I am obsessed with their whipped cream Long John bar donut. It's gloriously good! The only place, it seems, to get it is at the Yum Yum Donuts in Lemon Grove. I have been to many Yum Yum Donuts and the related Winchell's Donut Houses. They have the Long John bar donut but it ain't whipped cream filled. Sadly, I don't live close enough to Lemon Grove which is both a blessing and a curse. I would probably eat it every day, multiple times a day and the calories would add up on me. Speaking of which, I estimate it to be about 630 cals based on the non-cream filled value (380) plus 50g of a not overly heavy whipped cream (250). Whatever you do please, please, please don't buy the very last one because it just might be the day I drive way out of my way for it. Instead, get an apple fritter and coffee because they are awesomely good too!!
Delicious, better than I remember. Haven’t been to Yum Yum in a while because the recipe seemed to be lacking flavor and fluffiness- not anymore!! Don’t know when it changed but these donuts are light and fluffy and simply delicious with every bite. A little pricey compared to the days of a dozen donut holes for a dollar but I guess I’m aging myself with that one. The clerk was super friendly and engaged pleasantly. I’ll definitely be returning for my periodic donut fix.
I think this is the best tasting standard donuts. They have customer parking which is nice. A good variety to select from and also a lot of different drinks

Doughnuts always taste great. But the best part of this shop is Octavio! He’s a phenomenal employee! I can always sense his kindness behind the mask. Give him a raise because coming here always gives me faith again in humanity 🌞🙌
The bagels are really good. They also have fresh juices. All staff is really friendly, and the prices are affordable. 🙏

Our favorite location with friendly staff, very clean and always has most if not everything in stock regardless of the time you good. We obviously go for donuts and recently tried their bagel sandwiches which we were really good and a great price. Portion was perfect and the bagel it self is good. I rather go to this Yum Yum vs. Other donut shops.

The name says it all: “Yum Yum”!!!! The staff was very friendly. Donuts were super fresh and full of flavor. The pink glaze was not just plain vanilla with food coloring - It was actually strawberry flavored! Soooooo good!!! 🍩 We were first-time customers and will definitely be back!!!!
Everyone at this shop was really nice and kind. I felt like I had been going here for years, and it was my 1st visit. The service was amazing, and so were the Donut 🍩 I highly recommend this stop ☺️

Some of the best donuts I've had at any time of day or night they're fresh. Very nice owners/workers. Also the hot pastrami sandwich is top notch as well. Highly recommend.

They sold me frozen bagels out of a box. I just wanted some plain bagels to have for the house, but when I asked for them not toasted, I didn't realize they'd just be frozen. They don't even make them. They also had the nerve to charge over $7 for three of them. I'm going back to Sunny Donuts from now on.
