good seafood restaurants in Vegas. The servers have been here for years and are impeccable and the saving grace. But for the price - they really need to do some soul searching and give their clients the best seafood on the strip.

Though the service was spectacular and I loved walking through the observatory of the Bellagio to get to Michael Mina's, I didn't particularly find the food to be as amazing. To me, the caviar parfait had way too many elements to it. The tuna tartare was fine, but I didn't like the paprika all over the plate. I did enjoy the passionfruit and tropical flavors of the prawn, though. Unfortunately, even with the pictures that I took, I can't remember how any of the other meals tasted. Overall, it was OK.

C
Chien Chen

Overall, the food at this restaurant was hit-or-miss. While a couple of dishes stood out, most fell short of expectations, especially considering the price point. 1. Caviar Parfait: Served too warm—if it had been colder, the flavors would’ve been more distinct. The paired wine lacked aroma and failed to elevate the dish. A different pairing might work better. 2. Tuna Tartare: Probably the best dish of the night. The tuna was fresh, enhanced by sesame oil, pine nuts, and chili powder. Great flavor combination, though the bread was a bit too dry. 3. Blue Prawn: Crispy exterior, dressed with a tropical-style sauce. It was okay, but not memorable—similar to something you could get at a decent Chinese restaurant for a fraction of the price. 4. Hamachi Crudo: Well-balanced and refreshing. The temperature and seasoning were just right, offering a pleasant variety in texture and flavor. 5. Filet Mignon: The beef was dry and lacked character. Overall, very forgettable. 6. Phyllo Crusted Sole: Crispy coating was done well, but the overall composition made the dish feel heavy and not particularly enjoyable. 7. Fleur de Cacao: A satisfying ending. The salted caramel ice cream wasn’t too sweet, and it paired nicely with the rich chocolate mousse and candied cocoa nibs. Aside from the tartare and dessert, most dishes didn’t quite deliver—whether in terms of temperature, flavor balance, or overall value. The seating felt a bit crowded, and the environment was on the noisier side. For the price, the experience was underwhelming. Likely won’t return.

Nothing really surprise me. It’s my birthday dinner. So I would like to try another Michelin restaurant. I ordered black cod. It tastes good. Really soft and the black truffle sauce tastes mostly salty has not hint of truffle. I ordered a dessert- The lemon. It all tastes good but nothing surprise me. And service is pretty average, I don’t understand why this is a Michelin star restaurant. And there’s no birthday special. Just a birthday card with no specific information. Kinda disappointed.

Drinks were absolutely amazing, service was top class, the team made our party feel special, apps were delicious, the mains fell short… lobster pot pie lacked flavor big time - honestly seems like a dated dish… the steaks were ordered by two people at the table - one was fantastic and the other was just good. For the price of this place you expect perfection. Harsh review but it’s about firing on all cylinders.

We spent about $800 for two people, but the taste and quality of the food weren't worth the price. The service was great, but the food itself was disappointing.
