Very tasty . Good portions. Drinks including coffee included in menu , do not need to pay for this . It is opened from the morning and when other cafes inside are closed, this one is full of people but more expensive then fast food. Have video on my page

Restaurant belonging to the Alsea group. This Vips, with the "Smart" moniker, offers a cheaper option since it doesn't have table service. The food is similar to any other in the group, but the downside is that they bring all the food out at once, appetizers and main courses, which means the dishes get cold. In conclusion, I prefer to pay a little more and not have to eat quickly so my food doesn't get cold.

It needs improvement. The food was good, correct, and very clean; although there was quite a delay in bringing the dishes, and I didn't really like the detail of them being so on top of us when we cleared them away... almost before we'd finished eating them. I see it as a bit rude, as I take it as if they were trying to kick us out.
Coffee with milk: We ordered it lukewarm. They couldn't possibly burn the coffee any more (machine calibration error, I suppose) or the milk any more (that's a staff training issue). Pancakes: 26 minutes, as far as I could tell, with 8 people working, the manager standing around talking to everyone else. The only noteworthy thing, I want to believe, is that they heated the coffee to 300ºC because they knew it would be drinkable by the time the pancakes arrived. Either they're geniuses in the hospitality industry, or they're simply incompetent.

Good morning, I would like to file a complaint regarding the service I received today at the VIPS in the Sambil shopping center. We went to the restaurant, which was empty, and were first informed that it was self-service, which we accepted without issue. At approximately 12:35 PM, we tried to order two breakfasts and were rudely told that breakfast hours were "until 1:30 PM," without any kindness, empathy, or intention to offer any alternative. I understand that there are set hours, but it is unacceptable that, with the restaurant empty and the difference being only a few minutes, customers were treated with such disinterest and lack of courtesy, giving an impression of unprofessionalism and a complete lack of customer service. The experience was very negative, not so much because of the policy itself, but because of the staff's attitude, which was unpleasant and inconsistent with the image expected of a chain like VIPS. I hope you take this complaint into account and review both your customer service and how you communicate these types of situations.
I placed a €95 order for the table, they didn't say anything to me, and then five minutes after we started eating, they told me they were closing in eight minutes and we had to leave. I find it unbelievable that a restaurant of this caliber has such a lack of respect for its customers. If it was late, they should have told me when I placed the order at 10:12 PM, and I would have gone somewhere else. You are completely disgraceful. Thankfully, other Vips restaurants have more decency than you. Goodbye, you have lost five lifelong customers.
They were stingy with the portions. You order a large milkshake and they give you a metal cup, which in other Vips restaurants is full, almost empty. They refilled it a little more after I complained. There was also a girl complaining about a plate of nachos with cheese that was only half full. They made me stand at the counter until they prepared my entire order while they served other customers. I don't recommend it at all and I certainly won't be going back.
I've recently ordered the Tuscan salad at several VIPS restaurants and it's been delicious, but here it was small and the steak was small and dry—nothing like what I've had at other places. At the end of the meal, they asked me for my honest opinion, and they apologized. I wouldn't go back.
I'm not going to talk about how bad and expensive the food is. Or how slow and inefficient the service is. All of that is implied when you go to a VIPS. Today things went a step further, turning our dinner into an unpleasant experience. The staff themselves were eating next to us with their cell phone music blasting and shouting. The manager's response was that we should just put up with it, that they were on their break and could do whatever they wanted. I've never seen such a lack of manners and respect in a restaurant.
I went to VIP Smart in the Sambil Shopping Center at 10:30 p.m. intending to have dinner, and to my surprise, they told me they couldn't serve me because the kitchen was already closed. I completely understand that a restaurant that closes at midnight needs to clean up and close the kitchen a little earlier, but certainly not at 10:30 p.m. At that time, there's still an hour and a half until closing time, plenty of time to prepare any dinner. The service was also unfriendly, as if I was asking for something impossible. I think a restaurant of this type should be much more professional and transparent: if the kitchen closes so early, they should indicate this in their hours, because it's normal to assume that you can't dine until close time. A very disappointing experience; I don't recommend it at all.

The worst of fast food concept and the worst out the menu you can find in VIPs. Bad choice.
Food took 40 minutes, came out cold. Quality was ok, but general experience was terrible
