Great different kinds of foods coffees and drinks

I love this Dunkin' Donuts truly the only one I really like to go to. It's very clean and the donuts are fresh along with a coffee. Being that it is a kosher Dunkin' Donuts there are some things that will not be found here such as the bacon or the ham wraps

I went inside at around 2 a.m. and this guy was really really nice to me it was really cool to have such an outgoing employee of Dunkin Donuts being very friendly and being so polite to customers. I had the wake-up wraps and glazed donuts with an iced coffee- good consistent flavor. 😀👍

I was greeted and had my order prepared by an employee named Terrell I believe was his name. OUTSTANDING MAN!!! extremely professional. There was a bit of an flying ant issue at the moment, and when I went to order some donuts, he kindly stated that he could not sell me what was out on display, but went to the back and got me freshly made donuts. This dunkin donuts has won my loyalty. Job well done!

Not too bad in person but they completely suck when it comes to delivery service... They managed to screw up all 4 of my UE orders. One order was missing the meat on every sandwich, twice! Another one was missing half of the order, they're always missing utensils... Just horrible when it comes to orders... Just go in person and save yourself the headache. Update: I now go in person and I never have an issue! Great staff, very kind owner and store is clean!

This Dunkin Donuts is excellent for its variety it always has what you need the parking is sufficient and the people are polite the only problem is they could use more stuff because they get backlogged and lines start to form which is no good if you're just getting a few cups of coffee to go they should separate the lines and just have a line for picking up coffee

Typical Dunkin Donuts. It was empty when i came and i was helped right away. It helps that there is a parking lot. Had a donut and it was fresh and my Latte was good. Dunkin donuts problem is that their coffee is not consistent throughout its franchisees. Some places will have a good strong tasting Latte while other will have a watered down latte. Machines should be calibrated more often.

Placed an order for one of my clients and that went well. Had breakfast myself and while the 2 egg breakfast wraps for very good, the heated cinnamon roll was extremely oily. Would still return, but will stick with the donuts.

This Dunkin Donuts is kosher, so there aren't any meat items on the menu. But all the donuts and baked goods are available. It's also open 24 hours! Service can be a little slow and disorganized during busy periods but is the perfect place for midnight coffee runs.

Interesting place as it's a kosher Dunkin Doughnuts. The only thing is they are meant to have kosher versions of bacon and sausage (non animal substitution), which are in most of the items on the menu, but for some reason are out of stock as for May 2022.

They prepare the sandwiches properly and carefully, not like many other DD franchise locations. Also, quick easy in and out parking is excellent in this area. Always busy!

Good but too crowded. I saw a few orders that were not done as requested. I paid for a large Latte and was given a medium one. The barista said sorry and fixed it.

Loved the two for one deals but the place was very messy. The staff was great but I guess the mess was because it was pretty busy. The drink I had came quickly and tasted great. My donut was very fresh. I felt it was a bit pricey I miss the days when you could buy a dozen donuts for less than 10 dollars

Just your regular dunkin doughnuts. They have a wide variety of doughnuts, munchkins, ect. If you have never been to a dunkin doughnuts before, its a coffee shop known for its amazing coffee and doughnuts. I personnally recomend any ice coffee, the vanilla frosted doughnut, and hash browns. There are alot of tables and chairs in the store so you can eat there with a bunch of your friends. The ONLY DOWNSIDE is that the parking is terrible and that the lines are usually long.

Since the 1st time I've visited, this locale has been faltering. The drinks haven't been made up to standard and the service isn't bad, but maybe need some retraining on drink preparation.

This Dunkin donuts is a kosher Dunkin' donuts meaning that they don't meaning that they don't serve me in certain other kind of things they like vegan Dunkin' donuts there but you know it's cool and I definitely you know enjoy the Wi-Fi and you know like it's not you know the worst Dunkin' donuts but if you plan on going there just know it's like vegan like kosher Dunkin' donuts like you know everything's like turkey sausage you know depending on like what kind of eating you are like what you like to eat so you just just try to keep that in mind you know enjoy overall it's a good deal place to stop if you want some coffee you know donuts longer wait then usual

I'm here with my kids at least once a week. As far as quick kosher bites go, it doesn't really get cheaper than this, and the quality isn't bad. My kids love the wake up wraps. For $2 they get a tasty, filling, relatively healthy meal. I love the grilled cheese melt. At a typical kosher dairy restaurant a sourdough sandwich like that would easily be twice the price. The reason why I gave 3 stars is because the lines are often very long and slow moving, since there's often only one register open even during busy times, and for some reason drinks take forever, longer than food. I've waited 10+ minutes for coffee and/or coolada (slushee) before.

Had no doughnuts I order from the app. Place looked a mess with napkins and straw papers on the floors and tables. I do like their doughnuts when available.

Took 15 minutes to get an iced coffee and some munchkins. Only one person on the register on a Saturday morning- that doesn't sound prepared to me. Coffee came out good but next time I want coffee, I will be passing this location for sure.

I truly don’t know what to say, the place is clean but the situation with homeless people make to me walk out. Not because I hate them but because the terrible smell it was not easy to manage.

The food is good, but there is way to much disorganization in this establishment. There was about seven workers being the counter, and thirteen of us standing, waiting for our order, that we had ordered from the cashier. We were all standing in front of the mobile orders. Ppl had to shuffle to the side in order for the mobile orders to be picked up. I waited 12 minutes for my order. Not good. There were ppl complaining about the amount of time they had to wait. The place needs a different setup, where the mobile orders are to the end of the counter, and to the side. This will leave the other customers free from this obstacle. Consider it.

They have good food. Orders do tend to get stolen, unfinished, or missing items. If you order online they are missing some items from the menu. It is kosher. They have no meat (or vegan substitute).

Donuts fresh. Young lady on the first counter seemed overwhelmed. She let line grow while she was assisting with the coffee making at the second counter which already had 2 people working that section. She was not very friendly or accommodating. Maybe the station where the donuts are ordered is not for her. I noticed she only started to operate that way when the line was loading up with people of color....hmmm!?

This was not a good experience. There was HAIR😫😮☹️ in the donut. I told my daughter, TAKE IT BACK! They did replace it, but the DAMAGE WAS DONE.

Every couple months when I forget how slow the service is I go in here. I’m standing in line now at 8:30 A.M. disappointed at myself for even thinking things would change after years of nothing changing. One person taking orders and a long line of customers who keep walking out in frustration. The only reason I’m still standing here is for my daughter who wants doughnuts at her birthday party.

3/4 times the order is completely wrong. Can't tell you how many times I contacted Corporate for refunds or adjustments. Missing items, different items, etc. Other times I wait and wait and wait and then finally inquire, and they rudely tell me they don't have what I ordered and ask what else I want to exchange for. If I just ask for a refund, they say they can't do that to mobile orders. So I again contact corporate. They also completely ignore people who ask for simple things like straws when they run out, or people who have been waiting. They really don't know how to staff properly or do anything remotely customer friendly. Problem is they will always have customers since they cater to the kosher consumer and there aren't any alternatives. What a shame.

They definitely need to hire more staff. I ordered & paid extra for iced coffee with oat milk. Waited 14 minutes & asked the young man about my order he replied we don't have oatmilk.I was never informed & was never offered another option. Waited 10 more minutes for 2 items. The young man at the register just sits there. He does not help the other 2 workers.

This place is usually pretty good, but today I waited 30 minutes for my frozen coffee (which someone made and then left sitting in the machine for 15 minutes) and two sandwiches. The guy making drinks kept making orders he had already finished and then tossing them out when he realized it was already done.

This is the best dunkin around. They are the most generous with vanilla cream in the donuts and frosting on top. They don't skimp. EDIT: I edited my review. This place has fallen into disrepair. Waits are totally unreasonable. 17 min for a regular coffee. Poor workers here are overworked. Place is understaffed.

Asked for a latte and the brat behind the counter was doing nothing but giving me attitude. She assumed I wanted it cold so I had them remake it and gave them my receipt. Once I got it back, it wasn't oatmilk. So I asked for it to be remade again and got nothing but attitude from the two young workers. They need to be taught some manners. I was nothing but nice and got nothing but attitude from them. The rest of the staff was great! Just frustrating that I was the first order this morning and the last to recieve it...

Be prepared to repeat your order 10 times and still hope it's correct.

I used to like this place. I don't know what happened. I ordered via mobile order outside the store...waited ten mins and I walked in. They had the warm items ready but not the drinks and donuts. I saw there was only two people working so I gave them time, I wasn't in a rush but so I realized the worker wasn't gonna to attempt to finish my mobile order as she proceeded to server others. I went on the line and got my items. I get in the car and the bagel twist is so burnt its dried up 😆. I'm done with this place. Also, what's up with the fruit flies, kinda feels dirty inside.

Did on the go order to avoid the line but everyone on the long line who ordered after I did got their stuff first then had to ask them for my munkins and the rest of my stuff for the box of Joe worst service I received here. Employee doing coffees was slow moving like a turtle

TERRIBLE!!! TERRIBLE!! I tried to place an order online, but couldn't. I realized when I got there, they were in disarray because they had a large order. I placed my order for a hot drink at the cashier; I received a cold drink, and I made it clear because I saw him pick up a plastic cup. He gave me a cold drink in a paper cup!@ TERRIBLE!!!! TERRIBLE!!

Bad service, very low variety of stuff. Box was dirty. The first worker ran away from us and never gave us our food, so we had to order again with another worker. Also messed up our order, and gave the wrong muffin.

Quality here has gone completely downhill. Their espresso machines are always "broken", their iced coffes are 75% ice, and they take forever compared to other Dunkins. Will not be coming back.

Honestly I’ve been going there for quite sometime and I’ve tolerated the rude behavior but it was my last day going to this location I placed my order 40 minutes ahead of time and when I got there my order still wasn’t ready and the lady gave me such an attitude. I was so upset I just left after waiting and got a refund I like how close this location is to me but some of the staff really needs to learn how to treat other human beings instead of rolling your eyes when I ask where’s my order, completely ignoring me, or telling me I have to wait while serving other customers that came after me. Idk it really rubbed me wrong and I’m not going back to this location again.

EVERY TIME I get coffee from this Dunking my coffee is always dark and bitter and taste like Tylenol. Employees are very nasty and very lazy, I asked for a bagel and one of the workers told me they have no more when the shelves were stocked. If you want for food and good coffee I highly suggest you go to the Dunkin’ Donuts on Valley Stream not this one.

First an last time stopping at this dunkin donuts. There was an older woman scratching her head and she had no gloves on. I told her no thank you ,an had another employee take care of me. Then she had an attitude. Overall service terrible and cleanliness 👎

I had a Large iced coffee my daughter had a large caramel latte my other daughter a medium Charlie my coffee taste horrible burnt I couldn't even drink it. The latte also taste burnt and Han no caramel just the drizzle used for a garnish. My other daughter's coffee also taste just as bad. We had to toss them. We were already on the road in a rush heading to an appointment and couldn't go back to exchange them. It was very disappointing being that we love dunkin so much.

Maybe this is the worst DD ever, the place is a mess. Poor customer service. Is open 24 hours but if you visit the DD after 10:00 pm theres never donuts available, but they have the donuts in the back but the employees can't place the donuts in the racks, cause they have to wait for a Mashgiach to place the donuts in the racks, this makes no sense. The Mashgiach should clean this place cause is a mees.

My girlfriend ordered an iced coffee with coconut milk through uber eats from this place and they couldn't do a simple thing like that right, train those worthless teenage employees better. They didn't add any type of milk to it and it tastes horrible.

Just at this store. Asked for bathroom but the lady just lock the door infront of me. The bathroom was working well coz the guy cleaned 5 min ago. But the lady lock the door saying its not working. The store was quite busy but that doesnt mean they have to close the restroom. I think that was rude.

Nasty older Hispanic guy working the register on the night shift 5-8-15. He tried to provoke a confrontation with us over his unprofessional attitude. He threw our food and coffee and change at us because we dared to question his attitude. Stay away from this location. Feel sorry for the owner as this guy is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

I can throw these donuts like cricket across rockaway take. They have nasty looking employees at night with no customer relations. They would pack 6 to 10 donuts pushing them in a bag to save boxes.the donuts don't have any taste.it taste like fake food like seriously.it changed tremendously never again.

There was a breakfast rush, my friends and I ordered in store but we were waiting a long time to order. Even then we were inside for almost an hour, waiting for small items and coffee wasn't worth the wait. The workers focused more on the mobile orders while a lot of customers inside were waiting an hour just for a donut or one coffee.

This place is absolutely terrible I tried getting a bonfire Smores frozen coffee and it tasted like nothing!!! They did not put the mocha drizzle on the drink and I was disappointed My sister asked for a donut and they did not give her the correct one and about the drinks they did not taste well it wasn't sweet not enough. Not much of effort put in to them and I don't recommend it at all.

My husband bought a regular coffee from here earlier today. Shortly after he started to drink it he became very ill, throwing up for over an hour, and he became pale and began sweating. He's better but is still dizzy and light-headed. Please be careful, ask if the coffee is fresh. I have no idea what could have been in it to make him this sick. EDIT: I should have posted this sooner. Our doctor said that coffee alone, even stale coffee, shouldn't make someone immediately throw up. It was determined that something might have been added to the coffee that didn't belong there but we have no proof. Folks, please be careful. If the staff gets rude with you, get your money back or just walk out. Do not take food from people who are getting upset or irritated. Also, don't you get upset or yell at them (I know it's hard because you want to stick up for yourself) and then take the food THEY made and consume it. Just avoid this place at all costs.

Clean establishment and friendly staff, but ridiculously slow. My coffee is never sweet, and I get more than 6 sugars. The food comes before the drink because the ladies on drinks are slow and cater to the on the go pick up orders... Needs to pick up pace and will be perfect.

Staff is very rude and aggressive towards African Americans. I ordered my breakfast and asked for a cup of water to take my medication and was denied by several staff. The lady pretended to act as if she could not understand but spoke perfect English to her coworkers. A young man finally came over and provided me with the water when I expressed I am going to submit a review.

I am horribly disappointed and disgusted again! Over 50 min for an online order. Every green from high school late waiting over 40 min in line. The workers won’t even speak or acknowledge that you need help. They just keep charging the next inline. Not concerned at all for those who paid m. I asked for a manager there was none. I asked for a number to call to speak to the manager they gave me the store number and just let it ring for 20 min. Disgraceful. What happened to the family business that cares. Dad for John and Lupita if this is what is will be. Gonna lose a whole lot of business.

If I can rate zero stars I would!!! Poor customer service. Asked if they made hash browns since I didn’t see them on the menu and really had the nerve to tell me that she wasn’t going to make them for me, who says that to a customer? There wasn’t much of a line to have attitude with people when ordering. When you would order she was rushing you as if she had to be somewhere. And on top of that she was having an entire conversation on her AirPods.

Saturday night shift beware! Most incompetent and laziest staff I have ever encountered. Made a very simple order of bagels and hash browns. After placing my order, I joined a large crowd of people waiting to receive their orders. A half hour later still waiting. There were about 6 staff members working the kitchen, literally wandering around taking their time to spread cream cheese and tuna on bagels that looked like they were out for hours. 30 minutes later, still no order. Finally a staff member announced to the large crowd there were no more bagels. AFTER A HALF HOUR. Tried placing a refund and we had to wait another 15-20 minutes. Never encountered such incompetence.

I cannot believe the experience I’m having right now here. There is a literal crowd of people waiting for their drinks still, AND ITS BEEN OVER AN HOUR! The crowd has not decreased. Worst Dunkin’ Donuts experience ever! If there were 0 stars this would be it!

Do not go here! Customer service is terrible! The cashier messed up my order, and when I asked for a refund she told me she cannot give me back my money because a manager isnt there and to understand where she is coming from and help her! I had to tell her how to issue my refund, and she still didn't want to give me my money. I waited almost 10 minutes going back and forth with her; eventually she refunded me my money. The audacity to screw up my order and not want to give me my money back! To make matters worse, she had the nerve to have an attitude and be rude about it. A young lady came after me and she messed up her order too. Completely unacceptable.

Customer service could be better, I was told there were no more 2 bagels for 4 dollars yet it was on the menu! when I showed it to the lady taking the order she refused and said she can't do it.. Just the whole vibe felt uncomfortable, I guess honoring the 2 bagels for 4$ is only for certain customers.

I was in there for 10 minutes waiting for my order to be taken and the staff were talking to each other. They looked at me doing other orders. But they weren't saying anything about them needing a few minutes or anything. It wasn't just me but the people behind me as well. (This was a 11 months ago btw that I made this. Had to edit out a mistake.)

It is never clean and the order is always wrong. Food prep person on their phone while preparing food and never wipes the prep area after each meal people have food allergies there was sesame in my bag I am anaphylaxis to sesame.

Haitian guy working the front around 4-5am is extremely lazy. Asked for a bagel with cc toasted and he said we don’t have any fresh ones after I seen some bagels already sitting there. Been going there a few months already and noticed he keeps getting lazier. Owner needs to get rid of him, and he be acting rude like he doesn’t want to take the order. Hope owner sees this

If I could rate them 0 stars I would. I waited an hour for my order, which was just a drink. They don’t even follow the number system chronologically, so all the orders are entirely mixed up by random. There was a large crowd just waiting for their drinks that were many unclaimed drinks piling up. Foods were also given cold and orders were missing things. The most disorganized Dunkin I’ve been to and I’ve been to plenty with fewer people that still got the job done efficiently.

I love this Dunkin but this worker right here clearly hates her job and the service she provides is HORRIBLE which is why I give 1 star. Ordered a bagel and 2 hash browns at 10:37am and received my order at 11:01 while I watched her skip over my order several times. She refused to give her name so i can let her manager know how she walked in the back to be on her phone while she had several customers waiting for the food. She tells me if I have an issue I can cancel my order. Is this how Dunkin treats their loyal customers? I WILL NOT BE BACK IF SHE IS THERE

The service is beyond horrible. Not one worker speaks proper English. The wait is forever, no matter when you come. Every single time I've been here they've messed something up, and I promised never to come back. They recently renovated and NOTHING has changed. Only now it's even MORE dysfunctional. What they need is AN ENTIRE NEW STAFF, that actually speaks proper English. This is a very bad dunkin

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth Coming Anymore I’ve been coming to this location for a long time, and unfortunately, the experience has consistently gone downhill. The staff is consistently rude and impatient, making interactions unpleasant. They rarely get customizations right — no matter how clearly you ask, your order often comes out wrong. For example, I asked for less ice in my drink, and it was still packed with ice. I later learned that the manager supposedly instructs staff to charge extra for no ice, which seems unreasonable. Today, I ordered an iced caramel latte, and what I got looked and tasted like plain milk — no color, no coffee, nothing. When I ask for coffee to be added they insisted on charging extra instead of being understanding. So I asked for my money back. After all these years of being a loyal customer, it’s frustrating to see things change for the worse. It’s simply not worth coming here anymore. You’re better off driving a bit further to a different location with better service and consistency.

4/6/25 went into this Dunkin’ Donuts, and it is nothing but trash. The workers are lazy who would not even open the bathroom door after asking, stood there for three minutes for them to just hit a buzzer only to go into the bathroom that was disgusting and had zero toilet paper so I will never step foot in this trash establishment again

I had my worst shopping experience in dunkin. Today, I waited for 30 minutes for the workers to take my order. They weren't even understaffed. Furthermore, I waited an additional 30 min for them to get me my already purchased food, and they left out part of my order which I paid for. I do not recommend going to this store. It will ruin your day, and waist your time.

False advertising! They knowingly do not offer or restock the imitation bacon. But they still charge you and have it on their menu. Management get your stuff in order! Ordered the breakfast special a coffee a fake bacon egg and cheese and a hash browns , and a tuna sandwich with cheese. What I received. Egg and cheese croissant no fake bacon. Hash browns which were cold. Tuna bagel tasted old and wasn’t toasted also was missing the cheese. Coffee was the only thing I received the way it should be.

Todays service is as horrible. The previous day I went for a latte and the service as above and beyond. This day a young lady and gentleman served me on top of the long wait time of 15 minutes they had added no whipped cream or any sugar inside my latte. You’d think this is just a petty post but another thing on top of that is that I waited patiently outside for my order in 19 degree weather because I didn’t have my mask. The people that worked there the day before were excellent but today was just downright bad. Someone needs to discipline these baristas in some way. TL;DR Waited 15 minutes for drink and they got it wrong
