This restaurant is also a bakery and are constantly making fresh bread. The food is great in my visit had a Carne Desebrada omelet with beans and pattos and it was very good 👍🏼 highly recommend this place!!
This is a really good breakfast and lunch spot. I chose the chilaquiles with poblano sauce. They have many different combinations to include house potatoes and refried beans. Last time I got the Chilaquiles rojo. They have a pretty extensive dessert list and make their tortillas in-house. Basically, you have a coffee shop, bakery, and restaurant all built under one roof. Try it they have great arrechera steak! 2nd time here. Tried the Arrechera and Chicken/Arrechera fajitas. Didn't disappoint. The place is a little loud with the tile floor and the staff still wear masks which makes hearing them difficult.

The food really is old school Mexican fare. From enchiladas, to barbacoa, to handmade tortillas - all of the food is of the highest quality. The waitstaff is incredibly attentive and accommodating. No liquor is available, but the food more than makes up for it.

Excellent food and service. We were driving by and place was busy. It was so good went back the next day for breakfast. The manager came out and invited to there signature coffee. Very affordable. Very clean. Quick service. You will not regret going here

I recently visited El Sason de los Abulelos with my wife and really enjoyed the food, This place is a delightful breakfast spot that left a positive impression on us. The restaurant boasts friendly service and offers generous portions, making it ideal for families or big groups. The coffee was great and had a traditional touch reminiscent of Chinese cafes in Mexico City. The menu has plenty for everyone from omelets and traditional Mexican breakfast like chilaquiles and other things. They offer barbacoa estilo Hidalgo on the weekends. The bathrooms could use some improvement, though. Overall, it is a great choice for a satisfying breakfast experience. Try the Secina it's really good. Prices were reasonable. We went on a Saturday so we expected to be busy . We were seated in 15 minutes or so, not long wait, given it was busy.
One of the best places to eat breakfast. Every time I've been there I don't have to wait too much or nothing at all. The flavor of the food is delicious.

Everything is excellent, the seasoning, the portions, the price is slightly high but in line with the size and quality of the dish, the service is very good, the place fills up very quickly on weekends so I highly recommend arriving early or the wait time can be somewhat long. I have been there several times and I have never had a complaint except this last time when they told me that you can only be at the table for an hour and a half maximum, while it is true that it is enough time to have breakfast if I find that rule somewhat unpleasant, I can't imagine a waiter politely asking diners to leave the table, I hope they can remove that measure.
