Great lunch stop for our family of young children! Lots of food and a comfortable atmosphere.
The Fam had a great visit. I had the Big DILL melt. 10/10 would get again!
Great food, generous portions, good prices. Friendly service
Great foor, big portions....just a great diner to stop at
Great breakfast! Super fast service (even when there were a lot of people there). The food was delicious, standard breakfast food but better, hard to describe how, just better all around. Definitely recommend! A must stop!
This tiny dinner gives a big punch!! Large portions of food! Great place to stop by to fuel up before hiking Watkins Glenn! Service was great. The hashbrowns were by far the best I have tried, made perfectly! Pulling up to the dinner I questioned my self..if it would be worth it. Folks..it is worth the stop! So stop by and fuel up before your trip, hiking or to the lake!!
Amazing place. The food is very good here. I'll definitely be going here every time I go by.
Excellent food and lightning-fast service! This is our favorite pit stop on the way to Buffalo for Bills games. The food is always great and arrives at the table quick. We've been here many times and have never had a bad meal or a bad experience. Even with a full house, they manage to keep things moving. Highly recommend stopping in if you're passing through Mt. Morris!
The place is freshly remodeled since I was there last, the breakfast items were served hot and fresh. Although the food came out fast, our young server seemed to just go through the motions and not showing any interest in her patrons, but just getting the tables served.
This was a great surprise find while exploring the area. Very popular in the area and seemed always full but did not wait more than a few minutes to be seated. Great American diner food with excellent breakfast choices. Very fair prices.
The best diner in the area (worth a trip from Geneseo). The $8 Greek salad was delicious & enough to take half home (see photo). The pita didn't make it to the to-go box, it was too delicious. Home fries were seasoned perfectly. Staff is all nice & good at their jobs. Everything is clean & bright. Definitely a go-to breakfast or lunch spot.
Stopped by for lunch yesterday....had a wonderful salad with chicken on the side. The wife had an egg salad sandwich with chips...the salad was fresh, crunchy lettuce, tomato, cheese, cucumber and Italian dressing.... unfortunately I can't remember our servers name, but she took great care of us and gave us exactly what we ordered. The other wait staff were all very pleasant and answered any questions we had . If you ever go past Mt Morris, please stop in and give it a try, you won't be disappointed.
My family and I have stopped at Brian's for over twenty years. The last 17 1/2 years Brian's has been Owned by Chef Sam... What 'a fellow.... Realising that yesterday - Wednesday, the Diner closed at 2pm on my drive back to PHL from YYZ - I had planned to stop and get the Worlds Great BLT toasted on Rye with X-mayo. Arriving at 1:30 I apologised for my timing and ordered. I had some serious car trouble - back in Perry, NY 4 miles back up 20A.. I told the waitress - she said "let me get Chef Sam the owner to see if he can help".. Chef Sam comes out near the 2pm close and offers to help. After trying to fix the problem with my car Sam calls and tells me to follow him over to his favourite Garage " Basils Repair Shop " in Perry, NY. Having been around the world most of my life with cars - "I would take these gear heads Anywhere!!" Looking at what we thought may be a mission Impossible.. Chaz (mechanic and dear friend of )Chef Sam and I toiled and after 2 hours put my old girl back on the road for the remaining 300 miles back to Berwyn, PA. Great Food , unbelievable kindness from Chef Sam and all at Basils and friendships now made makes me smile widely today. Long and short of it all ....WOW... Bills Game, State Park visit or just driving by - You will not find a kinder more solid nor more enjoyable place than Chef Sam et his Crew at Brians USA Diner. Thank you Sam, Chaz, Scott et all, So greatly and deeply appreciated H D Grant Berwyn, PA
Great! Food was excellent. Staff was very friendly. Portions were generous. Great spot to stop and enjoy a meal with the family before or after visiting Stony Brook
Stopped for Breakfast, before we headed to Niagara Falls. The waitress was wonderful and the meals were outstanding! Then we stopped again for dinner, again the waitress was fantastic and the food amazing. Prices are reasonable and you get a great amount of food for your money. Outstanding job! Keep up the great work 👍
Just driving through from Buffalo towards Binghamton and this was a great stop while on my way. My chicken sandwich and onion rings were amazing and so was the house hamburger & fries. So many items to choose from including a cheese quesadilla too. Greats cooks, servers, clean, & great price. $32 for 2 sandwiches with drinks. The best chicken sandwich I’ve had for years. A must stop if u r going through the area.
Great diner food. The service was outstanding. Waiteress was very attentive to all tables and pleasent.
Brian's never disappoints. It was my first time trying their hollandaise. Wow! Amazing and actually homemade. I think I found my new favorite but the homemade sausage Biscuits and gravy is a close second. Fantastic food and friendly faces, you must give Brian's USA Diner a try. It's well worth the drive.
We had a great experience at Bryan’s diner. We enjoyed the beer battered Haddock, loaded baked potato, macaroni salad with a lobster bisque soup that was worth leaving a review. The service was equally as good. Thanks for the experience.
Soooo good , had the big breakfast and it was just right! They ain’t stingy I’ll tell you that much they want you to eat! Very clean place and super friendly staff ordered a hot tea and it came with a tea pot just enough for another refill. It’s the details for me go here! Enjoy and support a local business that truly cares about their customers.
I found this gem of a place when I was camping at Letchworth State Park and woke up to ice covering my supplies. I ordered biscuits and gravy and it was by far the best I’ve ever eaten. I’ve come back every fall since. I look forward to my breakfast all year. Service is so fast and the servers are always friendly. Run here, don’t walk. You won’t be disappointed.
Great chicken sandwich. It was very large. The lobster bisque could have had bigger pieces but was tasty.
Friendly staff, great food at reasonable prices, and excellent portion sizes. We split a French toast and an omelette which was perfect for two people and let us have something sweet and something savory. The ONLY thing we would have changed was fresh blueberries instead of the compote on the French toast.
My wife and I stopped in for lunch on a whim, while driving home from Canada. The place was crowded, but the service was very quick! I had a Patty Melt and my wife, a chicken sandwich. We both loved our food! Hot and fresh! Family friendly atmosphere, fast service and great food! What more could you ask for!? The only downside is that Brian's is over five hours away from where we live. Next trip up north and we will be sure to stop in again!
What an incredible breakfast 😋. Service was great ... never saw an empty cup of coffee ☕️. Thanks for being so good.
Great food. Great service. Great price. Don't take my word for it, try it for your your self.
Awesome place and not much else around ( from what I saw at least). The waitress was super nice and kept checking my coffee levels for a refill. The Sourdough bacon burger was excellent and you get a large choice of what you want for a side. Will definitely stop again if I'm passing through that way!
Absolutely 💯 recommend to make a stop in this small eating place. It's by the road, almost in Mnt Moris. We ordered pancakes and bacon, egg and cheese in a plane bagel. Let's be honest I didn't expected much, but, it was the best bagel I've ever eaten and pancakes was huge and delicious. Next time we will stop there to eat.
Fastest service anywhere and food is GOOD! Big portions. Friendly staff. Probably my favorite diner in Livingston county.
My first time here, and was not disappointed. Place was clean and filled with friendly staff. I ordered the best country fried "dam" chicken sandwich and had them put it on the specially made sourdough bread roll that is usually for their 3/4 lb burger! I didn't know how big the bun was 🤣 I also ordered the steak salad to go for later. That was also good. Big, green and fresh Everything was yummy. Definitely coming back. Maybe to try that burger!
Food is actually pretty good - way better than an average diner. Huge selection of sides, but we got the fries - of course - which have to be some of the best I've ever had. Came out hot and crisp. Also huge are the portions - we'd have been more than content splitting either one of our meals. The place is bright and clean, while the greeter and server were both spot-on.
We were driving through on our way home from Canada, saw the sign, and stopped by for lunch. The food was fantastic! This place is a little gem. I had the New England clam chowder and a club sandwich and it was fantastic. The sandwich was huge and I had to bring the other half to go. My only regret is that I wish I lived closer because I would eat here much more often! Regrettably, even if I never have a chance to eat here again, this place gets 5 stars from me!
My family comes here EVERY Sunday! We haven't been disappointed yet. Every time we order, the food is perfect, the costs are affordable, and the portions BIG. Not shown in the picture is the three fluffy pancakes. The restaurant is always busy which is understandable. It's nice to see a smaller local restaurant do so well. They keep everything clean, the service is 12 out of 10, AND they manage to keep my coffee cup topped off! See you Sunday!
I swear the plates are 15"!! This food was spectacular. Good, scrumptious diner food. Quality and quantity! Chicken was real fried-coated, not soggy, great flavored like it should be done. Much needed after all the hiking and walking in the state park and river. Fresh salad crunchy all the way through. The Alfredo tortellini, meatballs and chicken Parmigiano? Just go eat! October traveled, stayed local amd ate good food !!
Every time I drive to New York, I make a point to stop here for brunch. It's become a little tradition for me. Then prices are fair, the portions are generous, and the flavours are exactly my kind of taste-comforting, satisfying, and consistently good. You really get great value for what you pay. If you're passing through or heading into the city, I highly recommend giving this place a try. It's definitely worth the stop!
First impression is everything. So far, so bad. 🙁 It's probably just a cultural thing. ... It's getting to be a little more promising. They offer gluten free rolls! ... The food is great. Many "meat lovers" skillets available. ... They could use some improvement in the realm of welcoming the outsider. Initially cold to "urban" folk. Perhaps just a sensitivity on my part. (Hmmm, that seems like an acceptance of intolerance from my viewpoint.) ... Overall good. Good: location, food, atmosphere. ...
I ordered one of the January specials, the Greek Pizza, it was amazing and I highly recommend it. Friendly staff and great prices. Don't miss out!
Amazing food ,prices ,staff is very friendly came to check on us multiple times. Food was fully cooked & good portions. Big menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Highly recommend !
I'm gonna say something, I usually NEVER give anyone a 5 star review. This diner was phenomenal. The food is excellent for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The service was fantastic every worker was super nice and the atmosphere felt like such a vibe. I would HIGHLY recommend this diner to anyone who wants to enjoy a good meal. (Only thing to say is that I finished eating and then had to wait about 10-15 minutes for my check, not going to say this is going to happen every time only it happened to me)
We are visiting from Florida and we’re so happy to have found this Diner. The food is so good, big portions and the service was excellent. The food came out quickly and was hot! The gravy with the biscuits and gravy was SO good and probably the best I’ve ever had. If you are looking for a place to eat, I recommend giving this place a try! You won’t be disappointed!
Went to find somewhere to eat after hiking in the Letchworth State Park, and found this diner and couldn't have been happier. Food was great, the pricing was reasonable, and the staff friendly and helpful. The building had a nice motif to it as well. Overall I would recommend this to those in the area and would go back myself!
Brian's USA Diner is a great place to get a good meal. The servers are friendly, and food is very tasty. My husband enjoyed a large portion of pasta Milano. It had plenty of vegetables and chicken and was topped with bruschetta and parmesan cheese, served with garlic bread. I had a cup of lemon chicken orzo soup and grilled turkey and cheese sandwich. This comfort food was very fulfilling on a rainy evening.
Okay, best last minute decision I’ve ever made. The portions are huge, amazing, fresh, and delicious. Their Philly cheese steak is super good, and the toast beef & mushroom on sourdough is to die for. Don’t. Forget to grab a brownie on the counter, one of the best brownies I’ve ever eaten. You just can’t go wrong at this place.

Don't be fooled by all the cars in the parking lot, we were sat and taken care of right away. Really great diner food, great staff and a very clean environment.
This is a really nice spot for breakfast near Mt. Morris. We often stop here when we are traveling from Buffalo toward NYC. It is on the way to the 390. Very clean.

Best food I've ever had and amazing service. People are genuine and nice, the proportions are way more than the money you pay.

Good for what it was, portions were huge so I definitely appreciate that. Prices were reasonable although they just underwent a price increase of all their items. My only issue was that the corned beef hash was burnt and charred, it tasted horrendous. Everything else was fine. If you’re looking for a quick cheap and filling breakfast. Come here!
Very wide selection of diner food, friendly attentive staff. Easy parking. Tried the Italian trio special. The lasagna was homemade with plenty of meat, although sauce tasted closer to store bought. The ravioli were store bought but filling. The 'parmesan crusted' chicken was more like someone put a piece of chicken in one of those green tubes of grated processed parmesan and sat on it. Dry and not very tasty. Although I can't complain for $12 it was filling and the garlic bread was good and crispy. Maybe stick to the classics next time, breakfast/burgers.
Pleasant enough staff. Clean throughout. Lasagna dinner enough to feed 2 people for sure. Good stuff. Older, retro building… if they’ve not going to modernize they should go all in on being a “Retro” establishment and make it a theme.
We had been driving for about three hours and getting hungry. As we drove by Brian's it looked busy and thought we'd give it a try. It's a nice dinner with friendly staff. I got a burger with cheese and bacon, it was a little over done but not bad. I should have gotten the club instead as it was a lot better. There were a lot of people ordering breakfasts which looked good. Next time I'm driving through to New York I'll stop here for a bite.
We were driving from Canada to Washington, and we saw this diner after a long stretch of driving and not finding much on the road. It's your typical roadside diner. Nothing fancy. Staff were very nice. Food was decent, nothing memorable, but about what you'd expect. Portions were a good size. Only real complaint was that the coffee wasn't great and the prices were higher than expected for a roadside diner. Ended up paying about $70 for 2 adults and 2 kids.
My partner got a turkey club with homemade chips, he loved it. I got a grilled chicken sandwich with spinach and cheddar cheese also with homemade chips. My sandwich was great. Fresh chicken grilled with cheddar and fresh spinach on toasted sourdough bread. It was awesome. Loved every last bite of of. The homemade chips were great, not oily, little salt crispy and still a little warm. The dishes both came with a slice of dill pickle. Loved it. They sold jars of pickles there, not sure if that is what they served or not but the ones they served were very good.
We stopped for lunch and got a double cheese burger. It was very good and massive. I recommend the single, even for a big guy like me. It comes with home made chips, not great. Get the upgrade fries or salad for $3.00. Tea was fresh.
Discovered this wonderful diner while driving by and noticing the packed parking lot. Turned around and checked it out ourselves. Wow! This was now our third visit and each time, meals have been really good. Home cooked, daily soup (very favourite is the Cheeseburger soup), generous portions and reasonable prices. No wonder the place was hopping. Meatloaf was good, mashed potatoes AWESOME, really enjoy the Best Dam Chicken Sandwich. The breakfasts look great so will try that next time! Desserts also look so delicious - especially their Hershey’s ice cream!

Popped in here on our way back from camping for some breakfast. Prices were a bit high considering it's a greasy spoon in the middle of nowhere but hey that's 2025 for ya. Food was ok but underwhelming. Got a cheese omelette with way too much cheese inside, and some kind of breakfast "goulash" that had a sad sausage gravy on it. As a Midwesterner I'm a strong critic of gravies and this one was disappointing unfortunately. The toast and biscuits were good, as was the coffee .
I’ve been to Brian’s several times and while I enjoy the food, the service seems to get worse each time I come for a meal. Since my first time at Brian’s, the menu has become more limited and prices higher. I’m not sure I’ll be eating here anymore after my last experience where my party was ignored by our waitress for upwards of 30 minutes while the place was pretty empty.
The food is fairly typical diner stuff. Although running out of roast beef by 2 on a Sunday was a sign of poor order management. They have some garbage plate menu items that are not seen in my area. The waitress was very sweet!
Taking a long drive and needed a casual lunch break. Brian's USA Diner is just what you would expect of a diner. Food was fine. Not great, but plenty to eat and super friendly staff. A good stop if you want something other than fast food, but not looking for fancy. The cheesy garlic bread was not great. The steak salad was fine. Husband liked the omelet. Best to stick to breakfast or fried food at a place like this.

We've been going here for breakfast for while now, We are not ones to complain, but, I don't know what happened since last year. It seems they can't cook an overeasy or poached egg anymore. All of our eggs were completely overdone, No runny Yolk at all, very disappointing. I asked for crispy bacon, apparently they can't do that either. Bacon was not terrible, but was rubbery and not crispy at all. Service was great, food not so much. I doubt we'll be going there anymore for breakfast. Very disappointing.

I'm not sure if it's changed owners in the last twenty five years. The food has gone downhill quite a bit. We are all 4 supporting local businesses. This place is put a bad taste in our mouth and we will not be returning. We've been served raw pancakes. They have some okay dish, but it is hard to screw up eggs. I went in to order something quick to take to work for dinner. Seen southern fried chicken on their menu. Got to work. Open it up and saw that it was country fried chicken. I was very disappointed for $17. I decided to try it cause i've never had it. The chicken was thick sliced chicken that you get out of deli with breading. It was so gross and overwhelming salty. When I brought it up to the owner. They were rude and nasty and said I didn't read the fine print. They obviously don't know the difference between southern fried chicken and country fried chicken. Southern fried chicken is boned chicken. Country fried is a boneless beast beaten, breaded and fries. Big difference. Wasn't willing to make it right and refund when I returned the meal. Poor business etiquette. Service is great.
Witnessed a mouse come out of the space between a booth and the wall under a table as I was sitting at another booth. It was walking around by the customers' feet as they ate. I was so disgusted that we had just eaten our food because if you see one mouse just meandering around in broad daylight in the middle of a busy restaurant, you know they have a major problem. I will never go back.
They served us half rotten lettuce in the salad and then the waitress had a poor attitude saying, what would you like me?Just to replace the couple pieces of lettuce.Absolutely.DisgustingThat half of my salad was rotten, and I will never go back there. And I don't suggest anybody with the poor attitudes. They have
Food was good service was awful she never came back to check on us after dropping off the food no refill on coffee we wanted a side of home fries she never came back only to drop off the bill. They were slow only 4 tables plus us.
Our salad had rotten lettuce and three salads. The lady was very rude when we said something about it What do you want me to do give you more lettuce. My sister salad had over half of the lettuce was nasty.this food does not compare to the original owner of Brian’s
In response to the owner of this establishment you never made yourself present in the first place you left it to your manager to try to handle the situation and she did nothing to rectify it. The service was poor and no your 19-year-old hostess was never yelled at. The only thing that was ever really said to her was that it was sad that you guys were charging us full price for a meal that was undercooked and cold for you to sit there and say something derogatory about something you yourself did nothing about at no point in time should not be responding. and yes I do believe I could do a better job at cooking than you. P.S You're food made my wife sick to her stomach.
Brians USA diner used to be the highlight of our annual trip to camp in the Mount Morris area. Sadly this year our group of 5 decided not to go back aftet trying it for a breakfast , lunch and dinner. The only decent meal of the 3 was breakfast. Overall the biggest complaints from our group were cold food, cold atmosphere and slow service. For example at lunch I ordered a hot open faced turkey sandwich. It was so cold when it was placed in front of me that the gravy was congealed!! We've been going to Brians for 23 years and always had great food and service until this year. One other note the kitchen always sounded like a party was going on and waitresses were rarely out and about doing what they should be doing.
Update: You were our waitress yourself not someone else I only know that because I asked for the manager. Also you never asked if I wanted it remade you argued with me when I said it wasn't right. A good owner at least would have discounted our meal. You only do good because you are right in front of a trailer park (nothing against trailer parks I used to live in one) We walked in it looked like a cute little diner! Got seated quickly. But then it went downhill 😔 it took the waitress almost 5 minutes to even come to our table we got our drinks immediately that we asked for thank you. The cranberry juice was watered down and the apple juice was so thick that my husband did not even want to drink it, but choked some down anyway to wash down the nasty food. I ordered eggs benedict traditional style. The eggs were cooked good, but the English muffin with soggy and she does not know what Canadian bacon is you get a thick piece of ham instead. Oh and the hash browns looked really good until you tasted them and they were cold and undercooked. My husband got some type of breakfast goulash and if it wasn't for the sausage gravy being hot the whole thing would have been cold and again the hash browns undercooked. The two pictures are the food that we left and I told her I would send her a picture of what eggs benedict is supposed to look like. When I asked for the manager she said it was her and even with leaving over half our plates she's still charged us full price. Unfortunately now I'm going someplace else to find some food
Called this morning to order takeout breakfast. #1 2 eggs, hf, meat, tst. The menu above shows that it is $8. Went into pay and it was $14.04! I left it and did not pay. For that kind of money, I can purchase a dozen eggs, potatoes, meat and tst, cook it at home and eat it for at least 6 meals. Sorry, Brians but I got the same breakfast at a restaurant equivalent to yours for six bucks and some change. Left the Lady at the counter the difference to make it $10 as a tip on a carryout. I told her what happened and she said her parents just visited and they will not be returning due to high pricing. I understand full well the restaurant business as I waited tables for years. The woman who claimed to take my call, came out of the kitchen and said she never told me it was $8. She was very condesending and rude! I asked when I phoned and she said it was that why I ordered it. And now she wants to gaslight me and say she didn't confirm the price? Nice try! I left the bag and left. Even at $8 its a bit steep but I hadn't ate in days so I needed to eat on a very limited budget. I see how often its open and closed. It seems that it closed more often than not. If you want to make money to survive, you've gotta work. It doesnt mean you charge more to make your bills. I wont be returning anytime ever.
